A good authentic mexican lunch. I got the tostada bowl with carne asada definitely recommend. The meat wasn't hard it was flavorful a long with the salsas. The rice isn't like pollo loco it's hard to find a restaurant that doesn't make that kind of Mexican rice at a Mexican restaurant if you know what I mean it's authentic Mexican rice. This little place that's so easy to miss and doesn't look like anything is actually a GREAT experience of DELICIOUS food and very NICE employees who care about what you want to eat, and they serve you like you're in a restaurant. Tacos are fantastic! This is the whole in the hole in the wall that I've been searching for for the past several years. It's GOLD! Three tables inside and a little counter sitting area. The chicken, the Carne Asada, and the beef stew are fantastic. Great quality meat, very well seasoned, looks and smells great. The rice was perfect consistency, not clumpy or mushy, loose grains. The beans were exactly how you would expect them to be. The corn tortillas are locally sourced and are very delicious; some of the best I've ever had. The salsa is home made. I'm not sure what more you can ask for... The staff is friendly and the place has lots of regulars. An elderly gentleman was picking up his order, the staff member gave him his order and then walked around the counter to open the door for him, just to make things a little easier. I trashed after myself and got the lid of the trashcan dirty. As I was walking out the staff member got a rag ready to go and clean it up. There wasn't even two minutes between the two actions.
