First time at this restaurant and I was blown away. We had a double date with our friends. I am gluten free (not by trendy choice) and I was so excited to see all the choices! I had the grass fed tri tip bowl and it was fabulous!!! My husband ordered the American burger in the GF bun and WOW!! I was shocked at how delicious it was! Such a disappointment. I had been to the one in Temecula and expected the same quality of food. I ordered the Salmon with sweet potatoes and grilled veggies. Salmon was barely warm. Sweet potatoes were so dry and appeared old, not freshly cooked what so ever. Veggies tasted and appeared like they were cooked with a candle burner rather than a grill. The green pepper was literally cut in half, literally. To make matters worse during our meal, the manager (I'm assuming she was because earlier she was giving instruction) came and took her break on the booth with her feet ON THE BOOTH on her cell phone. Not even Taco Bell managers do that! My wife's meal wasn't much better. Our meals came out to about $50 and we ate off paper plates. Not impressed what so ever. Will likely not return. read more

Love this place. The food is excellent and the service is as well. The young lady named Ally is the sweetest and so eager to help in any way she can. If you want something healthy you can get it here and if you want a killer not so healthy burger you can get it here too. The crispness on their wings and fries is amazing as well. This was our first time trying this place. We walked in and sat at the bar because we wanted drinks and food. I like whiskey based drinks and asked if they had any or a menu to look at. The way the lady answered was dry and unfriendly. It seemed liked she didn't want to be there. She was unfriendly and unwelcoming. My husband ordered a beer and I ended ordering the Bees Knees. Horrible taste. I've had this same drink somewhere else and it tasted way better. I would have given this place a try for their food, but the horrible service made me just want to leave and we did once we finished the drinks. read more

Stopped by here for late lunch last weekend with some visitors from out of state and it was a good first experience. Took off one star just for few times I had to look for any wait staff help. Had a good outdoor experience in the bar area. Ordered bbq tri tip sandwich and fries and I t came out barely like warm and the bread was a bit soggy. Would I come back? Yes I would. Hi Brandon,     My name is Danielle. My fiance and I live in Henderson, Nevada outside of Las Vegas. So, we were driving back from San Marcos after a family event to go back home. We pulled off looking for something to eat. I saw your restaurant and thought why not go to a not chain place to dine.            We were greeted by Presley. What a wonderful,  helpful charming young man. He suggested the peri peri sauce for the chicken. We ordered the rib chicken combo, sweet potatoes and Brussel sprouts. OMG. The food was insane. Delicious. The bread was amazing. That sauce. We had a veggie empanada too. Justine was beyond personable.  We truly had a wonderful experience.  Please consider opening in Las Vegas. Preferable Henderson by Anthem Inspirada area. Very hip and classy part of Henderson. That is where we live lol. Overall, we are definitely coming back. Fast friendly service. Nice decor. We ordered Grilled chicken sandwich wrapped in lettuce. Chicken and beef empanadas. Drinks were hibiscus lemonade and pineapple soda. Food was very tasty. This place is an absolute joke! Got up to the counter to order my little ones food first. He wanted the buttered noodles (like so simple!) They had no noodles. He then chose chicken tenders. They didn't have those either. They had NO kids meals except a quesadilla and a chicken breast. So ended up having to order a $14 cheeseburger for him. Then proceeded to order two of the fuego burgers to which they said they were out of bacon. Ok... continued on to order some sangria, to which they said they couldn't do because they had no bartender. $100 later and half the stuff we wanted we left so disappointed. Honestly, look at the menu and call before hand because they are out of so many things! This was a random Monday, not even like a Saturday night or something. Whoever does the ordering/scheduling should be fired. This place won't last long. read more

Sooo. Let me start by saying the team at this location needs some training. From service, to cooking, to the cleanliness of the restaurant. We ordered the tri tip plate with roasted veggies and sweet potato fries. My husband ordered the tri tip sandwich with rice and the sweet potato fries. They brought out bbq chicken and the rice and my tri tip and veggies, no sweet potato fries an no utensils. We let the girl know that he ordered a tri tip sandwich and she took it back. When she brought out the sandwich there was no rice and still no sweet potato fries. So I told the girl he was now missing rice and we were both missing sweet potato fries. We finally got everything but, this food was gross. The tri tip was all rubbery with no taste, the chimchurry had too much garlic in it and my roasted vegetables were mushy and cold. No one was checking on customers and there was a lady that came up front complaining that she had ordered 30 minutes ago and still didn't have her food. The kitchen was dirty and most of the tables needed a good cleaning. We will not be eating here again. Great idea and the decor was good but other than, thumbs down all te way. Zero stars. read more

This is a must stop for anyone who loves quality food! We were a group of 4 adults and 2 children. The set-up is you walk-up and order and the service is that they bring your order as each item is cooked attempting to time it where everything arrives nearly at the same time. I ordered the tri-tip bowl and it did not disappoint! I chose brown rice and brussels sprouts as the 2 choices. The meat was tender, rice a bit sticky as I hoped and the Brussels sprouts were roasted perfectly. Reasonably priced at just under $15. We had the Caesar salad and empanadas. Both were well received. The braised brisket with vegetables was also really flavorful. The kids ordered off the kids menu and my grandson stated the fries were the best. The cage-free chicken with rice was a hit for the 2year-old grandson. The wine by the glass was reasonably priced and a good value. Just served a little too chilled for my liking. Fast food with handcrafted beers and sodas. I ordered the salmon bowl. It was good, but very bland. It definitely could have been hotter when they served me. And I prefer real soda products like cocoa cola or Dr. Pepper, but I didn't know until I got there. They did have water and lemonade. The service was good. The prices are inline with the current cost of eating out. Family of 4, 3 bowls, 1 child size pasta, one Mac & Cheese and one lemonade was $80 with a small tip. The first time we came the food was really good. But it has lost its touch the last two visits. The place is clean and your order at the front desk area. This is a self service place so they give you the cutlery, drinks, ect Not sure where this trend of asking for tips comes from with places like this. Lovely lovely place. You feel as though you are just eating GOOD ingredients! They take the time to have organic foods and healthy options. Normally I would get the tri tip bowl (absolutely delicious!) but this time I tried the Millionaire Bacon BLT.Umm... where has this been my whole life??! The millionaire bacon is absolutely sublime with its sweetened bacon. The pieces of pepppered syrup just drip off and have the most amazing taste. The actual sandwich bread is their baked-in-house foccacia bread and it was light and airy and perfect! Overall the whole sandwich was a perfect blend of tastes. I thought I might need a side order of something to accompany it, but actually I was stuffed from the sandwich alone. I do plan to visit again and have the SAME EXACT THING!! :) Well done, Bushfire Grill! PS: My friend got the Thai Chicken Curry bowl and had enough for two meals! Service is very slow. Food is ok but cold by the time it arrives so moot point. Hire more people.
