My husband and I decided to 'try somewhere different' for a rare lunch date. We googled 'restaurants near me' and found Cafe Cairano. Thinking it was a hidden gem because we had never heard of it, we gave it a try. Sadly, it wasn't all we expected it to be. Once we found it hidden in the back of a small shopping center in World Golf Village, we went inside to an empty restaurant at what should've been a bustling lunchtime crowd. The restaurant had all of two employees working. The cashier/waitress asked us to seat ourselves and she brought us the menus. 5, yes FIVE, different things that we attempted to order were out of stock! How do you run a restaurant when 5 staple items are out of stock.... Hamburger patties, bacon, onion rings, and all fountain drinks including coke & dr. Pepper???? It quickly became obvious why the entire restaurant was empty! After we made alternative choices from the menu and received our meals, the waitress spent the entire time we were in her presence talking in the phone and to someone who seemed to be a regular patron that had come in after us to pick up a to-go order. I heard her say that 'today is my last day because I'm moving.' After hearing that, it made sense as to why she never came back to our table to see if we needed anything. We even had to request she bring our check so that we could pay the bill and leave. She was 'too busy' to notice we were finished & waiting.... The food that we got wasn't horrible.... Too bad the service wasn't that great. We most certainly did NOT receive a good first impression and likely won't give it a second try! read more

This is a destination. Not only had I never heard of the restaurant before, but had no idea the shopping center was there - just after entering World Golf Village on the left. It was clean. Bathrooms were clean. The waitstaff was efficient and welcoming. Ordering was easy and delivered quickly. iPad menus are a step-above most with their technology and limits the use of readers. And the food was fresh, cooked exactly as requested and coffee was plentiful. Will definitely return to his hidden gem. read more

Very cozy hole in the wall near World Golf Village. Chose this restaurant due to location for a meetup with a client and it was pretty good. Their menu is on iPads which was interesting. Our party of 3 each was given an iPad but you don't order off of it, felt kind of pointless? Staff was light when we dined and the cook was also waiting tables so food came out one order at a time causing a bit of a backlog. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a quick bite but if you are looking to spend a little time catching up or chatting, good place to do so. Also has a cute breakfast bar for dining. It was sort of a disappointment since this establishment was in the legendary World Golf Village. I needed a magnifying glass to find the restaurant tucked way back in the corner . We waited a feww minutes to get our menus and drinks. Wifey had the mimosa flight. I wanted a Miller lite but had to settle for a Blue moon. They were out of Miller. While we waited for a food, music was on point for a Saturday afternoon. I had the grilled chicken sandwich with my choice of cheese and purple onions. My side was onion rings. Not really hot and fresh looking. Wifey had french toast, cheesy grits and sausage. It was a good time and food was appealing. Wifey will bring the ladies here for afteroon lunch or italian feast. Quaint cafe with a chance to relax and unwind. It was a nice trip and a nice visit. Cafe Cariano does what it is called. A simple cafe and a simple feel at the World Golf Village. Come and partake the cafe feel. Looks are really deceiving! I changed my rating and actually like the place with a few hiccup! Interesting little place to catch breakfast. They arrived and opened a few minutes late, but had good service and a nice environment to have a business conversation. Food was fine, selection could have been a bit better, but for breakfast and a change of pace it was nice. The café is located in the Town Center West shopping center of World Golf Village (WGV). "Where" you're probably wondering. To spell it out...it's across from Buc-ee's in WGV and just to the left after you go through the light into WGV. A lot of folks think nothing is in that shopping center or drive past it without giving it another thought. But, there are businesses in there, and among them lies this little hidden gem called Café Cairano. This is such a cozy and welcoming little place! My girlfriends and I have been here a few times for brunch and it never disappoints. I love eggs benedict and they have a few options to choose from. That said, every eggs benedict option is delicious to the last crumb. They have other options as well; like omelets, avocado toast, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I must admit...I/we enjoy the fun option of the mimosa flight to share with friends. Moreover, they have a lunch and dinner menu as well. The service is always good & friendly, the prices are fair, and the portions are ample. Can't get much better than that! There is indoor and outdoor seating too. Moreover, there is plenty of parking in the shopping center overall. So if you are in the area of Buc-ee's, or Costco, and are looking for some place to sit down to have a good meal...check it out! read more

This family owned business is quite the little find! It is located in a hidden strip mall across from Costco. The daughter was very friendly and attentive. Mom was in the kitchen cooking and managing the orders timely. The corned beef was delicious, I like mine a little crispier so will ask for that next time. My husband had the sausage egg and cheese on a Kaiser and said it was delicious, bread was so soft and it reminded him of a good ol' NY breakfast sandwich. I on the other hand ordered the Saratoga and although it was delicious it was not what I expected. It had onions which I did not recall seeing that in the description of this sandwich but could be wrong. Also I had wanted an egg over easy with the ingredients but instead got a fried egg scramble. Only got a pic of our mimosas cause everything else was basically inhaled haha. The boyfriend and I were looking for another place to eat since our hotel doesn't have the best breakfast. This place is very cozy and can't fit too many people but since it was just the two of us it wasn't a problem. For our meal we both got the Greenbush breakfast sandwich with added avocado. It was absolutely delicious and the bread it was on tasted very fresh! The only reason my review gets a four and not five star is the server wasn't super attentive and even though we requested waters a few times it wasn't not brought to us until we asked another person that had brought out our food. I ordered a meal at 9:30 am through Uber Eats.. arrived at 11..the driver was very nice and apologized for delivering delayed due to this restaurant being extremely slow. Once it arrived, it was cold and my ice tea had zero ice left. Also did not receive hashrowns i paid extra for. Called and spoke to manager and she was very very rude. I couldn't even explain what had happened without her rudely interrupting me . Would not recommend this place.. so slow and terrible customer service . My friend and I stayed nearby and ended up having our first breakfast and last breakfast at Cairano's. They strive to please their customers and were very accomodating in being attentive to my friend's allergy restrictions. Our waitress was sweet and our food was very good. My only negative would be (and I find this with so many breakfast spots) the avocado toast would be SO much better is a better quality bread was used. My egg was perfect though so I won't complain... just saying. read more

To the Owner: please clean your restrooms regularly. The men's restroom today was absolutely disgusting. The toilet had mold growing in it that had been there for a long time and the trash was overflowing. This at 10:30 in the morning. I originally was going to eat, but when I saw the condition of the bathroom and sticky floor in the main area, it told me that your kitchen was probably as dirty as your bathroom. I opted for coffee only. Please it takes less than five minutes to clean a bathroom. read more

Went here for early dinner and was greeted by very friendly staff . The place was small but since we were the only customers, it felt comfortable. I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was very good! The chicken was grilled perfectly and the sauce was rich, creamy , and had a subtle herb flavor. If I could give negative stars, that is what would have been registered. We attempted to eat here. We arrived and was immediately greeted by a server who said she needed to clean a table for us. Fine. No problem. As she was cleaning our table, another party arrived. When we were sat, the table had a dirty tablecloth as it was not changed - just wiped. This was a cloth tablecloth. Not great, but we decided to just stick it out. That should have been our sign to leave. When we were seated, no menus were given. We sat for a good 10 minutes with no menus the party that came in after us were seated after another table was 'cleaned'. They were provided menus immediately along with having their drink order taken. Same server. We finally received menus and gave drink order. 10 minutes later, no drinks and no food order taken. The table that came in after us received their drinks and had their food order taken. Another party came in and sat at the counter. They immediately got their menus, drink order, and food order taken. Same server. At this point we got up and walked out. 20 minutes of sitting at the table without receiving our drinks and no food ordered all while 2 other tables were waited on. read more

Wife enjoyed her avocado toast. My eggs Benedict, had several issues. The English muffin was not toasted. The eggs were not poached. There are three things that make a good eggs Benedict, toasted English muffins, poached eggs that have a soft yolk, and the hollandaise sauce. The eggs were the pre made egg that was cooked with a semi solid white in one egg and the other with a solid yolk. If you are going to put 4 different eggs Benedict on your menu, then have the basics cooked right. read more

This café is a 5-star Hidden Gem that we would highly recommend for dinner. We had bruschetta for our appetizer, Caprese, salad, spinach ravioli, chicken cacciatore, and angel hair carbonara. Cafe Cairano holds a homey energy run with smiling faces and food that is out of this world. The owner personally attends to all of the customers while also cooking delicious meals. While I was in town I had the pleasure of experiencing both lunch and breakfast at the cafe. I went back for more the next day because the menu was so extensive and I was excited to try more. The quality of the food was wonderful and thoughtfully prepared. It was a very friendly and cleanly environment to reunite with friends in.
