I have no complain about the food and drinks all tastes fantastic. The employees are nice as well. My only complain is that their service is slow, one time I called to pick up an order and told them I will be there in 15 min. I got there and my order isn't ready I waited for another 20-25 min. Me and my husband came in on 6/10/23 at 11:20pm and the young man cleaning the desk told us he would be right with us and went to the back and out came a woman in all white yelling "we are closed!!". The deserts were amazing, my kids, and I loved it. The only problem I had was the customer service with the person taking the order. She was very annoyed and just how she acted towards us. I asked my son to go up to the counter to ask for napkins, even if he kept repeating himself saying excuse me. She still continued to ignore him. My husband then had to go up to the counter just to get her attention. Regardless if he is an 11 year old, he is still a customer and shouldn't be ignored. The logistics is terrible and the wait time is horrible. I ordered to go (Strawberry Guava slushie, Padi Thai noddles, ice cream, and original churro). My items came out individually one-by-one for the to go order with my slushie first and over 30 minutes wait for a churro with only 3-4 ppl ahead of me. By time I go my complete order, the slushie had melted and my noddles were no longer hot. What was even more disheartening was that the owner and his nine family members were clearly dinning the restaurant this evening. 1st time will be back again. Had pad Thai and orange chicken both really great a ton of food and great presentation. The pad Thai is some of the best I've had.
