I love the chicken sandwich here with the buffalo sauce, but there was almost zero buffalo sauce on it this time. The fried parts all fell off while trying to eat, and so I was left with a normal chicken sandwich. One bright spot was the egg rolls, as always, and the buried fries. Today, I was at Chop Shop the minute my order was ready, as I got a notification on my phone. I got the chicken with polenta and my husband had the chicken tenders. We got freezer burnt chicken that was wet and soggy, breading falling off, and impossible to chew like cardboard. Not to mention the polenta and Mac and cheese were cold. I understand not every experience can be perfect, however to pay a tip, restaurant service fee (that apparently doesn't go to staff because it's a separate charge), and have to pay for utensils at a quick serve restaurant just to receive small portions, cold food, and past quality ingredients is not acceptable. I would sooner go to a fast food restaurant.
