Not great. The service was really good, the people were nice, but the food is a total miss. The biscuits are dry, the chicken inside the biscuits totally look like they are frozen chicken patties. The chicken tenders are hot and fresh, but have absolutely no seasoning. The sweet potato fries are fine, but just taste like Sysco sweet potato fries. The one thing I will say redeems this place is the interior. The decorations are really awesome and I love the pink, neon, diner vibe! What beautiful diner vibes with the diner food to match! Came in and was able to immediately start to order my food on the kiosk. After ordering I took my beeper that you have to label with the correct letter to get your food. There was really no service because you pretty much do it all on your own, but when I they saw that I was taking sometime on the kiosk they did offer to help and offer a menu. My food took about 10min. To come out and when I saw it, it gave me diner vibes to the point I was hoping it didn't taste that way....... Butttt it did! I came here on a Saturday with my daughter, she wanted an ice cream, so I ordered her the small watermelon flavored with sprinkles. The watermelon flavor was very subtle almost tasted like strawberry but it was very good. Service was nice and friendly, we received our ice cream very fast. First of all, let me qualify that I am a huge fan of the Carvel soft serve vanilla here for its texture and flavor; and it's one of my favorite go to desserts when I am in the mood and not calorie counting. And the managers and staff here are wonderful. So friendly and accommodating. Having said that this is my first opportunity to actually come in for a burger. A couple of little pieces of torn lettuce, under ripe tomatoes. The meat patties were OK, smashed and crisp. A soft and acceptable bun. but actually room temp to cool; doesn't appear to be toasted. If this was a $6 to $8 burger, no problem but at $13, this was a one time only burger, sorry to say. Most reminded me of a Wendy's burger. Sorry to disappoint but other than the aesthetics for cute photos the food here is below average, service non existent, and lastly the wait times are crazy long. They offer two kiosks at the counter to order from and have a few kiosk along the wall that never work causing an even longer delay in ordering. The menu is not posted at the entrance so once you get to the kiosk you have a family of 7 trying to figure out everyone's order on the spot. The best thing here is the aesthetic look for children. We went for brunch as we read they do brunch. Unfortunately it's not a brunch spot. They mainly only have burgers, no brunch type of food. If you're looking for a vintage retro diner with great photo opps then hey this place is 10/10...however they put more value into the decor than the actual service and menu. I was not impressed but since we drove over in between volleyball games and the girls were excited to try it I went ahead against my better judgment. I really enjoyed my patty melt which came with 2 tender patties & the toast was perfectly crispy. However, the chicken tenders were way too dry and both my husband and son did not enjoy them. We usually take leftovers but these had to be left for disposal. The sweet potato fries were pretty good and crispy but unfortunately the regular fries were disappointing as well. We were in a rush to leave so didn't have time for dessert. I really liked the different sitting area options especially the bar stools with the swirling soft serve tower. What an interesting place! Buttermilk Baby is a new restaurant located within the MKT shopping center. The outside is very eye catching with its pastel colors and candy land appeal. Inside is just as whimsical. There are both indoor and outdoor seating but seating is very limited and the overall structure of the place is off. For example, you enter through the entrance and get in line to order your food. From there you walk into the dining area which is essentially first come first serve. BUT people will skip the ordering, grab/ hold a table, and then get in line to order. This messes up the whole operation because then people are left without tables. Now let's get into the food.... The atmosphere and ambience is whimsical and fun, but the food is just meh. We ordered the chicken biscuit and the bacon egg and cheese biscuits. For me it was an overpriced fast food biscuit. I will say it was decently sized but the chicken in my biscuit was dry and overall nothing was show stopping. I have read that this place is meant for children? Or influencers? We first tried Buttermilk Baby at the rodeo, where the hotdogs were incredible ,so we made the 30+minute drive to check out the restaurant. they didn't offer hotdogs at the restaurant, only burgers and ice cream. While the burger was good, it wasn't what we were hoping for. We also tried the Oreo ice cream, which sadly didn't live up to our expectations either. That said, the atmosphere is fantastic! I didn't waste time trying to take the perfect picture however because that's what most reviews on here will do. What I can talk about is the food and the experience. When I went to order the mac and cheese, I was told that was no longer on the menu. Mind you, it was also printed which given that the establishment hasn't been open very long, it's disappointing to already have an outdated menu. Another thing is that the menu isn't clear which shakes aren't boozy so I was initially thinking I would have to do soft-serve or nothing. I ordered the patty melt and removed the bacon from my burger after I received it. The patties weren't as large as I would have expected given the price (but I guess it's comparable to other local burger spots) and it tasted a little dry. Additionally, the fries weren't that appealing - McDonalds could definitely give them a run for their money. I did enjoy my shake - while slightly thin. I was able to get my food within 10-15 minutes. I don't think I'd go back because it wasn't a meh experience but again, if you're going for the pictures you can factor in that cost of the swings and other photos to help justify it. read more

The staff did go ahead and remake another corn dog but they didn't adjust the receipt so I ended up paying more than I needed to. Friend chicken sandwich: 5/10- for $8 it's a good size sandwich. I wish there were more toppings or even more sauce. Corn dog: 6/10- I appreciated that their corn dogs were 100% wagyu beef. I really enjoyed the hot dog portion.
