It's a nice buy for name brands. You see how much a normal retailer would charge e.g. A jacket is $70.00. Normal price tag. Then boom Burlington tag would be $19.99, just an example. The first time i was here, i was blown away with the savings and all the merchandise. This place looks like some old fallout shelter turned into a massive retailer. It's underground so cell service sucks, i like that tho, I'm able to shop in peace...once they get toilet paper, I'll stop going to Walmart hahaha. read more

After searching through racks, found some great deals that I would not even find at target or walmart. They always have a long line, but most discount retailers like this will and it's no problem for me since I enjoy the deals on brand name clothes. Sara the cashier was very friendly and courteous. I told her she did not have to fold my clothes and said it was no problem for her. I appreciated her help and good attitude. Will be returning. read more

Pretty okay store. The quality of things are decent and I've gotten a few things in here that have worked out well. Downsides are that certain areas are neglected and everything is on the floor, and specifically by socks and underwear, especially if its clearance, it looks like a swap meet with mixed up things and at times there will be a bunch of people huddled around a barrel of crap digging and tossing things around because it's poorly organized. Houseware things are good quality but all in disarray. But for this kind of store it's decent. Employees are also usually quite friendly and parking isn't too bad. read more

This is a good store when you save money on stuff and they have a lot of different stuff from clothes for the whole family or stuff for the family, unfortunately the staff is a little not helpful and there is not system in the stuff, you will find stuff all over different shelf they don't belong, you will find clothes in not the right sizes labeled.. read more

For my grandson, I get home open box pull the car seat and stroller , the car seat was filthy the stroller was just as bad the items where used I took it back and told them they said it was on sale I said really you sell used shit ! Great big place with lots of clothing and household goods are great prices. If you come at the end of the end, you'll think you just missed a mad Christmas rush or something. I don't think any of the staff (if you can find them) clean up during the day at all ... ever. But if you're in the mood to do a little digging to save a lot of money - this is the place. Fern Peskin-White Duke Dao Slo Brent Rygh Just visited the Burlington Coat Factory at Fallbrook Mall. Heard a commotion in the handicap parking area at the west side of the entrance, and the old, skinny, over-tanned blonde gal was shouting something and walking away from a car that was parked there. Asked the occupants, an elderly man and what appeared to be his son, if the lady had caused them any concern. They said yes. So I asked them to report it on the 311 app. 45 minutes later after leaving Target, I drove back to victory in the parking lot and saw about 6 people hanging out in their beach chairs by the motor home that was there (behind Burlingtons), and a seventh person came up on a skateboard pulling a beer out of a bag. Looks like the party's on. I'm going to write Burlington and give them this same message. Not going back there if that place doesn't get cleaned up. I don't have to go places where I feel the owners are contributing or condoning this sort of thing. Not to mention having to worry about my or my family's safety. read more

If you like designer brand clothes for less than the actual price, Burlington coat factory is where you want to be. They have a variety of designer brands for men's, women's and kids clothing. They have a baby depot for all of your baby needs. Clothes is not the only thing this store sells. They also sell curtins, pots, pans, bed sheets, jewelry, bags etc. I would highly recommend this store to all of my friends for designer brand clothes. read more

I was astonished to find a discount clothing store that was this neat and organized. The women's clothing racks were perfectly sorted by size, separated by the type of clothing, and all on hangers that were properly marked with the size. Nothing on the floor. I was very impressed at this organization. Although I didn't buy anything today, the prices were quite reasonable, very low. I will return when I have more time. read more

My husband & I walked in Burlington's On Thursday afternoon & we were clueless on buying a formal men's suit (idk if that the proper name for it) but anyway this was the first time my husband shops for a suit and he was a hot mess and needed some major help. Well Tim in the men's dept (his the store or dept manager) he was so helpful he really surprised us with his customer service. He walked us through everything with my husband size's from pants, belt, tie, vest, shirt neck size for the shirt and even showed my husband how to tie his tie. Tim was just amazing! Amazing! And did I mention an amazing guy! He had the best customer service that we have experienced in a while. we are definitely going back to look for him so he can help us with our next suit purchase. This location is absolutely disgusting. I went in there on a weekday mind you. I was shocked, no drama.....I was in fact, shocked. I walked down some of the isles in the home section....pillows, little tables, etc. And, 2 isles had stuff pulled off the shelves onto the ground. I was so overwhelmed at the sight of this store, I left my purse on the ground. Luckily, some kind person brought it to the front. I go up to the front in a panic....asking about any purses turned in, the manager looks at me, makes a stupid face, asked to discribe said purse. I do, she is very aware she has it. I stand there up front, while she continues doing whatever mindless task, ignores me....until I finally ask again for my purse. This would be the manager from hell, the one who hates her job, hates herself, and HATES customer service!! But not for the fact she had my Louis Vuitton Monogram bag......I would have had a few choice words for her. Last but not least.....I wait in line to pay for my crap., I'm finally at the front of line. I see a soda cooler of sorts. I smell the most awful nasty smell wafting in the air. I ask the cashier, this lovely Indian women, what the hell that nasty smell is......she is so sweet and so self punishing, she has been smelling this all day. I told her, the smell is the condinsation, water collecting at the bottom......never emptied, nothing. Might i add, the front of store is horrible, piles of crap.....we call "go backs", no going back in that store! That is what that smell is. This experience blew me away. So, isles are trashed, manager is total loser, line to so long, it smells like s**t and piles of merchandise are endless behind the cashiers......no thank you. If you dislike yourself, go on in. They always have deals here. I always have to dig around to find what I want, but usually find it. They have a variety of things to shop for like shoes, clothes, home goods, a pretty big baby department. I like to go through the gadgets section and see if I can find a treasure for cheap. I wish all the customers would be respectful of the merchandise as you find opened items all over the place and it is just a mess in there. I feel bad for the workers that have to clean up after everyone. Today, I cleaned up an aisle of the toy section, it was just trashed. But I know if we the customers treated the store better, it would be in better shape. Ross is the same way but I do prefer Burlingtons. read more
