Our master bathroom toilet and drains seemed to be getting a bit sluggish over these past few months and weren't working as well as they used to. I called Burtech Plumbing and each time I called the phone was promptly answered by Ana who was able to find and schedule an appointment for a plumber to come out and take a look. On separate occasions we have been lucky to get Mike, Gino, or Bill for service. Each one of these plumbers was able to fix the immediate problem and show us what was wrong. All the plumbers called before they arrived and every single one of them showed up in the window of time that Ana said they would! Everyone wore masks and shoe covers when they entered our home. Responsive, good quotes, but not reliable. Companies to understand their clients. For me, I have to deal with my HOA, which means, I have to get 48-72 hr notices completed. Day of the project, I was left stranded because the person (plumber) called in sick. Worst part was that I actually followed up prior to the appointment and found out that way that the plumber was not going to show up. The rep I spoke to said, "sorry but we don't control when people get sick." Well maybe you should put in a substitute plumber? Try to fit one in between the hours? Appointment was scheduled two days in advance and your plumber gets sick over night? Give me a break. read more

Worst experience you can imagine. Firstly they come and diagnose that there's a leaking issue due to gasket in bathtub, we're renting the house and gasket is old and worn out, not our issue. But they then go tell leasing company different story, had to get all parties on phone to resolve as leasing company was going to force us to pay, this should have been a warning! So next the guy doesn't even have the part to fix, so he has to go and source one, he doesn't know how long it will take and our family was going out later so he gives me a card to call to book for the following week. Monday morning comes around and we are away and security gate calls and says plumbing company here even though I had never arranged for them to come back yet, we aren't home so they leave. Suddenly I have this bill, penalty fee for the guy not finishing Friday even though he didn't have part and couldn't confirm when or even if he would be back and then another penalty fee for not being at residence for appointment that I never agreed to or booked. So now what makes this story sad is I call the company and they flat out lie about everything, zero integrity zero honesty zero service and if I could give zero stars I would, run from this company run fast and far away don't let this dishonest firm get near your home! read more

He found the water shut off and was able to install and do everything within an hour. He was super kind and knew exactly what he was doing. Great service. Extremely reasonably priced and they do not try to oversell/up-sell. I was told by one plumber that a smell in my bathroom was due to my admittedly aging water heater. I was quoted a ridiculous price for a new water heater I called Burtech and they came out right away and told me the smell was probably not due to the water heater and quoted me a much more reasonable price for a new one. They ended up cleaning my drain with an enzyme cleaner for $80 (service call included). read more

I had a great experience with Burtech. Our tankless water heater started leaking. After multiple failed attempts with another company, Burtech came out the next day, with a like for like replacement. They were on time, friendly and courteous. Two hours later, we had hot water again! The other company (True Plumbing) said it would be an all-day job. They must not be as efficient as Burtech if it takes them all day to complete the same job. read more

We are having kitchen sink issues. After trying to get someone out on a Saturday everyone was booked or wanted almost 200 dollars to come out and run a snake down the line. Then I discovered Burtech through Yelp. Dominic responded right away and told me he would have someone out between 2 and 4 at 10 in the morning. Not only did he get someone out there, but Mike was also actually there earlier than that. Mike tried his hardest to get the problem fixed but couldn't get it done. That is not his fault though, the fault lays with having 43-year-old pipes and 43 years worth of build-up in them. Mike immediately told me what was going on and what needed to happen to fix the issue. He got me scheduled for Monday (today) to get someone out to water jet the lines which need to be done and didn't even charge me for the Saturday visit since he couldn't get it fixed. Burtech is awesome. I only wish I had found them earlier. I couldn't recommend them anymore. Thanks for all the help. read more
