Went here today for the first time. Service was a 10 out of 10 excellent, everyone was so kind. We ordered the Fiorentina Pizza, lasagna, and tiramisu for dessert. I like how they have crushed red pepper and Parmesan at the table already. The pizza was good, it has two types of mozzarella on it so it was fairly cheesy which I liked. Not the thin Italian pizza that I expected but maybe this is a different type of Italian pizza. The lasagna which is their number one was fabulous. The sauce is a little more creamy than I expected which was a nice touch. And the tiramisu was really good. The ladyfingers were soaked and it had plenty of cream, just how I like it! I had cafe corleone cater my son's party and it was a hit! While I haven't been to the restaurant in person yet, I have tried several of their dishes through family and everything has been great. For the party, we ordered the spaghetti, meatballs, chicken alfredo, and a rigatoni with short ribs. The rigatoni wasn't on the standard menu, but it was offered to us and it was fantastic. The meat was so tender and the sauce was excellent. It was definitely my favorite dish of the night. Everything was devoured and we received so many compliments from our guests. Came here early in the week last week with my cousin. It was my first time eating here, but he's been here a few times and orders to-go from them often. First thing I noticed is that it is Sicilian-style Italian food and there are posters from all over Sicily, which was a bit nostalgic for me. Anything from Italy makes me nostalgic. But being in this restaurant really made me feel like I was there. Mi manca l'italia! We were seated promptly by a young man who was molto gentile and were served by a woman working there. I feel bad that I didn't get either of their names but she also was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions I had about the menu and their wine. We started off with some calamari which was perfectly crispy and very delicious. For our entrees I ordered the linguini with clams and shrimp with a class of their sauvignon blanc, and my cousin ordered their lasagna with a glass of chianti. The food and the wine were all so delicious and perfectly paired. I loved finding all the slivers of garlic in my pasta and was even more satisfied to see more shrimp hiding in the linguini. I ordered my dish with the white wine sauce and it was delicious. I did feel like it was missing some flavor, but I'm not exactly sure what flavor that was. It was well seasoned, and garlicky without being overpowering, but maybe some other herb? I'm no help, but I will say I enjoyed my leftovers more the next day. I tried a bit of my cousin's lasagna and thought it was delicious. Personally, he felt there needed to be a better balance of sauce to cheese (he said it was too cheesy/rich), and while I did enjoy the bite I had, I could see what he meant. Good thing we started off with the calamari and some bread because his lasagna was too hot for a long time. For dessert, we split something I hadn't had since I was in Italy over 15 years ago. I did not know what to expect when he asked for the "lemon ice cream" dessert, but now that I know, I'll gladly have one for myself next time. It's Granita al Limone served inside the shell of a lemon. It is DELICIOUS and refreshing without being overwhelmingly sweet or rich. Also, isn't it just cute? My boyfriend and I were looking for an authentic Italian place to eat at and stumbled upon Cafe Corleone on Yelp. Place looks to have been in business for a while and appears to be family owned which we loved. Inside is in the smaller side, but still had plenty of seating. We visited on a Sunday and was seated right away. All staff was welcoming, friendly and attentive. Our server recommended the rigatoni barese and we loved it! The dish was simple, but the way it was made was so delicious . We both loved that the sauce wasn't heavy. The pasta was enough to feed 2 people . This place is amaazing! It's a warm, medium sized diner, it reminded me of a restaurant from the 70s or 80s. The walls are covered with pictures of Italian life, it's dimly lit, and the food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the lasagna, like all their food, it was freshly made. When it was brought to the table, the cheese on it was still bubbling! The owner ia a sweetheart, she greeted me when I came in, and my server was attentive, she checked in on me a few times, and at the end of the meal the owner ensured that I was happy with my food and overall dining experience. Hadn't been here in about 6 or 7 years (since my last review in 8 years) and I have no idea why, as this place is just amazing! The servers are very attentive and provide excellent service, often checking up on you. The owners were here as well and the wife checked up on us and asked how our meal was (such a sweet lady) & carried a tiny conversation about how much we liked our meal. As for the food, it is just absolutely delicious! I ordered a large veggie pizza and added pepperoni (I honestly should have ordered a small and it would have been enough but had leftovers for dinner the next night). It was fresh, delicious, and piping hot! My friend ordered chicken fettucini alfredo and he absolutely loved it, saying it had very good flavor without the sauce being super thick and gooey like some places. We also shared an app of mozzarella sticks and they were thick, hot, and freshly homemade! Had plenty of leftovers (everything) for dinner the next night, so I would say it was definitely a bargain at 59.00 (excluding tip). It's been a while since I've visited this place but it remains one of my favorite restaurants to grab a slice of lasagna. The flavors are incredible. It's served piping hot out of the oven alongside some garlic bread. We also had the clam and white wine pasta. Everything is delicious! The place is decorated like a small restaurant found in the streets of Italy. They have pictures of Italy all over the place and have some videos streaming as well. 2nd time back and still amazing. Was glad to see it busy tonight, all tables were full. Started with calamari and mozzarella sticks. Calamari was great. Nice flavor, great crisp, huge portion, it was basically 4 whole things chopped up and fried. I had the tortellini with fresh tomatoes, and the sauce was amazingly fresh. My dad had the manicotti, super cheesy and the sauce again was amazing and fresh. Ordered a small pepperoni and small corleone special. Let me start by saying that this was my first time eating in. I normally pick up or doordash it. The ambiance of the place was warm and cozy. It felt welcoming. The service is very friendly and fast. Our orders were made to perfection. We ordered the chicken alfredo and spaghetti and boy those foods did not disappoint. It was so perfectly presented and prepared. When the food hits your mouth it's like Heaven. I highly recommend eating here if you are looking for authentic Italian food. This aint no Olive Garden and is better. The restaurant it's self is like every other review says, a little whole in the wall. The owner came to greet us, which was very nice. The waitresses that attended to us were also very nice and spoke Spanish which was helpful for my mom. My brother in law and my brother ordered chicken parmesan, which they said was delicious. Don't listen to the bad reviews-they are lies. My brother in law chose tomato soup for his side and he said it was delicious. My granddaughter and son order chicken fettuccine and my granddaughter is picky, but both loved it. I ordered a meat lovers pizza and it looks good, but I can't eat-I'm so full. My mom ordered the salmon and she loved it. Her boyfriend ordered lamb chops and he loved them too. My other son and girlfriend ordered tortellini with red sauce and beef ravioli with red sauce, it looked good, but in I'm really picky and I think they put too much red sauce. They both loved it. The other kids got a cheese pizza which they devoured. To put it short, lol, everyone loved their food. The ambience was a bit dark for my taste, but the bathroom was nice and clean. But good thing I was told about this place on how good it was, so I had to try it out. Staff was really friendly and understanding, we got there an hour before closing time, but still took us in, which was greatly appreciated. The decor reminded me of those little restaurants in Italy. Very authentic as well as its Italian owned I was able to try out 2 items.. Chicken Alfredo and the Spaghetti.. I usually end up liking the Alfredo a lot, but this time the Spaghetti and meat sauce was AMAZING.. they were both delicious but the Spaghetti hands hands had incredible flavors. When I heard a nonna pick up the phone, I knew this place was going to be amazing. I got the fettuccini alfredo and it was the best alfredo sauce I've had in AGES. The food reminds me exactly of my favorite 5 star Italian restaurant growing up, and since I was in need of comfort food, I couldn't have been happier, and it's a much better price tag.
