Wayne did our pull-outs last week. Wayne comes with integrity, professionalism, work-ethic, quality product and price. Wayne does one thing and that is pull-outs and he takes pride in his work and it shows. I told him just one page of review will not suffice. My wife and I did at least 5 estimates before we picked Wayne and his brutal honesty impressed both of us. 1. He shows up on time. 2. Does not make a mess, he brings his bootie (shoe cover) and rolls out spread-cloth over the floor, all his tools are properly labelled, lined up for his work. 3. Works very efficiently, methodically. 4. He orders exactly what was requested during estimate time. 5. His products are superior bar none, the pullouts, metals involved are very top shelf premium stuff. 6.When he left, he did not leave a single mess; my wife opened the main door after some time when he completed and left and still saw him cleaning up every inch of stuff from the driveway. I will definitely recommend him to my relatives and friends and will use him once more when I need additional work done. Hopefully, he does not retire. read more

I have a small galley type kitchen, so functionality and better use of limited space was my goal. Now that Wayne has performed his "magic" in my kitchen, I am more than delighted. No longer do I have to get on my hands and knees to find the right pot, lid, casserole dish, etc, in my lower kitchen cabinets. Those cabinets now beautifully roll completely out for a full view and easy accessibility for everything stored there. Also, I had one of those "black hole" type pantries where things always got lost at the back. Now I have every shelf completely rolling out. I'm so happy to finally know what's always in that cabinet. When you call Wayne, he promptly returns your phone calls and arrives on time for your scheduled appt. I truly appreciate his perfectionism and tidiness on the job, and the materials he uses are top notch. I definitely will give Wayne 5 stars as he deserves them. After the fourth time my original shelves collapsed I figured it was time to really be serious and do something about it. So I called Wayne who had worked on my friend's cabinets to perfection. He came out, measured, and within a week or so was back with the new pullouts. He was fully equipped with the tools he needed to do the job and did it with ease. He even reinforced an above cupboard with no charge making it look like it had always been there. The pullouts are wonderful and I am so proud of them, showing my friends that come into my home. He is only one of many you would be proud and happy to refer to your friends for such a technical job. After trying to get 4-5 different cabinet companies come out and replace the 25 year old rails on our cabinets to be the newer "soft close" types of drawers - we could never get anyone to show up and the 1-2 that did were outrageously expensive - so I had pretty much given up on the idea until I saw this companies ad in a local publication and figured I would try one last company. I was so pleased when Wayne (the owner) came out about 40 minutes after I called him, gave me a very fair quote and when I told him "let's do it" he came back 2 days later and spent the day getting everything installed. Beautiful & professional workmanship. Wayne was great to work with and excellent in his job. We had someone else tell us that we had the wrong kind of hinges and doors & could not have the pull out drawers installed without replacing them. Wayne had already given us a bid & assured us that he would do the job correctly & that there was no problem. We just had to trust him on this & are so happy we did. Wayne stands behind his work. Wayne is a very exacting contractor who installed my roll out shelves and new door handles with precision templates and wood spacers so that every handle and shelf is installed perfectly aligned. Viewing the whole kitchen I would have thought I would see at least one handle askew. All were perfectly aligned. All handles were quality color and metal. The roll out shelves are made out of hardwood, even the bottoms. As I watched him work I began to realize this is a guy who takes pride in every little thing he does and isn't satisfied until the work meets his exacting standards. I saw Handle It advertised in a Murrieta coupon book. I called and spoke to Wayne the owner , and I'm glad I did . Wayne has a no pressure no up-sell attitude. My wife and I were expecting to only add some drawer pulls and knobs to update our kitchen. The quote he gave us for knobs, pulls, and pull out shelving was so affordable we wound up doing all 3 bathrooms, the laundry room and all cabinetry throughout the entire house!!. He gave us a install date 30 days out, refused to take any form of payment until the install date. He is professional, punctual, and has integrity and great pride in his work. We really lucked out when we were referred to Wayne. He came to our house provided us an estimate / proposal for kitchen cabinet pull out drawers. Wayne provided us with an excellent price on the spot. He was very professional and loves his work. The pull out drawers are beautiful and top quality. We love it no more getting down on our knees to pull out items deep in the back of the cabinet. Wayne was amazing. We had challenging small pantries and I have had 4 other companies come out to give me a quote and to have a solution to make them work. All 4 said I would loose space as there is a wood strip in between the 2 side doors and really could not do anything. Well I called Handle it after seeing his ad. We did eight custom size pull out drawers with Wayne Thornhill from Handle It. It was a quick and totally painless process. Took less time then expected too, fortunately for our timing. We even had one particular cabinet's center post removed in order to enlarge the storage access area and it's wonderful.
