Very cozy hole in the wall near World Golf Village. Chose this restaurant due to location for a meetup with a client and it was pretty good. Their menu is on iPads which was interesting. Our party of 3 each was given an iPad but you don't order off of it, felt kind of pointless? Staff was light when we dined and the cook was also waiting tables so food came out one order at a time causing a bit of a backlog. I wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a quick bite but if you are looking to spend a little time catching up or chatting, good place to do so. Also has a cute breakfast bar for dining. I had a build your own omelette and it was good.

The café is located in the Town Center West shopping center of World Golf Village (WGV). "Where" you're probably wondering. To spell it out...it's across from Buc-ee's in WGV and just to the left after you go through the light into WGV. A lot of folks think nothing is in that shopping center or drive past it without giving it another thought. But, there are businesses in there, and among them lies this little hidden gem called Café Cairano. This is such a cozy and welcoming little place! My girlfriends and I have been here a few times for brunch and it never disappoints. I love eggs benedict and they have a few options to choose from. That said, every eggs benedict option is delicious to the last crumb. They have other options as well; like omelets, avocado toast, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, etc. I must admit...I/we enjoy the fun option of the mimosa flight to share with friends. Moreover, they have a lunch and dinner menu as well. The service is always good & friendly, the prices are fair, and the portions are ample. Can't get much better than that! There is indoor and outdoor seating too. Moreover, there is plenty of parking in the shopping center overall. So if you are in the area of Buc-ee's, or Costco, and are looking for some place to sit down to have a good meal...check it out!

This family owned business is quite the little find! It is located in a hidden strip mall across from Costco. The daughter was very friendly and attentive. Mom was in the kitchen cooking and managing the orders timely. The corned beef was delicious, I like mine a little crispier so will ask for that next time. My husband had the sausage egg and cheese on a Kaiser and said it was delicious, bread was so soft and it reminded him of a good ol' NY breakfast sandwich. I on the other hand ordered the Saratoga and although it was delicious it was not what I expected. It had onions which I did not recall seeing that in the description of this sandwich but could be wrong. Also I had wanted an egg over easy with the ingredients but instead got a fried egg scramble. Overall, we really did love this place and we would def go back!! I posted a pic of their Eggs Benedict - we did not order it but I know what to get next time!! Try this place out - support this family owned eatery!

Small place at a small shopping mall. Clean inside. Nice waitress. Great tasting food

Went here for early dinner and was greeted by very friendly staff . The place was small but since we were the only customers, it felt comfortable. I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and it was very good! The chicken was grilled perfectly and the sauce was rich, creamy , and had a subtle herb flavor. I had a bite of my husband's Philly cheesesteak and it was also delicious! The fries were dusted with herb and Parmesan cheese and tasted fresh. Great food and excellent service!

please excuse the half eaten omelet. I started eating it before I took a photo. Food is delicious!!!!!

This is a cute and wonderful cafe. The food is made fresh and their pancakes are amazing. I wish I took a photo of it before devouring it. The amazing and friendly 2 ladies who were running the entire cafe by themselves were rockstars.

My family and I were visiting St Augustine and decided to stop at Cafe Cairano. My first impression was nice, clean and looked appealing. An hour or so later and we received our food. It was food. It wasn't bad just food. I had the Greek (avocado toast with feta and tomato) with an over medium egg. The toast was seriously toasted. Large toast that was hard to cut is not proper eating etiquette. Probably not somewhere I would go again.

Arrival: There are parking lots nearby--expect to pay around $15-25. As we walked up, there was live jazz music playing in the courtyard, which set a really great vibe right away. Service: Our waiter was attentive and timely without being overbearing. Food: Everything was amazing. We started with the bread service--the truffle butter was definitely the highlight (we didn't care too much for the ricotta spread). FYI: the little cubes that look like white cheddar are *not* cheese...I learned that the hard way by biting into a square of butter. For dinner, I had the cacio e pepe and he ordered the 100 lasagna. Portions were a bit smaller than expected, but honestly fine after filling up on bread. For dessert, we shared an affogato--the espresso wasn't burnt (which is surprisingly rare), so that was a big win. Overall: After the Resy credit, parking ended up costing more than the meal, which is kind of wild. Only downside was that there are just two restrooms, and there was a line when we went. Great time overall--will definitely be back.

We started with the bread appetizer, which came with several types of fresh bread and an incredible lineup of spreads like whipped ricotta, truffle butter, regular butter, and honey. Every bread had its own distinct flavor and texture. Next up was the sausage appetizer featuring both a sweet sausage and a spicy sausage, all made in house. They were cooked perfectly and served in a flavorful sauce with peppers that tied everything together. The balance between the sweet and spicy was so good. For my entree, I ordered the lasagna, and it was pure comfort. It reminded me so much of the classic lasagna I grew up eating, layered with rich Bolognese and a creamy bechamel sauce that made it feel both nostalgic and elevated. My boyfriend went with the steak (I believe it's a New York strip) and swapped a few of the sides to his liking. The steak was absolutely cooked to perfection, a beautiful medium rare. I may or may not have stolen about four bites... and yes, it was worth it..... We were way too full for dessert, but we did enjoy a bottle of wine with dinner which made the whole experience feel like the perfect date night. The service was fantastic, the food was memorable, and it's definitely a place we'll be coming back to for many more dates!

The cooked penne was sitting on the counter uncovered, just vibing at room temperature like it had officially given up. The sauce? The Chicken Marsala arrived undefeated in battle against any form of tenderizing. This chicken was not pounded thin -- it clearly lifts weights. I needed a steak knife, determination, and possibly a waiver to cut through it. We shared one entrée and a bottle of wine that tasted like grapes filed a formal complaint, and somehow the bill still hit $65. I checked twice to make sure we hadn't accidentally invested in the business. And just when you think the experience is complete, surprise! There's a debit card fee. Don't worry though -- the owner's son (also waiter, host, busboy, and possibly assistant regional manager) will loudly explain it from across the restaurant so the entire dining room can stay informed.
