Service sucks and the store manger has a sick attitude and she keeps fighting with the cook in the back named Tony. Waited 40 minutes for my sundae and frappe. My family and I like this place because the workers are nice, sweet, good service, and clean. This is a place for us to go get drinks, food, and relax. My husband tries their pho that was new on the menu and he liked it. We also try their churros and it tasted so yummy and delicious. My stepdaughter even enjoys it too. Me and my husband came in on 6/10/23 at 11:20pm and the young man cleaning the desk told us he would be right with us and went to the back and out came a woman in all white yelling "we are closed!!". It was rude and their website said they were open till 12pm even if they were limited in drinks or food we wouldn't have mind but they instead set us away. The deserts were amazing, my kids, and I loved it. The only problem I had was the customer service with the person taking the order. She was very annoyed and just how she acted towards us. I asked my son to go up to the counter to ask for napkins, even if he kept repeating himself saying excuse me. She still continued to ignore him. My husband then had to go up to the counter just to get her attention. Regardless if he is an 11 year old, he is still a customer and shouldn't be ignored. I understand it gets busy, but at the time we were there, it wasn't, and my son was the only one at the counter. I do have to say the place was relaxing and clean. read more

I have no complain about the food and drinks all tastes fantastic. The employees are nice as well. My only complain is that their service is slow, one time I called to pick up an order and told them I will be there in 15 min. I got there and my order isn't ready I waited for another 20-25 min. The logistics is terrible and the wait time is horrible. I ordered to go (Strawberry Guava slushie, Padi Thai noddles, ice cream, and original churro). My items came out individually one-by-one for the to go order with my slushie first and over 30 minutes wait for a churro with only 3-4 ppl ahead of me. By time I go my complete order, the slushie had melted and my noddles were no longer hot. What was even more disheartening was that the owner and his nine family members were clearly dinning the restaurant this evening. They frequently visited the kitchen, with a small child in hand, to grab and eat food exclusively for their group while the rest of us waited an extended period of time for our orders. read more

Horrible service the girls on staff were to busy chitchatting and forgot our order. After we asked them for our order they said they would make it. 10 minutes later we sat watching them having great conversations. We asked again for our order. They then told us it would be about 15 minutes. We asked for our money back because we had a cranky toddler. The employee called her manager the manager came out with an attitude. Service was great and churros were fresh and tasty--and I came in 30 minutes before closing (yikes sorry guys). Staff was accommodating, ice cream was packaged securely to go and did not melt. 1st time will be back again. Had pad Thai and orange chicken both really great a ton of food and great presentation. The pad Thai is some of the best I've had. Also got a churro was great and super soft on inside (even after 30 min drive) I want to try more of the desserts so I'll be back. Highly really recommend cannot beat the quality and price. I came here and ordered a churro sundae. I was told it would be a 35 minutes wait for churros. Okay fine. I waited. I get my sundae and it only has the ice cream churros and caramel drizzle. I asked where the rest of it was at, and was told "oh we are out of all that." This really upset me because if Inbound have known that from the get go I wouldn't have ordered it and wasted 35 minutes waiting for it. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience either. I shouldn't have paid 12 dollars for 2 shops if ice cream and a churro. I will not be back to this location. read more
