So good! I got the Fried Chicken sandwich, my wife got the Crispy Pork, and our kids split a PBJ Melt. They were all amazing!

This was a yummy new try! The fried chicken sandwich is out of this world!!!! The wedge salad is so yummy and the lettuce is very crisp and fresh! The only reason I didn't give a 5 star review is because to me the fries are very lack luster - the aioli sauce is yummy though! Can't wait to try the pastrami sandwich next time! My boyfriend and I are fans of their sister restaurant BurntZilla, when we heard they were opening up a new restaurant we were ecstatic! We've been waiting for your arrival Burnt Crumbs! The establishment is very appealing to the eye. I got the avocado toast, which was pretty good. My boyfriend got the pastrami with a side of fries. He wasn't too fond of the pastrami after eating almost an entire half. The manager, MIKE, was nice enough to get him something else. He got the spaghetti grilled cheese, and OHMYGOSH it's to die for! I had a really mixed experience here over the weekend... The Good: My wife loved the spaghetti grilled cheese sandwich and would definitely order it again. In addition, the fries and the house chip were extremely tasty. :) The OK: The spicy meatball sandwich is way too spicy and the heat overpowers the sandwich. It is listed as spicy, so if you are not a fire eater, I would try something else. The Bad: The pastrami sandwich was the biggest disappointment. I am not sure why they say it is pastrami when it looks, tastes, and has the mouth feel of corned beef. Pastrami is typically thin and curls on the edge as opposed to being a thicker slab of meat. read more

Surprisingly enough this food is actually not full of junk and greasy as heck. I'm not a fan of hipster style foods with all kinds of junk in them. The sandwiches here are simple and fun without compromising the flavor of the food. I had a great experience here. Great place to bring the family! I have 3 young kids and this place is always a hit. The kiddos always gets the mac and cheese, hubby gets the burger and I usually have a salad or the avocado toast and we all share the fries! Okay where to start... we first heard of this place from Yelp of course so we decided to make a drive down to here for our Valentine's Day dinner. And let me tell you it was worth the drive (coming from San Bernardino) My boyfriend and I ordered the spaghetti sandwich, avocado toast, and the fried chicken sandwich. All were aaammazzing. The bread on the spaghetti sandwich was just the right about of crunchiness. And they didnt jip us on the portions like most places do these days lol The avocado toast was our favorite. The bread was so soft and the ricotta cheese on there really went well! You def have to try this if you go there. We we went there we were actually talking to the owner there and we told him how we drove from Sb and he ended up bringing us out this fried pp&j sandwich which was seriously the best ever. I woke up craving it lol. It had toasted bread with their own handmade jelly and I want to say it was honey roasted peanuts with bananas! It was delish. I would def recommend this place to anyone looking for great food at a good price. The environment was also nice! The workers really seemed to enjoy working there. What a great and different place. The staff was upbeat, proud of what they were offering and had great suggestions. Nothing average there, I couldn't decide between a few choice so I got all three and ate half and food the rest home. And even day 2 they were delicious. I love Burnt Crumbs. The food is pricey but it is worth it. In fact, I recommend sharing the sandwich because its such a big portion that I could not eat my spaghetti sandwich so I took the other half to work for lunch the next day. I say get the sauce on the side because even with the sauce on the side, there is a good amount of sauce on it. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich which is a big version of the burnt trucks slider except it has spicy sauce on it. I usually love spicy sauce but I was glad it was on the side because it was super spicy for me (maybe we are just too old for that head idk). The teas are great too. We also got an order of fries to share that came with garlic aioli and they were so good! All and all, Burnt Crumbs is awesome and very filling. The staff is helpful and friendly and they remembered my kids from the burntzilla store because my son is a frequent customer and he loves the girls that work there. read more

Didn't really think we would love the spaghetti grilled cheese sandwich but it was great . I would warn you that it is a little spicy but for me that just took the sandwich to a 5 . I really wanted to love Burnt Crumbs, the photos of the food in my instragram feed compelled me to try this place and probably raised my expectations too high. I love the complex hot dog creations that make Burntzilla famous, so I figured I was in for a treat at Burnt Crumbs. My first impression was that I was pleased to see a simple menu, as a lover of all food, I can get overwhelmed with too many choices, but BC keeps it's simple. While the dishes are far from simple, because they utilize so many ingredients, the options are few. I went with a an exploratory friend and was thus able to try the crispy pork sandwich, the fried chicken sandwich, the hand cut fries, the hand cut chips, the chunky raspberry tea, and garlic alioli. The fried chicken sandwich was spot on, not particularly creative, but accomplished it's mission in life, which is to be better than chick filet. I would have preferred a thinner pounded piece of chicken and a lot more gravy and honey, I like my food sloppy, sue me. The crispy pork sandwich was just, well, disappointing, super dry and the herbs totally dominated the flavor, I didn't care for it at all. The fries were excellent, they keep the skin on and fry them until they crunch, perfection! The hand cut chips are pretty basic, just a little thicker and greasier than your everyday lays potato chip, but the alioli was a treat! So much creamy garlic goodness and they give you plenty. I also loved my chunky raspberry sweet tea, kind of like a freckled lemonade but much fresher and natural tasting. Overall, gotta go with 3 stars, not bad, not outstanding. Service was excellent but the prices are a bit high. $9 for a beer was a bit ridiculous, especially since it was served in a plastic cup. If you're gong to serve $9 beers, at least use a chilled mug. Food overall was above average except $3 for a tiny cup of fries? Come on. Also Rueben sandwich could have used a bit more pastrami, although the pastrami is delicious. I am obsessed with this place! While I don't like to eat such a hardy meal all the time, I absolutely know where I'm going for a hardy comfort food! I had the spaghetti grilled cheese and it was so delicious. The marinara sauce was well seasoned! However, the sauce in the spaghetti could use just a tad of salt. First, avocado toast is one large piece of good sourdough bread, smashed avocado and some ricotta cheese (I'd suggest a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on top it they're reading this). The taste was excellent, can't find a fault with the flavor, but consider the above is $7.50 (even up .50 since this place opened), it's a splurge for everyone. Saw online that they had chicken salad toast also that I wanted to try, but when I went they said they didn't have it anymore and just the buffalo chicken toast (they have since update their site's menu with it's removal which is good for a quick update, but could have been quicker). As for the sandwiches, they are also excellent, but unlike the toast they are of value also. The sandwiches are large and hefty and worth the $9+ prices. The cauliflower salad was OK, wouldn't order it again but wouldn't tell anyone to avoid it. Overall, I'm impressed and will be back. read more

My husband and I have been waiting for this place to open as we live across the street and we weren't disappointed. I definitely recommend the BLT...the bread was really good. Thick and perfectly toasted. The fries with fresh made garlic aioli were great! Crispy and hot. I was pleasantly surprised about the aioli because I normally don't go for mayo-based stuff on my fries, but the flavor was great. I couldn't stop dipping. I think the owner was the one bringing all of the food out to the tables and he said all of the spreads and aioli were made fresh on site. We also had the pastrami sandwich (we like to share so we can have bites of everything). I liked it. It was tender, juicy and flavorful, but it could've used more mustard. I didn't find it to be "hot" mustard like it described on the menu so don't fear that if you're worried about it. I think we will try the fried chicken sandwich next time. I would also recommend the chips and onion dip. Super yummy. You don't need to order two sides...there is definitely enough for two in either the fries or chips. We just couldn't decide so got both to try them out. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, they accept ApplePay which made it easy and our food came out hot and pretty quick. I recommend the hand cut fries with Garlic Aioli which were a game changer. I rarely add ketchup to my fries but the Garlic Aioli is delectable. Well it was disappointing to say the least. Tasted sort of bland and didn't look all that appealing in person. There was a young couple next to us (we sat outside) that got the same sandwich and the girl was taking pictures of the guy in various poses with the sandwich. I dream of places like this. A simplistic menu, containing quality versions of familiar standards, with a creative twist. Not a surprise that the ownership are young, hip, and found their roots from the Food Truck Scene, as I feel (as weird as it may seem to say), a thoughtfulness/respect to how they treat their menu offerings. We had the fortunate treat of having a brief, yet wonderful conversation with one of the owners, with whom detailed his journey to this wonderful establishment. FYI- I am told though there are permanent menu offerings, their are daily/weekly additions, so check the website, or give them a call to get the deats. Probably the greatest compliment I can give the crew at Burnt Crumbs, is to say, preview the menu and view the pics from the Yelper's. They taste BETTER than they look and they look very, very good.
