The best coffee in Venice can taste pretty cheap when the service is awful. I was excited to bring my sister here but was not impressed. This place and city is already so dirty to get to with all the chaos and street residents. I should have taken my sister to a nice brunch. I don't think i would order anything from there again if they cant even make the Boba taste good, but the employees there was alright. Keep walking and find a different place. How could I describe my experience as short as I can? The rude staff took my order, charged me, charged my friends for the drinks they grabbed from the fridge, and let me hang for at least 10 to 15 minutes. I had to stand and start looking around to see if my boba tea was put somewhere I didn't see. He didn't even start it. He was having a conversation with another person and thought it would be ok to just let me sit and dry.
