Excalibur seemed honest and helpful and they were able to come out first thing the next morning and get my heater replaced. They did a good job and the new unit looks better installed than the original. They also gave me advice on how to maintain it and what maintenance I could do myself to descale it etc so it doesn't break again. Overall happy either way the service even though overall it was expensive it was still less than other quotes I got.

We had a serious clog in our pipes and reached out to Power Plumbers and Drain, and I'm extremely glad we did. From the start, the experience was smooth and professional. Christian arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and clearly explained what was causing the clog and what needed to be done to fix it. Had a great experience with Power Plumbers and Drains in Daly City. Christian U was excellent to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear right from the price estimate (via Yelp messages) all the way through scheduling a time for him to come take a look. He came onsite to replace the garbage disposal, but after inspecting everything, he noticed the existing pipes weren't set up optimally and recommended redoing them properly. He explained the issue clearly and gave me pricing on the spot, which I appreciated and agreed to. On top of that, I also had a leak coming from the right side of the sink. Christian inspected it and fixed it as well, turns out it was just loose. He tightened everything up, used plumber's putty, and the leak is completely gone now. (My apologies for forgetting her name) I got an instant appointment confirmation through text and email, they called 30min. before the plumber came out. Then they text me a picture of a plumber and a little bio of the him. It's reassuring knowing who's coming into your house. When Ross arrived, on time, in uniform and clean. (Maybe I was the first stop.) I knew cause of the bio text and picture that the company sent was very helpful. Ross was polite and courteous to our house and slipped on some shoe cover which I very much appreciated. I told him our issues with the faucet and which problem started after water shut off in our complex . With a couple toggles at the faucet lever he had an idea what was wrong. I had a gut feeling it was an easy job but let's let the professional figure it out. Which he did. After the water shut off a lot of debris came out and clogged up the faucet spout filters. Ross removed all the debris and cleaned it out. Lo and behold we have more water pressure!!! He told me he wasn't going to charge me because of how easy of a fix it was. I was extremely thankful and embarrassed at the same time now knowing how easy that job was. Nonetheless, thank you Ross and Bell Plumbing you guys are a prime example of a company with a high standards!

The estimate was reasonable and their review ratings were very high. Juan and Jaden came and replaced our water heater perfectly, as discussed and quoted. The work was completed professionally and quickly. The only issue we had was that the project was pushed back twice because their supplier didn't get the water heater as scheduled. I don't hold Bell Plumbing to this since it's a chain supply issue for the specific water heater we wanted. Otherwise, I wholeheartedly would recommend Bell Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.
