This is actually one of our favorite go to for Filipino food in the bay and it is open 24/7! Having been here many times, we have not had a bad meal experience here. All the dishes we've had has been so good. Then again we stick to the Asian dishes. We've been here after airport pick ups, for lunch, for brunch, for 4th meals, and still can count on delicious food to fill our bellies. Yes they have an extensive menu, but we've never ventured outside of their filipino or Chinese dishes. Maybe that is the key? Their Sinigang is so so good! You can also ask for just sabaw btw, you're welcome. Mmmmm

Came by Friday night around midnight and it was packed. I heard a lot about this place but never tried it out until tonight. Maybe it was an off night but the wet noodles were SO SALTY. Spaghetti was pretty good, tasted similar to jollibee. Basically no service was given besides taking our order, taking food out, and coming by to give us our check. They did not check in on our table and one of our dish came 20 mins after everyone else's. Pretty pricey for the meal, bill was $170 for 6 dishes. Overall, not impressed, very underwhelming.

Came here for late night dinner after an event since this place is almost open for 24 hours. Lechon (5/5); Not too dry and very meaty. Comes with great sauces Chow Fun (5/5): A bit salty, but I devoured it. Filipino Spaghetti (4/5): Not a personal fan of spaghetti, but it's great if you like it on the sweeter side. Garlic fried rice (5/5); Super flavorful. I love it.

Fried Chicken (Filipino style) is the best I've ever had. It's better than Max's of the Philippines fried chicken!

Adding Beef Ribs Nilaga to my favorite dish list at Cafe Colma where you'll love delicious Filipino, American and Chinese food, attentive, fast and friendly service in a busy, clean diner-feel vibe with flat screens

Lucky Chances, Cafe Colma, might be my favorite part of going to an event.... this is my version of afters... After an event when my feet hurt and I am severely dehydrated, this is where we go. It has nourished me back to help and brought my soul back to life. Yes, it gets busy, but all good things come with time. The sinigang has my heart and soul.

Came here with some friends around 2:30 so the place is just starting to slow down. We put our name on the waitlist and were quickly called to be seated. The restaurant is like your typical cafe style with counter seating and various booths. It was kind of loud initially but quiets down as people leaving. There's a sign in the wall by each table stating "1hour limit". Luckily, the food came out quickly or we wouldn't have make the 1 hr deadline We ordered the Belgian waffle, crispy pata and 2 meat combo of tapsilog and chopsilog with garlic rice and 2 eggs. The waffle was just average, something one can make at home. The meat was salty and dry for my taste. We all liked the crispy pata as it was crispy on the outside and juicy in the inside.

Cafe Colma is a great spot! The food is really good, especially their longanisa plates, and being open 24 hours is a huge plus.

This is a great diner family place. Super casual. Also a late night drunk place for those who end up out really late and need some food. You've got this place to rely on. Large menu! So many items! Filipino food, American, breakfast, cocktails, Chinese, a bit of everything! FOOD- The pork adobo had wonderful sauce and flavor. Great over rice, you choose plain or garlic rice. The two meat item Filipino rice and egg plate was good too, super oily as you'd expect. I can't eat too much of it but it's enjoyable once in a while. I like the Filipino sausage for choice of meat, wish they'd give me more than two slices DESSERT- The halo halo is amazing. Choose mango or ube ice cream on top.

It's after 11pm and we were all hungry. This place rocks for a good hot meal whether it be Filipino, Chinese, or American food. Hubby got the Patty Melt, but wasn't what he expected. He said it was just okay. What shines here are Filipino & Chinese dishes for me. We shared a Wonton soup with chicken added. Chicken was tender and soup wasn't oily, dumplings were delish and not salty. Their Silog garlic rice plates are a solid choice that comes with two eggs cooked the way you like. No frills friendly service and the coffee & sodas keep coming if you need refills.

Came here late night for some food since I was jet lagged and it was one of the few options open. My partner got the fried bangus (milkfish) and longanisa (Filipino sweet pork sausage) tselog, both were delicious. The bangus was fried perfectly and the longanisa was what we expected. I got the soft scrambled egg with shrimp rice plate and it was cooked well. It had good msg flavor and the eggs weren't overcooked. It comes with a side of oyster sauce if you want some more salt/sweet flavor. The prices are a tad high but for the few options open late, it's solid. The service was nice and we didn't wait long for our food.

Great service, seated fairly quickly and orders came out quick. And the scallion beef and tosilogs really hit the spot.

It's been almost 20 years, but I recently found my way back to Cafe Colma for some late night silog. Located in the Lucky Chances Casino, this diner has a fairly extensive menu and is open in the later hours of the night for those looking for something warm and more quality (than typical fast food) to eat. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was just as I remembered. The night we came in, the food was tasty and the service was speedy and attentive. We were a party of five who ordered all Filipino dishes (mostly silogs) and orders came out warm and fresh. I ordered the Comsilog with longanisa and tocino. Portions were just right and the food was good. Proteins were flavorful and tender. Ordered the eggs over medium and they missed the mark on those, but I understand over medium eggs are tough to perfect. Garlic rice complemented the proteins perfectly. The meal was exactly what I was expecting and wanting. Even though I don't live close by anymore, Cafe Colma will always have a special place in my memories as the go to spot for some late night Filipino food. My recent experience did not disappoint and I would return again in the future.

Service alright BUT the specials they advertise they are always "sold out" of. Why do I always come here still

But Suily's Cafe has a unique way to serve it. They serve the hot soup and the deep fried won ton dumplings separately. You add them as you eat, and they stay crispy. The thick soup was loaded with egg, tofu, cilantro, mushrooms, and green onion. OMG, the soup was boiling HOT! I had to gently sip it. Then gradually I added the crispy won tons. Wow, the ten dumplings loaded the bowl. These plump won tons and the thick soup made for a satisfying meal. Price: $12.00, serves 1-2 ppl. Yes, I would definitely return if I was in the area. Most Chinese restaurants will accommodate a guest request so long as they have the ingredients and they know how to compose the dish. How they work out the pricing may be something else. At the table immediately behind my mom, I heard the guest ordering a Hot & Sour Soup, add Won Ton. One of my favorite mash-ups! We ended up having a very nice conversation over lunch. Of course, we ordered the same soup and the price they charged was a reasonable $16.95. I've had some places try to charge me for two soups which I think is ridiculous. No water, just pure concentrated flavor. The restaurant gets its name from simmering, one of the essential Chinese cooking techniques, and you can taste that philosophy across the whole menu. The Dry Pot lived up to the hype, but the real surprise was the skewers. Beef, lamb, and chicken, intensely flavorful and rich. I can't stop thinking about them. The potstickers were also way better than expected. Usually a throwaway order at most places, but here they were juicy and packed with flavor. The beef pancakes were fantastic. Golden and crispy on the outside, juicy flavor bomb on thes inside. Both crunchy and a little chewy (in the good way). Came back a few weeks later with friends and ordered the whole grilled fish, which I'd been eyeing since my first visit. It looked magnificent, but it didn't really pop the way the other dishes did. If you love fish it's worth trying, but the dry pot, skewers, beef pancakes, and dumplings are the stars here. We also got a few veggie dishes which were all great accompaniments...but nobody is here for the veggies. A few practical notes. They have a beer tap but it doesn't work, so if you're into beer, they've got a few options by the bottle. Parking is easy since it's in the Serramonte Center, and you can combine it with a trip to Jagalchi, Target, or whatever else you need. Both times I came there was plenty of seating. They are located in a strip mall near several different food places, bakery, and a bowling alley. This is a solid dim sum place, with no frills and reasonable prices. You order off a printed menu that's in Chinese with tiny English subtitles. You can also order off their regular menu if you want to supplement the dim sum dishes. Their food is very good, and some dishes were excellent. The service was pretty quick, and before we knew it, all our dishes were out with almost no room on the lazy Susan. The standouts for me were: + Steamed custard buns (piggy buns) - I ordered these for the kiddies, but dang they are so good. The custard filling is so velvety, it's almost like pudding. I think I detected a hint of coconut too - yum. + Beef chow fun - this had a really good wok flavor and the noodles were less wide than most. The noodles didn't clump either, and the bean sprouts were still crispy. + Roasted pork belly - the skin was so crispy and the pork was juicy. We ordered most of the basic dishes like har gaw, sui mai, noodle rolls, turnip cake, stuffed eggplant, chicken feet, etc. and they were all above average. My only complaint is if you don't read Chinese, the menu is a little hard to navigate. The English subtitles are so small that if you're looking for something, you have to scan the front and back of the menu trying to find the item. I was looking for sticky rice in lotus leaf, but found sticky rice roll and thought it was the same thing. It wasn't. The sticky rice roll was not bad, but I found the rice drier than when it's in lotus leaf. We ordered a few things by mistake because the English subtitles were not that descriptive. Overall, a great alternative to more popular places like Koi Palace. The menu may not be as creative as Koi, but you don't have to deal with the lines and you still get great food.
