Honestly felt very disrespected here. We were in line ordering and my mom (who recently had knee surgery and can't stand for long periods) went to sit at an empty table while we were actively ordering. An employee came up to us after we ordered and told us that customers were complaining about my mom sitting there before we ordered and how she was there "so long" and we're not supposed to do that but she'll let us sit there "this time" when we full on just ordered $100 worth of food and needed somewhere to sit regardless. No signage stating that you couldn't sit before you ordered just says "place your order then sit" and honestly if you have a seating problem talk with your manager about adding more or adding a wait list. I don't find it acceptable to guilt the customers for sitting while they order which is a perfectly normal way to run a counter service spot. read more

Gotta lower this rating after the recent reporting that this location is closed due to nonpayment of sales tax, wage withholding, and other fees. It's really awful to charge a hefty fee to *customers* to support employees and then not pay required taxes on behalf of those employees. And it's equally terrible to add sales and local taxes to every bill and then not remit appropriate state and local taxes owed...especially when the restaurant is (was) such a beacon for the city. I have wanted to go here for sometime and it didn't disappoint. It's an order and sit place. We came on a Tuesday where it is $5 house wine all night! The house rose and white were both great! It was a hot evening so the salad was perfect! The small was just enough for one person for a meal especially with the grilled chicken added, you will definitely have leftovers with the large. The dolmas were on the happy hour and as you would expect. The meatballs were also tasty but not sure I would rush back for them. It's a great place to pick up a hostess gift, which I did! I got som Za'atar spices! The staff was very friendly. I went with a friend and it was both of our first times there. I am very versed in the location near the art museum but had not been to this Wash Park location yet. It was a gorgeous day and my friend and I ordered some spirits and she got a salad and I got the prosciutto and chips. The prosciutto and chips were very interesting. I felt like they were a little dry, but I guess I was mentally comparing it to the prosciutto and chips at L'il Johnny B's (which I really like!). OBSESSED. I can't even begin to describe it, but I'll try. Leven's original deli is bomb, but this new location specializes in sourdough pizza and it's freaking to die for! Mom and I had worked up an appetite after walking around Wash Park - and pizza and NA beer is always a win in my book, so we made our way to nosh. Located in a strip mall, t's a little easy to miss, but Yelp GPS led the way, allowing us to pull right up front. The parking lot is large, which is nice. We arrived on a Friday afternoon around 1pm to a packed house. No surprise, really! The interior is cozy and lush with plants, creating an "at home" atmosphere that suited us well. We passed through the market area first (think local grocery items, fun gifts and yummy wines/other), making our way the counter to place our order. The menu offers the same sandwich varieties of its sister location and insane appetizers and pizza. Although everything on the menu looked good, we opted to split the **CEASAR SALAD - perfectly toasted homemade croutons and crisp lettuce, drizzled with homemade Caesar dressing - light, refreshing and YUM! **BURRATA & PROSCIUTTO pie - which was loaded with Burrata, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, garlic oil, peach balsamic drizzle. SO delicious, yum and we finished the entire thing! Happy hour is hopping here and rightfully so with killer deals on all food and drink items, including nonalcoholic. We sipped on a few New Day Brewing NA brews which paired nicely with our pizza and salad. What an experience going to Leven Supply!! Friendly staff, very chill vibes inside and the food is absolutely incredible. It's counter service, so grab a menu to look at while in line. I got the pastrami rueben (most expensive sandwich on the menu at $20) along with a side of the dill macaroni salad for lunch. I was a little skeptical to spend that much on a sandwich but when it came to the table I was throughly surprised- it was hearty in all the right places and packed a punch full of delicious flavors. May be one of the best ruebens I've ever had now that I think about it. Also it was so huge I ate half there and the other half later on, talk about two meals in one! Macaroni salad was also right up my alley. The amount of goods you can get there is insane. Such a diverse food/beverage menu and tons of items on shelves and in coolers. A lot of it was local vendors too which I loved. Also also- not pictured in my photos but a must have there: the fudge tahini brownie. Seriously my mouth is watering just thinking about it. Leven Supply is one of those places that somehow does everything right. You can come in to shop for fantastic wine and refined pantry staples and end up having an outstanding meal. Dangerous, in the best way. They hit it out of the park every single time, both with their menu staples and seasonal specials. Add in a killer happy hour and this might officially be one of my favorite spots in Denver. We went in for their winter specials and everything was excellent. The charcuterie nachos were such a smart, elevated take on a classic. Warm kettle chips, prosciutto, olives, and smoked ricotta worked shockingly well together. The roasted winter vegetables were fresh, cozy, and perfectly balanced with the Aleppo aioli and pepitas. The chicken cutlet sandwich was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying, and the pepperoni and fennel sausage pizza was exactly what you want it to be. Dessert sealed the deal. The white chocolate pistachio bar was rich but not overwhelming, and the orange cranberry fritters were warm, comforting, and hard to stop eating. Every single bite was a 10 out of 10. I quickly made a stop here to get me some groceries. Yes, you may pay a bit more than you would like and yet for the kind of quality they produce at this deli/supply and /cafe store, I wouldn't mind the extra as I don't do this every day. The main reason was because of the French Curry Potato Salad (already prepackaged in an 8oz container.) So so good!! There are/were some interesting finds I can mention here and they are: 1) Date Better (chocolate covered nut butter dates), and 2) Vybes Bottled Drink (I got the Peach Ginger Mind+Body that contains 70% recommended dose of magnesium.) I checked the ingredients for both of them and they all checked out for good and clean elements. It's such a fun place to shop for daily necessities as well as gifts. And of course, you can dine in to have a salad or sandwich or even pizza. It's a small cafe and yet you can always sit outside as long as the weather permits. We split a Prosciutto Pizza and a Caesar Salad. The salad was fantastic - it tasted like a Caesar salad with a unique twist. It had the perfect amount of dressing and came with some bread too! The pizza, however, tasted kind of rubbery and chewy. I thought the flavors were pretty good, but the texture felt off. The cheese didn't really pull apart or melt. Never would have I thought to stuff it with pastrami. Superb idea, Leven. Soft, delicate, meaty, extremely tasty! Sourdough-Breaded Mozzarella Sticks ($10) // Herbed sourdough breadcrumbs, fresh mozzarella, pomodoro sauce, charred lemon. I thought I was riding high from the arancini...these mozz sticks told me to hold my beer! The breadcrumbs are insane. Crispy, crunchy, and flavorful. Some of the best mozz sticks in recent memory and that's saying something! The Rachel (#Eighteen) ($18) // Smoked turkey, Jarlsberg, house slaw, Leven Sauce, on toasted house-made rye. I've been eating Leven's sandwiches for years and I'm kicking myself for not trying the Rachel sooner! WOW. The turkey had so much delicious smokey flavor to it. The sauce amplified it from 10 to 11. But of course, the house made bread is exceptional. There's no other way around it, they make damn good bread and it works beautifully with their sandwich creations! I was last here on Jan 25 just after they opened. This time I came in mid-afternoon hoping I could sit at a table instead of the counter. They are still first come first serve. You order at the counter, then find a place to sit. I noticed their prices had increased on small plates but not their sandwiches. They have a larger selection of alcoholic drinks and a much larger selection of wines by the bottle. I had their Supply Turkey sandwich on sourdough with pickles & a side of Curry Potato salad, Smashed Cucumbers and a Hugo Spritz. A truly large sandwich with lots of turkey. The Smashed Cucumbers were crunchy with crumbled feta cheese. A very large Hugo Spritz for $12. They still have the 10% Quality charge, so I added a 10% tip. read more

The prices feel expensive for deli food and pizza, yes, but for the quality of food and service you really do get what you pay for which cannot be said for many modern eateries. On 5/30 in the pm I ordered an undercooked gf pizza and the kitchen gladly replaced it without any trouble which isn't even what I was asking for (just wanted to throw it in the oven a little bit longer) and brought me a complimentary app. It just felt exceedingly different than most service nowadays and the staff was so kind. Leven Deli has been sending me teasers for five months about their new Wash Park location. It finally opened on January 13, 2025. I don't really get calling it "Supply" instead of "Deli." My perception was that this would be more of a market, but I don't really see much difference from the existing deli, except for the pizza oven. My friend and I stopped in a couple of days after the opening. Business was booming with the seating area about two-thirds full and a continuous order line, although not out the door. Most people seemed to be ordering pizza which is made with Leven's long-time sourdough starter, previously used for their excellent sourdough and rye loaves. Even though this location looks less than half the size of the original deli and has no outdoor seating, there is a good-sized dining area facing the front windows and a large counter in the rear to line up for ordering. The menu at Supply is somewhat broader than the deli's although Supply does not currently serve breakfast. There are eight small plates, eight pizzas, three salads, and nine sandwiches. Loaves of sourdough and rye plus baguettes are available to go. Leven's fabulous cookies and tahini brownies are offered and there's a new tiramisu dessert option. The space is clean, modern, and comfortable. It is much less noisy than the original deli which suffers from some acoustic issues. The wine selection is very small, but I noticed a number of interesting beers. I did not see any activity in the dry goods section. This is a great addition to the Wash Park neighborhood. The business is located in a small shopping strip which has been heavily remodeled to a fresh, contemporary vibe. There's a good-sized parking lot which is very handy since street parking is limited. read more

Everything was fire! We really enjoyed our lunch. (1) Pineapple, jalapeño pepperoni pizza: so delicious! Really fresh cheese which makes a difference on a pizza. I definitely see a day in my future where I stop in for some charcuterie items and have a little picnic-in-the-park day at Wash Park :) My friend and I split the mushroom pizza and the roasted carrots. The mushroom pizza was great - I feel like usually places do mushroom pizza with a white sauce, but they opted for a tomato sauce with theirs, and it really brought out the meatiness of the mushrooms. 10/10. The carrots weren't my favorite, but the pizza was the star of the show anyway, so maybe they were just a little outshined. I'm really looking forward to returning for some of their delectable-looking sandwiches - I think there will be a Classic Pastrami with my name on it within the next few weeks. Holy customer service! This place has some of the nicest staff I've ever encountered in any place in Denver. They took the time to explain the menu, the fresh breads, and everything else in between. Leven Supply Co opened today! This is an extension of Leven Deli, and now includes a market. There is a a refrigerated area with limited prepared foods and lots of cold drinks. There's also a wine selection and goods from local favourites like Bjorn's Honey, Corvus Coffee and Chocolove. Because it's opening day, the first 50 people received a free bag. The owner's sweet mom was also giving out free glasses of wine to the many people waiting in line. The line was out the door. We took two pizzas and some baked goods to go and will report back! read more
