This is a big store. As I walked in, there was a security guard. They have some products on the first floor, but there is so much more on the second floor. There are clothes, toys, household goods, etc. They already have Christmas items for sale.

Store is better than in the past but the ladies restrooms are completely disgusting Poop and debris on all the toilets Piles of toilet paper on the floor in handicap restroom stall I called the store from the restroom hoping they would send someone right away Only one stall out or four was half way decent

love shopping at Burlington! The stores always have great finds, but it'd be even better if more registers were open long lines can be tough sometimes. Hoping they can make checkout a little smoother!

I have been to this store many times . I never made it a big deal how they treat you walking in . Seems like your guilty walking through the doors . I notices when I had passed through and was looking around at backpacks downstairs, lost prevention was eyeing me for no reason I felt very uncomfortable. I walked upstairs to finish my shopping. As I was getting to check out at the counter I had the cashier hold my items to run back downstairs to grab a backpack I was eyeing . Once again lost prevention was dogging . I ran back up waited in line, the cashier scanned and bagged my items, I paid for my items and proceeded to walk out downstairs to the exit 6:20pm. As I walked to the exit and reach the lost prevention associate. I could tell the lost prevention associate was looking for something because he just grabbed my bag and dropped on the floor start ripping everything out and telling me that I didn't pay for several things. The lost prevention associate Made me feel like I was a criminal. I told had him that the associate upstairs bagged it. And I have a big bag. I spent $250. He's Mistakenly told me that I didn't pay for some shoes a backpack , these kid straws and a cheap car mount IT seem like he didn't know how to read the receipt. He should not be working his job if he does not know how to read the receipts, back to training with this guy. It took him ,a manager to figure out what I was missing. The cashier forgot to Check out, but probably 10 bucks worth of stuff. He was Accusing me of stealing shoes and other items like a backpack Straight up embarrassing and should be absolutely appalled by your associates Behavior on how to treat people, especially A customer who just spent that much money. No empathy or Remorse and stereotyping me , they held my stuff like I was some criminal. He had the nerve to pull the things aside that he thought I didn't pay for or tried to steal in his eyes and just gave me my stuff so I can just walk out. I was so offended. The Manger than check me out at a closed counter downstairs for the 2 items missed by the cashier. My problem was The way they handled the situation very unprofessional. The worst experience I've ever had shopping. Beware of this place, you will not have a good experience. I will be getting in contact with corporate on this experience I called the store at 1030pm to speak to the manager ,an associate answered and I asked for the Mangers name with in issue I had earlier. she told me she did not feel comfortable giving me her managers name and to call back after she returned from her break. I said and ask for who? She asked me what my issue was earlier . At this point I told her that it didn't seem like she was trying to help , she Straight up hangs up on me . I called back a couple of times with the associate repeatedly hanging up the phone on me . Absolutely. disgraceful

Came through after dinner nearby, and while there was a lot to peruse, much of the items were disorganized/misplaced. My friends and I began to fill a cart on the first floor, only to learn that the elevators were inoperable, and had to remove our items to bring them to the second floor and transfer them to baskets. So take note, this location is not ADA compliant! We found some clothing items we wanted to try on before buying, and their dressing rooms were blocked off, and the lights were off. The final kicker - no restrooms for customers! Not a location I'd care to visit again.

This is one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I've ever had. - You have to go through some sort of security to get into the store. - Merchandise that is not hung is thrown about. It is difficult to find even a pair of underwear. Housewares section is pretty bad also. - The fitting rooms don't open when the store opens. - Never enough cashiers. Usually one, may two if there is a crowd. The line can get very long. - The store in neighboring Monrovia is better kept. Better yet, stick with TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Walmart. - For a while there was no bathroom access, even for customers. Now they allow it once you get a code from an employee. - On the plus side, you can find some bargains if you can tolerate the total disorganization.

    1. This location doesnt have many things, there were no soap dispensers, and not enough kitchen appliances. Id rather make the drive to pico rivera than to shop here. 2. Adriana (black shirt) was RUDE. Staff member yelled out "THERES OTHER REGISTERS DOWNSTAIRS WITH NO LINE" girl its only me and the guy in the pic.. you cant take one person ? There was another cashier right beside her and she wasn't bothered by any of us. I also kept catching employee Adriana roll her eyes and maddog the people that were entering the line. Girl your position is cashier and you dont want to ring purchases??? Also who the heck would go down the escalator to purchase the items ? Im literally next in line? What is her deal???

Only two cashiers and one needs customer service skills
    Leshel C.

Seriously why is there only 2 cashiers here. Been in line for almost an hour. The line is all the way in front of escalator. Finally, when j got to the cashier I suggested "You guys should have me cashiers" and she replied this is all the coverage we have today" with an attitude. No apology, no saying I will let the management know. The attitude! It's insane. She's not happy with her job and it shows how she treats people.

The team is very helpful and accommodating. Make sure that you follow where in the checkout line is and their team members working the different registers will call you over if there is a queue. The parking can be kind of tough especially with a lot of one-way traffic and sometimes not everyone is paying attention. It also comes in handy when there's free events that get super hot and draining me, so their refrigerated drinks work really well for that. In the past, this shop was pretty bad with dimmed lights and not having the AC on, but things have gotten better in the past several months, which is great. There's 2 self check out kiosks and you can also check out with the staff there as well. Standard Daiso prices that have unfortunately also increased with the raised prices of just simply existing, but I did notice that a lot of the gummy candies that I used to get for the standard price is now almost $4. Why? Either way, not a bad Daiso. Sometimes it's a bit disorganized and messy, but that just goes to show how much stock that they have.

One dude named Angel, you may or may not know him, he is ALWAYS first or ONE of the first 5 people waiting in line. This dude always gets cards even if he's purchased the set already. The downside on this target location is that it's limit 2 per SKU, so this dude get multiple of EVERYTHING and he's known to be reselling as well from what I've heard. Today 05/08/26, there was an issue between 2 gentleman waiting in line about spot saving, because Angel left his chair in line and was apparently gone for hours only to show up 30 minutes before the store opened. Then what appears to be a friend or family member of Angels, shows up 15 minutes before opening. Then one gentleman, I don't know what the name is, but he's big, waddled his way into line and sat down on the ghost chair that he apparently left in line the night before, he always seems to be one of the first 5 people as well. I don't know what the name of the guy was that was defending Angel but this dude reeked of weed, looked like a bum wearing a black hoodie, facial hair indeed looking all bummish, and was also saving a spot in line for his wife that showed up like 20minutes after the store opened. It's crazy that chairs for whatever reason it be, can "save your place" in line without you even having to be physically there because as a collector myself I'd be pretty mad too that the first 5 people in are buying multiple of everything while everyone else there is trying to get something as well, especially after waiting HOURS and you can't really get anything because ANGEL and his buddies are spot saving and not PHYSICALLY present in line. This store needs to ban Angel from shopping at this location and they need to change to limit down to 1 per customer because limit 2 per customer especially when it comes to Pokemon cards is wild. It's a kids card game, and we got grown folk arguing which in this case is valid, IF YOU ARE NOT WAITING IN LINE LIKE THE REST OF THE PEOPLE YOU SHOULD NOT BE FIRST IN LINE AT ALL.

Tonight was a perfect example of why. I watched a manager open a register, help one customer, and then close it--even as the line kept growing to about 15 people. That left just one associate handling a long line, while another cashier was tied up helping a group with a large purchase. Instead of jumping in to help during a busy moment, the manager was on her phone, then emptying trash behind the registers and adjusting carts--completely ignoring the line of waiting customers. The only bright spot was Carlos, who was working incredibly hard and treating customers with patience and professionalism despite the situation. He deserves recognition for how he handled things. It's frustrating because TJ Maxx has great products, but the lack of customer care at this location makes it not worth the stop.
