We did not know what to order and they were helpful in recommending a great assortment of picks. Unique for Culver: -Frozen Custard - 5/5 - I love the dessert here.The menu seems a bit complicated because they can serve it a lot of ways with a bunch of add-ons, but I always get their "concrete mixer" as I love getting the mix-ins. Some days the frozen custard is softer than I would like but the flavors are great and hit the spot after a long day. -Cheese Curds - 4/5 crispy pieces of Wisconsin cheese, unique on their menu. Sandwiches and Burgers: -Spicy Chicken Sandwich - 4.5/5 their chicken recipe was recently updated! Mildly spicy with a crispy batter. -North Atlantic Cod Sandwich 3.5/5 - thick piece of soft fish with a thin crisp exterior. Personally if you want a well done burger, hands down Culver's takes the cake! To me it's thee top burger joint if you like quality and all of there menu options are delicious. If you have no idea what to order order a double Culver's deluxe with some cheese curds and a chocolate concrete mix w Reese's can't go wrong with it! Great customer service. The food was good and not over priced. Clean even though it was busy.

Three of us today for lunch. Two had their yummy butter cheeseburgers and I had the chicken strawberry pecan salad. Shared fries and cheese curds. Fry sauce so good. Everyone said delicious. Had pets with us so we enjoyed sitting outside on their patio. Glad they are dog friendly. I went inside to get more water and use the restroom. So nice and clean. Two of us three live where Culver's does not have a location. Maybe that is why we crave it every time we visit! read more

Quick review. This is the 3rd time in two months we've done "curdside" and had items missing from our orders. Luckily I was in the parking lot when I realized and not home like the two previous times it caused a problem. When I went in to bring it to their attention they couldn't quit talking long enough to hear what was wrong. They definitely need some guidance from management to get this fixed. Edit: a couple hours after posting this review, I received a call from the manager, Craig, talking about the situation and what they will do to make it right. They talked with the worker and told her the proper way of handling these kinds of situations. I received a coupon in the mail for a free 2 scoop sundae and value basket. I greatly appreciate their gesture and look forward to eating at Culver's many times down the road! Original review: We don't have Culver's in my town so I was really excited to try some of their custard in Idaho Falls. We ordered a double scoop of custard but was charged with two separate single scoops. This young and inexperienced worker with short, blue dyed hair incorrectly charged us an extra $3 and refused to change it or find help to make it right. This may not be much to some people, but it is to those of us who don't have consistent income. She didn't give a damn about us and it shows how much the staff of this Culver's cares about the customers. Notable mention to their custom root beer, which was amazing way better than Bargs. The other thing that I ordered was there was a vanilla ice cream cone. The texture was amazing and so was the flavor. I think their ice cream could compete with Dairy Queen. The restaurant was pretty clean and had lots of seating. There was also some cool photography inside now the cherry on top of this restaurant was definitely service. They had a smile on their face and when I asked them what they recommended they gave a great description and they did not disappoint. I realize that the employees want to go home, however, if your business hours are until 10 o'clock, you would think that you would just do the right thing and make the small order. There were only two of us. I work in customer service and I would've let someone in if it was before 10 o'clock as does my daughter. Ate here this past weekend with my grandson. His chicken strip kiddie meal was okay. I, on the other hand, opted for the Walleye fish sandwich. Normally, like last year, it was pretty good. This time, the oil oozing from the fish was awful. The fish slid its way out of the bun and my hands became oily as well. More oil than their cheap napkins could handle. The ultimate was when a piece of the fish hit the table and left an oil slick that would have rivaled the Exxon Valdez in Prince William Sound. What gives, Culvers? Did one of your highly trained culinary specialists forget to drain the fish in the basket after its immersion in the bubbling cauldron? Too bad, this kind of experience has become more of the norm than not, at least at this location. As far as ambience goes, this restaurant went from no background music to hits from the 40's and 50's (not rock and roll.) Burgers are better than average, the real star here is the cement mixer. Being able to customize how ever you want. It's the way a shake or frozen desert should be. The cheese curds are a nice treat but can be a little too savory, I tend to add the cheese sauce to it too. Fries or just okay but having actual fry sauce in a packet, delicious. read more

My first visit here and I was impressed with the selections. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich which was excellent. Their service is similar to Chick Fil-A in that one places an order at the counter, gets a number, and the order is delivered to your table. They serve Pepsi, not Coke, but I am okay with that - either is fine with me. I saw one family flag down a server and order something extra from their table - a novel occurrence for me. As a person who lives in Las Vegas I have never been to a Culver's before. I've always wanted to go to one but there are no locations in Nevada so this was a rare opportunity. When I walked in I didn't smell the best but I ordered my food and oh. my. god. The food was fantastic and I would 100% go here again. I got the burger and fries and left full and satisfied.
