On March 25,2023 it was my granddaughters sweet 16. We ordered a cake from a person that makes them out of her house. When we got the cake it had collapsed. The party was 4 hours away and we had no cake. I walked into this bakery and I explained what happened, it was a long shot who's gonna make a cake in such short notice. I asked the lady if she can please help me and she went to speak to her baker the baker came out the first thing that they both said was, this cake was done at someone's house, I agreed then the baker said I can have a duplicate of this one by 5 pm. Surprisingly he called me at 4 to pick up the cake. The cake looked way better than the first one and the taste was amazing very moist. All my guest enjoyed it. I did not order decorations on it's so I'm solely reviewing the cake itself without flowers and I'm very disappointed on its presentation. My daughter loved her cake and it was one of the best cakes I personally have had in a long time. The bread was super moist, the icing was nice and light and not sweet plus the strawberries in the filling were fresh. I did notice they have a refrigerator, and in it they have boxes with cakes that they buy from elsewhere, so I don't think they make the cakes themselves. Customer service was fast, but they don't make sure they have the wording correctly. I told them to write Evel(i)n, but she word it with a Y. I decided to give the new owners a chance because my cousin always buys her cakes here and she loves the cakes. So i ordered a cake for my nephew's 1st bday party. I presented a picture of the cake i wanted. The lady told me from the get go that she couldn't cover the entire cake with fondue because it would cost over $200 so i said is fine but i want the rest of the decoration in fondue. She came down to $180 which is still a lot but i didnt have time to look for other bakeries. I left a $40 deposit and paid the balance during the week. The day of the party i picked up the cake and I was disgusted with the cake. The simplest thing of the cake which was the banner looked like crap. Even my daughter can make a better banner out of playdough. I do not recommended this bakery for custom cakes. read more

This cake shop almost ruined my wedding. I made an order a month before. I paid them ahead of time. The only lady there agreed to deliver. A day before my wedding at 1pm she called me telling me she couldnt deliver or anyone of her staff. I was really upset that she didn't give me enough time to figure something out. Her husband treated me really bad. He told me my money didn't matter because they had tons of customers. They ended up canceling my order because they couodnt deliver 10 mins away from them. This all happened a day before my wedding!!!!! This place is the worst! No customer service skills. They don't deserve 1 star! read more

I'm very disappointed I order my godson's birthday cake here, the owner/baker recommended to use a print picture on the cake for better quality and although it was an additional price to get this printed I agreed to pay for it since I know when it comes to quality you get what you pay for. I wasn't able to pick up the cake myself, I was At work when I showed up to the birthday party and saw the cake i was so disappointed and embarrassed the colors were totally washed out the black & white on the checkers & name looked green, all the colors were off. I called the owner to seek a solution and her answer was to bring in the cake, when we were in the middle of the party, I obviously wasn't able to do that since it was already late and the kids wanted cake. I sent her the pictures so she could see how the cake looked, I'm still waiting on a response I know there is nothing we can do the party is over now, but I was expecting at least an apology and the extra money I paid for the printing of the pictures. I use to order my cakes here and spend about $100-$175 on custom cakes. Well I went in to order 3 cakes. I asked how much were their 8' regular cakes and was told $29. Then I asked how much were the 10' regular cakes and was told $65! How is it possible that for 2 inches more they were charging $36 more?! That is insane!!
