The chicken is bloody raw! ... Where's Gordon Ramsay when you need him? We ordered 4 chicken sandwiches recently and took them home to eat. When we opened them up, they all looked cooked on the outside so we dug in. By the first bite it was clear they were raw. Every single one was cold and pink in the inside. Staff needs a stern talking to at the very least, or potentially a visit from the health department. We wanted to ask for our money back, but decided to just never eat there again.

cozy little place - clean, new. food is hot, made to order. Staff/owner are friendly. I ordered palabok w thick noodles & sisig w rice. Their food portions are great which Im happy about. Although I'm not a fan of scrambled eggs in the sisig - their version is different than what I had before. The palabok was ok but generous serving. Cons: It took so long to get my order done & I was the only person there. Probably took 45 min. or more w 2 items. note: Seems like they do a karaoke night there - as i read the signs posted around. looks like a fun place to go during their karaoke night.

This is a very special spot. Delicious food, excellent customer service by I believe the manager Aly! Clean relaxing environment! I got a cowboy burger with garlic Aioli fries and a drink for $15. This is an excellent deal especially in this day and age! Next time you're craving a delicious burger be sure to drop by soon!

Great service and amazing food and food choices! I wish we had these much selections in our area. Drove all the way from SoCal and so thankful we were able to dine in at this place and try their specialty foods! We tried their classic, Hawaiian and trio burgers and they didn't disappoint! Also had their dinuguan, puto, sisig burrito and halo halo and they were are so delectable! They were made fresh to order . The servers also made sure we got our orders correct and made sure we loved it. We'll definitely come back when we are in NorCal!

Not impressed. Burger, fries, tea. (Cheap previously frozen, plain) $18 Shrimp noodles, (2 shrimp) $11 $31 total. Served on metal cooking sheet. Forgot to ask for a Spork or something, tried to spread mayo/ mustard with my French fries It was peak lunch hour, yet We were the Only customers. Will NOT return. Very Nice and kind Staff.

A great gem in AC and under new management!! This is more than your average burger franchise; it's got a solid burger meal line-up and an extensive list of Filipino "merienda" foods! So if you're in the mood for a cowboy burger, ube dessert AND halo-halo, it's all here under one roof! Happy to support a family-owned business; we really felt at home with the warm hospitality and delicious selection of food. Looking forward to returning for their weekend specials (jam-packed with a rotation of comfort food to enjoy every week!)

Wow I was blown away with how BurgerIm have Halo Halo, Ube and Ube Oreo Milkshake on the menu! I wanted to get a quick snack I was hangry again. We ordered Scooby Doo Snax which was so delicious! Freshly cook my tummy is happy! It is a Cajun Fries with heavenly house sauce and garlic aioli perfect combination! for $5.00 you can't go wrong with that and alsooooooo it can feed 3 people with a huge amount serving! Additional update... I wanted an afternoon snack nothing big like a burger so I ordered the Aioli garlic fries and wow! Immediately after my first bite my taste buds sent electrified satisfaction signals to my brain.... Im usually a ketchup guy but surprisingly I did not need it. The Aioli was creamy not to salty or sweet and very tasty. The owner said they make their own sauce. So if you are just looking for a snack I highly recommend these fries.

I happened to drive by BurgerIM today and saw it had reopened. I spoke with the new manager, and he said they actually reopened last week with an updated menu, which now includes different types of lumpia! We got the family pack and chicken lumpia. It was all yummy! The food came out quickly, and the service was excellent. They also have different Filipino food specials each Saturday that I will definitely be trying!

I stopped here to get something for dinner for the family. The sign on the window says "Family Night Thursdays". Buy a Family box and get 6 extra free wings. Self explanatory right?? Nope I asked about and the owner/ manager said it is an old sign. WHAT, WHY?? Whatever I ordered it anyways. I also bought 3 beef lumpia's 3 for $7. Total $58 Got home open the box and REALLY fries for one. SMH Fries were soggy, onion rings soggy and chewy , hamburger patties were overcooked and the cheese was translucent. Wings were the best part of the family box. Beef lumpia's , ehhhh! Mind you I was the only customer. I feel they could've did their best cooking since I was the only customer. $58 goes a long way for my family and I. We like to support our local businesses but We most likely won't be returning.

Been here a few times to order their halo halo. I come here whenever the whether is typically hot so the halo halo is a great food item. But not worth it for $8.99. It is way too expensive. I haven't tried their other items. I know for a fact they don't offer online ordering at this location but their surrounding nearby locations do offer it. It would be a great time saver to offer it. Because the last time I was there nobody was dining in. No other customer but me and I ordered four halo halo and it literally took half an hour just for them to make it from start to finish. I don't even think I ever waited that long for my food at a restaurant on busy day even. Only good thing about this location is its close to my residence.

I really wanted to like this place due to new ownership, but it is still lacking. Although the lady taking our order was super nice, I dont think she is as familiar with the menu as she should be. I order a original burger meal. I asked for the burger to be lettuce wrapped as it was on the menu, at first she said she couldn't do that, until I pointed out it was on the menu. I then asked if I could make my soda into a shake and pay whatever extra charge it costed, but she told me I couldn't do that and would have to order separate. So we order the shake separately. We order the ube oreo. When they handed us the shake, it was clear that it was a blended up liquid milk mixture with oreos...not a milk shake. It WAS NOT RICH AT ALL JUST LIQUIDY. It also tasted as if the milk was old, and had a bitter after taste. We ended up tossing the $6 shake. When I opened up my burger, I was shocked to see the picture I put below. The patty was so greasy that it soaked onto the 7 different tiny pieces of lettuce that were stuck together to make a "lettuce wrap." I ended up having to eat it like a salad. I was also disappointed as I asked for grilled onions, not a raw piece of onion. Overall, they need work, not saying I wont come back, but clearly they need more training, as it felt like a waste of $30.

I know it's the first week of operation so hopefully they get their stuff together. I'm a fan of BurgerIM cause of the one in Fairfield so I know it can be good, but sadly I may just go there for my next BurgerIM fix. My hubby tried to go last night but after he ordered he asked how long it would take and they told him 45 minutes, he was really surprised. He was also told "this ain't McDonald's" since he was surprised of the wait time. Ok, we know they just opened up, even with a snarky remark like that we decided to try it during a less busy time. So today in the afternoon that is what we did. Wait time about 25 mins, that's fine, not bad. A simple order to go. Two dry aged BEEF burgers. One was clearly not beef, it was LAMB. I am not the biggest fan of lamb (nor did we order lamb) so my husband got to eat that and I ate his (we had already both started eating our burgers). The burgers themselves were just alright, cheese a bit transparent, actually not anything better than what McDonald's has. The fries were good, but I dont want to go to a burger joint just for fries. Only time will tell if this place will get better, for now I'll drive to Fairfield. read more

Decided to stop by and try this spot after seeing their new menu. I ordered the pork lumpia, the fish lumpia, turon, and a mango milkshake. I was the last customer before closing. The staff clearly needs more training because they didn't know the menu. And the owner (older Filipino man) was yelling at one of the staff because he was going to give me one piece of Turon for my order when it was supposed to come w/ 3 pieces. The staff told him he would just "heat up" more Turon. So I was given the impression that they're not cooked fresh? My order took almost 20 minutes to finish. By the time I was handed my order, it was exactly 7 PM. I hurried home and to my surprise, the milkshake tasted like SOUR MILK. My husband and I almost threw up from sipping it. It was bubbling at the top. The fish lumpia was fine. However, the pork lumpia was also SOUR. And the turon was a disappointment. By the time I tried to call to let them know my food tasted spoiled, they were obviously closed. Super disappointed and frustrated that I wasted my money and time waiting for spoiled food. I was really looking forward to supporting a new local business. Please train your staff to know your menu and make sure that they're following the correct procedures for safe food handling and ensure all your ingredients are not spoiled. read more

Just ordered lunch and it was a complete let down! I was excited to find out there was one right down the street from my house. Ordered what I always order from the Fairfield location. They ARE NOT the same. My fries were ice cold! Burger dry as ever. Chicken was not seasoned. Just one let down over another. My fries are hot after driving 18 minutes home from Fairfield. This BurgerIM is a lot better than when it first opened, but it still has some areas for improvement. I really want to like this place because it's owned by a family in the community, and it definitely does have a lot of potential. I got 2 sliders of the Cowboy Burger and a side of Bacon Cheese fries. They were both fine, but nothing especially tasty that would make me want to come back :( Let's start with the burger; overall I think it was a bit dry, there was not much barbecue sauce on it at all and the patty was a bit over cooked and under seasoned in my opinion. The onion ring was nice and crispy and tasted fresh, and wasn't too much or too little. Honestly, I think just a few tweaks would make a world of difference with this burger, namely to the burger patty itself. As for the fries, they were also pretty okay with just the cheese holding them back, really. The fries themselves are tasty and we're fresh and crispy, the bacon was a good amount and wasn't too salty. The main issue I had was with the cheese, it was reaaally salty and there was a lot of it. I love a lot of cheese, but it was just way too salty for the amount that was added. Overall: Good structure and ingredients overall, just a few issues with seasoning that personally brought down my enjoyment a lot. I am glad to see that they've improved a lot since opening, so I will be coming back every so often to see how they do. Also, I really appreciate that all the packaging is paper-based instead of plastic or styrofoam! I got the Duo Meal Combo comes with fries and drink but I got a cookies & cream shake instead. The Sliders were good and fries were great! Loved how easy it was to eat and can get a variety of options. Yes the menu was confusing and took a minute to digest but the food was good. Workers are doing they're best since they're fairly new, but in time I'm sure they're do better with speed. If youre in a hurry I wouldn't reccomend coming here during rush hour. If I could give 0 stars I would... hardly take the time to write reviews but their menu prices are not accurate. When you pay they charge more than the listed price. But that wasn't even the main issue though... their fried food tasted TERRIBLE. Think burnt, dirty, fried taste. Customer service was terrible too. The lady in the front had a nasty attitude and couldn't answer any questions I had. I definitely would skip this one. I had high hopes for it being that it's a newish spot in the area. Good value for tasty food. Been waiting for this spot to open and we finally got a chance to go today! We got a family box (8 sliders, 8 wings, fries & onion rings) and two extra orders of garlic aioli fries and our total was under $45 (not including tip). We put in our order and had our food about 20 minutes later, which was great. Will definitely return and would love to try their halo-halo! read more

Come & try this place! Recently reopened with new owners and a modified menu. Love, love the trio sliders and chicken wings with aioli sauce. Sooo good! They have new trainees in the kitchen but food still came out fast & delicious. Service was great, everyone was friendly. 5 stars also to the new owner Uncle Ted who's so welcoming and accommodating. He informed us they'll be serving Filipino food on Saturdays such as lumpia and a variety of special dishes. We'll be back!!! read more

Everytime I eat at BurgerIM, I am left with a satisfied experience and full stomach! The customer service is amazing, especially with one of the workers - Bella B. The food is delicious. Personally, I would recommend the Cowboy Burger and Garlic Aioli Fries. Speaking of the food, the menu features a variety of combinations that appeal to all types of eaters. As a picky eater myself, my doubts were put to rest as soon as I tried my first bite! I come occasionally for lunch, the burgers are decent and the staff are always very nice. Unfortunately, the last time I visited -- 6/17/22 -- resulted in giving me food poisoning. Within a few hours of having a cheeseburger, I started to have stomach cramps, which turned into vomiting and diarrhea all night long. Also, violent shivering, chills, and profuse sweating (but no fever), and 3 days out, I am still not fully back to normal. This is not some flu bug and I tested negative for COVID. In trying to understand how a well done burger could do this, I remembered 2 specific things: 1) It was hot inside -- they mentioned the AC had been broken for days, and 2) the burger was slathered in mayonnaise. Either of those things left sitting out in a warm room are a recipe for disaster. I hope no one else got sick; I know I won't be going back. read more

Today's my bday and We were looking for a dessert after a good meal, I saw the ad on the window and decided to try.... First of all don't advertise Halo-Halo "Filipino shave ice" if you don't know what a real Halo -Halo is. This so called Halo-Halo they have has beans 2 kinds white and red, straight from a can! Not sweetened or anything, a fake leche flan, a white jelly ( who knows what it's made of, and whole kernel corn( yuck). This has no taste! No flavor! Overpriced, and Nasty!!! Don't sell this s#*+ to people!! It's an embarrassment to us Filipinos for you to call this crap a Halo-Halo. This does not even come close to what a halo halo is!!! Oh yeah and that burnt fried sweet potato!!!! Wth is that??? PLEASE STOP SELLING THIS! It's embarrassing for us to have non Filipinos taste this and think this is what a Halo Halo is supposed to taste like! No wonder they have a sign that says no refund on Halo Halo!!!! The place is cozy, love their burgers. We ordered trio sliders just so wecan try 3 different burgers (Classic, Hawaiian Salmon, Cowboy). Also, their halo-halo is not too sweet. I got two sliders - lamb burger and the cowboy- and the Scooby snax fries. The lamb burger was garbage. I ate one bite and that was it. The cowboy burger was okay, nothing special. The fries were swimming in garlic aioli. I like garlic aioli but this was wayyyy too much. My husband got a couple burgers and said the classic wasn't great but the hot burger he got was good. His onion rings were good- the best part of our meal actually. He got an Oreo milkshake and it had good flavor but was completely melted. I wouldn't come back again which is a bummer because I love a good burger. I just didn't find one here. read more

This is not Burger IM. They are merely using their name. They are not even franchised. The owner admitted it on a Yelp post. I was beginning to wonder why the food is so overpriced compared to other Burger IMs and just not the same quality. It is absurdly expensive. Almost comically expensive. For 4 people it came close to 100 dollars. What?! A burger on it's costs 12 dollars. Without fries and drinks. Shame. I was wondering why it took so long for them to open. And why it always seems closed. It sounds like they may change their name soon. For now I wonder how they were able to obtain Burger IM's name and packaging if they weren't sticking to the original restaurant. No where close to the original. I don't recommend it. Sorry! We were so excited to try BurgerIM when they came to American Canyon, and I'm pleased to say they do not disappoint! They have so many options for patties, you can customize your burger however you like. I like to get the duo, which is two sliders of your choice. Every BurgerIM I've eaten at is great... with the exception of this one. Our Order took nearly an hour. Only a duo and a trio. 2 people before me and somehow the couple ahead of me got their order a good 20 minutes before me. Burgers were cold as well. Did they not train their staff before opening? I went here a few days ago for the first time with my brothers and ordered the trio and wings (with the Buffalo sauce). The three burgers I ordered with the trio were the angus beef (no bun/lettuce wrap), Spanish beef (keto bun), and Greek lamb (keto bun). I like the angus and Spanish beef burgers so far. The lamb is cool, it didn't taste bad, but I liked the other two better. The wings were pretty good too. I think they use the Un-bun keto brand for the bread. I always curious about the taste of it. It pretty close to bread and will satisfy your craving for it, but next time I'll just stick to the lettuce wrap lol. I will definitely go back and try the other things they have on the menu. It was cool to see that they serve Halo-Halo! The staff was friendly, the place was clean. I recommend trying this place out if y'all get a chance! read more

This is my first time ever trying this chain and I have to say, I loved it! I ordered the duo, a merguez beef burger with an addition of an egg (loved that it came out over easy), and an Angus beef burger with avocado and sautéed onions. Angus beef was very good and merguez beef was delicious and absolutely my favorite. But my favorite overall was the Garlic Aioli fries! They were amazing and my new favorite style of fries. Also, there was a decent wait time but the food made up for that. The employees were also very nice. Would give 0 stars if I could. Let me tell you ordering was so confusing and way more complicated than it should have been. I think there should be more training for cashiers because I don't think she was doing it correctly. I wanted to try the wagyu beef patties in the but was repeatedly told the Greek lamb burgers had the wagyu beef patty. Lamb and wagyu beef are two different things! Beware ordering from here if you have dietary restrictions because they don't know what they're serving. I don't know why for the slider duos I had to customize them from the main burgers. Shouldn't you just be able to customize the way it is on the menu? Also the quality of the burgers was not very good. The patties were a bit dry and the toppings were lacking considering how much I paid extra for some of them. I think I will try a different location or order online next time. read more

The family box is a good value. Our favorites here are the sweet chili wings (it's not Bonchon but it satisfies the craving and is much closer to us), the onion rings (they're like the Red Robin tower ones), the Cowboy burger and the Spanish burger. read more

Another major disappointment was the last-minute change to our seating arrangement. This was never discussed with us beforehand, despite us having reserved this event well in advance. We had carefully planned our seating based on the agreed arrangement, so separating the bride and groom from part of our wedding party was both unexpected and upsetting. I can't imagine any couple wanting to be split from their guests during such an important celebration. While the food itself was delicious, much of it arrived cold. The service throughout the evening was disorganized. The male waiter repeatedly forgot items after being asked, and my father-in-law had to request three separate times to have his bottle of wine uncorked. When it was finally opened, the wine was spilled on the table. What saddens me most is that every single person seated at our tables commented on the waitress's passive-aggressive attitude. It wasn't just one person's impression--it was something noticed by all of our guests. It truly breaks my heart that this was our wedding dinner experience. I had Reuben sandwich with french fries and it was deli-wonderful. Things to know: this place hosts a lot of wedding receptions--and I think weddings--and this can affect what you order. For example, I thought I could order breakfast food slightly after 12:00 pm, but was informed that I could not. I believe the kitchen was switching over to lunch. So, I ordered the fried chicken by was later told that they no longer made that. My guess is that they will eventually update their menu. Our server, Skylar, was apologetic and since my sister was also a No-Go on the fried chicken, offered to check if the kitchen would make breakfast items. Sadly, the answer was still "no" and I told Skylar my second option was the Reuben. My sister had fish tacos. I know that Skylar was only passing along what she was told, so I don't blame her. She also comped me a beer and our table an order of nachos. This was a gracious offer and we accepted it. I'm not an order-off-the-menu guy and I try always to be patient and understanding. I've been in Skylar's shoes before and have had my share of difficult situations. In this situation it is helpful to know that it is a bar & grill and while they have a decent amount of options, it is a little different than a full-service restaurant. Given the fact that it's a destination for wedding parties, it is good to know that your menu options might be limited. Meaning, you might be told that they do not have your first choice. I've always found that being a little understanding goes a long way in your enjoyment of the meal. I tip my cap to Skylar for remaining courteous and friendly even though she kept having to come back and tell us the kitchen couldn't make this or that. This is still a good place to eat. I'd recommend asking what they are out of at the beginning.

Pulled up to Ristorante Pasta D'Oro -- this was my third visit -- and just like every other time, it delivered. Honestly, it might've been even better. We grabbed the regular spaghetti and split it between my two sons. Plenty of food, easily enough for two. I did ask about the spaghetti and meatballs since they usually run that as a special, but it wasn't available today. Still, the regular spaghetti held its own with no problem. I also picked up the mixed greens salad, and the vinaigrette is different in the best way. It's flavorful, balanced, and seriously one of the highlights. When I brought it home, my fiancée tried it and immediately said I should've asked for extra. I didn't realize it was going to be that good, but now I know. Pro tip: ask for extra dressing. We grabbed the penne pasta as well, which my fiancée said was great. And once my toddler finished his spaghetti, he went straight to helping her with the penne. That's how you know it's fire. On the side, I ordered the mozzarella sticks -- handmade, big, crispy, and cooked perfectly. I believe it came with about four to six, but they're large and filling. Everything was 10 out of 10. If I could give it a million out of a million, I would. Since I can't, it's a solid five out of five stars every time. Pasta D'Oro for the win.

The ribeye was juicy had flavor the veggies was perfection in flavor the mash potatoes whew failed miserably almost tastes like box mash potatoes. Chef needs to get the mash potatoes recipe together asap. The portion size of the sides are very very small. Especially for the price you're paying for the ribeye dinner. The Alfredo was a chef kiss perfection ! Stay away from the BREAD PUDDING AT ALL COST!

The waitress spoke to my mother in a condescending way, as if she were a child. There was no reason for her to be treated that way, and it made several of our guests uncomfortable. The waiters took our COMPLETE order in the beginning from drinks to dessert. They forgot drinks everywhere, the way they brought the food out completely disorganized, then they had to ask for our dessert AGAIN after the main course. Another major disappointment was the last-minute change to our seating arrangement. This was never discussed with us beforehand, despite us having reserved this event well in advance. We had carefully planned our seating based on the agreed arrangement, so separating the bride and groom from part of our wedding party was both unexpected and upsetting. I can't imagine any couple wanting to be split from their guests during such an important celebration. While the food itself was delicious, much of it arrived cold. The service throughout the evening was disorganized. The male waiter repeatedly forgot items after being asked, and my father-in-law had to request three separate times to have his bottle of wine uncorked. When it was finally opened, the wine was spilled on the table. What saddens me most is that every single person seated at our tables commented on the waitress's passive-aggressive attitude. It wasn't just one person's impression--it was something noticed by all of our guests. It truly breaks my heart that this was our wedding dinner experience. Not only the money that we spent but Your wedding day is something you look forward to and can never relive. While the food was excellent, the service overshadowed the entire evening and left us with memories that should have been joyful but instead were filled with frustration and disappointment. I think for the basic mexi Cali poke it was $19.90. The portions are definitely worth the price! There's also the option for add ons. The fish was very fresh. They have more than just poke! They have hot items too. I'd like to come back soon to try the loco moco or other items for a weekend brunch!

when i went to burgerim for the first time, i was pretty nervous because i usually dont eat burgers and i was pescatarian. but i had a Bbb, and a Cowboy Burger and it completely changed my whole thought on burgers! I quit being. pescatarian and would continue to go to burgerim almost every week! i don't know if me quitting because of burgerim is a good thing lol but those burgers are VERY MUCH worth it. 10/10 (and the customer service is off the walls, their all very great) read more

My friends and I usually come here whenever we want to grab food after school and we are always welcomed with great service! I especially adore Bella and we always get happy when we comes in, knowing our experience there will be 10x better.
