For the second time, I made a special trip to BurgerFi during their regular hours. Only to find them CLOSED. Odd since there were customers inside. The sign said your system was down and only accepting online or cash orders. Online/delivery didn't work. I would have happily paid cash, but the employee came to the door and said "we're closed." No explanation, no apology, nothing. Seems like they have no interest in our family coming back. We have eaten here numerous times and love the food, although the staff generally seems disorganized and distracted. I had a rough weekend and was really looking forward to a chili dog and fries. Wow...just wow... to those who waste money at this place and eat this food... a SMALL step above McDonalds burger. Way too expensive, the food is extremely sub-par, service was extremely slow, and got charged for cheese that was never put on. When I pointed this out to the staff I was given a slice of cold American cheese that I guess was supposed to go on my now cold burger. Tried BurgerFi again for lunch a few days ago. I ordered the Single BurgerFi Cheeseburger again. My co-workers and I enjoyed our burgers. We also ordered two large cajun fries to share and this time it was not soggy. It was well seasoned and crispy. Food was great. We will definitely order again next week. read more

In the area and decided to stop by to fix the hangry. Nice clean bright atmosphere. You can order at a kiosk or with a person which was nice to have an option. The burger wasn't special and not really memorable. What I do remember was the terrible milkshake. It was super thin almost runny...not a fan. The wife had an oreo shake and it was runny too. The touchscreen kiosk was so disgusting not even all the hand sanitizer in the world is going to help with the 53 layers of grime on it. Was just scrolling through Yelp looking for ideas for dinner tonight and BurgerFi popped up and I was shocked to see it had a mediocre rating. We've been there about a dozen times and the burgers are always great, fresh, cooked right, they give you a ton of fries, the service is on point and they have one of those fancy soda machines that have everything. Intersection of Holcomb Bridge and Peachtree Parkway. The biggest draw at that time was the movie theater. They used to play lots of Bollywood movies back in the days. Where LA Fitness is used to be my Indian restaurant for many years until they decided to close its door. I like the new additions. A lot of food choices. BurgerFi had stood out and thought to give it a try. I wanted a good veggie burger. Walking in, no customers. None of the workers greeted us. I was fine with that. What I wasn't fine is the cashier looked pissed to greet us and didn't even say anything. Didn't even welcome and asked us what we wanted to order. She just asked are we ready? When my husband told her what he wanted. He ordered the Bacon Cheese burger. Do you know what she said? She said, "is that it?" Seriously? He added fries and soft drink and she added 2 soft drinks, assuming I would want one too and gave us two cups. I told her to remove that extra soft drink cause I don't drink it and only drink water. She NEVER apologized and just snatched the cup away to give me a "water" cup. SO freaking rude. She was so ready for us to finish ordering. I ordered the veggie burger and onion rings. After taking my money, which came up to $30 after tax for both of us, she gave us a buzzer for when our food is ready. We were looking for a place to sit and gosh, the music is way too loud. It' s not a club. I love the feel of the place but so many negative things already and I was not loving it. Last verdict is the food. When the food came out, the burgers are small. I mean, great advertising. Burgers look huge on the pics on the menu. Although the burgers were tasty, the sides were lacking. They had a great presentation but the fries were disgusting. I couldn't even eat another one. Hubby was not a fan either and tried to eat it but didn't want to finish. The onion rings are huuuge. They were crispy and just okay in taste. I thought it was a little too salty for my taste. I couldn't finish it. We will NOT come back. It's not worth the money. The customer service is rude and don't care. Honestly, it could just be that cashier because I saw another cashier take on customers after us while we sat down to eat our food. It could be she was ready to go home. BurgerFi is right in front of LA Fitness. Parking is pretty great. But you'll have to hunt for a spot during rush hour. Worst case scenario - you may have to walk a few extra steps. Space - there is indoor/outdoor. BurgerFi is not THAT big so if the weather sucks, you'll have to sit inside and maybe wait a little if there's a crowd there already. I'm not a huge burger person, BUT BurgerFi has the Beyond Burger. Why do I like it? It's plant based! The burger itself is pretty good. I don't get sick afterwards :) My bf discovered this item here and we've had it once a week since then. I was in the area on a Thursday about 5pm and stopped in based on the Yelp reviews and the rumbling of my empty belly. The restaurant is bright & clean with lots of natural light inside and plenty of outdoor patio seating. As you enter there are 2 ordering kiosks or you can step to the counter & order with a person. I ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger added Lettuce/tomatoe and an Oreo shake. Overall the Burger was just average. It was constructed well and the ingredients were fresh but there was nothing that really stood out. I will say the bacon was very thin and really oily which left a nasty film and flavor on my pallet. Once I pulled the bacon off the burger itself was okay. The oreo shake had good flavor but it was really thin and barely had any cookies in it. I was very disappointed & ended up throwing it out. Overall rating is a average. I would'nt not eat here ever again but if given a choice I would opt for Yeah Burger. read more

But this makes no sense because the people on the cook line were always on the cook line throughout the unloading by two other employees who were not cooking, so maybe someone explain to me how two people unloading a truck has something to do with two other people cooking? My family and I went to BurgerFi last night. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised at how well prepared the burger was: looked just like a burger does in the commercials. The hamburger meat was the eye opener. I was impressed at how well it was cooked as well as how good it tasted. If you believe the ads: 100% angus beef with no hormones/antibiotics. The manager on duty came around to all of the tables to ensure everyone was satisfied (A+ for that). The only one thing I wish is that you could dress your burger like Cheeseburger Bobby's. That being said, though, the beef at BurgerFi is WAY better and worth coming to over Cheeseburger Bobby's. Tip: we ordered a family order of fries (there were four of us). One short haired woman worker looked/made eye contact with me three times before asking "do you have a pickup?". I responded I need assistance to which a cashier came to help me. could've been better because the initial worker acknowledged me three times before asking if I needed help, when she could've just came around the corner to help me. In the past I have been to many BurgerFi locations including Kennesaw, GA, and all have been great so many people any day I visited, except for this location, empty. Very disappointing about the service, people working with no energy and not eager to serve. The place was empty and I understand is difficult to find great help but this location is losing money. Vegetarian burger was not as I expected. Although the product sounds good by the listed ingredients, unfortunately halfway through my burger I tasted a real meat flavor. I do not know what could have caused this strong meat flavor, but to me was a big turnoff. Again, it could have been some leftover from previously grilled burgers on the cooking surface, (juices, small particles), I do not know, but the grilles should be cleaned every time before a vegetarian or vegan burger. By my experience, I think, they do not do this cleaning. I have to give a compliment for their good service and quality fries, so I ended up giving 3 stars all together. Taste was still there and flavorful, but for the price, nothing nice. This used to be my favorite burger spot, but the portions are half off what it used to be. The bun was cold (maybe store bought with no BurgerFi stamp) and not warmed at all. The meat seemed to be half the thickness. For 2 orders of burgers, fries and drinks, it was $42. We could've went to a fancier spot and had a better experience. My boyfriend thought it's was from a child's menu. read more
