I like their coffee but I'm a bit upset by the business practice of advertising oat milk for $.50 and then charging me double ($1). Idc about the dollar but the principle of it is upsetting. Did I just pay $8 (plus tip) for a drip coffee and a granola bar? I sure did! Yep, it's a hefty price for something so simple, but I was a little stranded between meetings at ROW and Cafe Dulce's ample seating, comfy couches, natural light, and good tunes were very welcome. This place seems to be busy at the 9 am hour with all the folks working in nearby offices, but by 10 am it was pretty chill. They seem to work pretty quickly and even had a bunch of grab and go breakfast burritos at the ready for the hungry peeps working nearby. There's a huge parking lot nearby with two hours of free parking (I think Cafe Dulce validates for a third hour free as well). They do have wifi that requires you log in for your email and only gives you an hour. Based on how big this space is, how much parking is available, and all of the other fun stuff nearby at ROW, I'd definitely consider this a good spot to host a meeting or small group. read more

So I have had dulce dos two days in a row. First day u decided to try the hot blueberry matcha latte with whole milk and a club sandwich. I am not a fan of turkey yet this sandwich was fire!!! The sandwich comes in a delicious baguette with slaw, bacon, turkey, bacon, cheese and a delicious Dijon dressing. I bought it when I first came in to work and it keeps well in the fridge cold. I really wanted to like this place but was incredibly disappointed with my experience here. If you are looking for matcha - I'd suggest going to Go Get Em Tiger which is on the other side of the Row. I asked for an unsweetened matcha and received a sweetened matcha...and when I told the barista, he was rude about it. I wouldn't have been turned off had I not specifically asked for an unsweetened matcha (IBS girlies you know!). He did remake me the drink unsweetened but the matcha wasn't made properly. It was incredibly clumpy and mostly just milk. I also got a tapioca ball which was dryer than normal. This place is pretty pricey so genuinely suggest going anywhere else...where you get good quality products for your money! read more

I used to go when I worked nearby in Skid Row assisting people who have experienced homelessness in housing programs. The Row is curious since I immediately think of Skid Row where it is south of and hardly think of the other DTLA rows--Gallery and Restaurant Row. So I had coffee friends from work back then and we would go to Dos as a treat. Fast forward to today, Dos at Row DTLA is in a cafe in a cute lobby in a building surrounded by retail, shops, restaurants, and offices. I visited Dos during my visits to Smorgasburg. The quality and service are consistent with their original and flagship location in Little Tokyo and USC Village where I frequently visit. My go-to drink is Iced Blueberry Matcha. Get what you like, and enjoy the pastries while you're at it. read more

I stopped in here after my workout at Coreology next door. It's a hip little coffee shop at the ROW. Service is quick and polite. The donuts are just okay -- I tried the coconut and the mini fruity pebbles. Next time, I might try one of their other pastry options. The matcha latte with oat milk is a MUST! They were actually out of soy when I ordered my drink and the guy behind the counter recommended the oat milk. I ordered my drink warm and it was so yummy! I'd definitely return just for that. Plus, the space was nice -- it's light and bright, and they had a large table good for working/co-working as well as some other seating options. A nice, local, and convenient coffee shop for the Row community. I've gotten a couple or drinks there: Iced Mocha and Vietnamese Iced Coffee. Iced Mocha -- tastes like your regular Iced Mocha and it does its job to keep you caffeinated in the AM. This is usually my go-to drink for coffee shops, but I did see Vietnamese Iced Coffee in the menu so I had to try it. Vietnamese Iced Coffee-- not your traditional V.I.C. as the amount of coffee fills up the cup (traditional Iced coffee is usually filled in half-way and has a really bold, strong taste). Anyways, I'd still get this drink over my go-to Mocha for a little change and still gives me a caffeine boost in the morning. Wait can be a little long when it gets busy. So if you're in a rush, expect a little wait for your cup of coffee. Other than that, great atmosphere! read more

It has free wifi and plenty of seating, so I was actually able to study there for a few hours (but left when they started playing loud metal music). I ordered a cortado with oat milk. It was good but not the best I've ever had. I wish it had a slightly stronger coffee flavor. But it was definitely better than the coffee I got at The Manufactory, which was very dilute. Parking is free everyday in structure for the first 2 hours with validation. On Saturdays, parking is free for the first 2 hours even without validation. read more

Stumbled upon this gem while visiting the Row DTLA. I'm so glad this is the first store I walked into otherwise I would not have found it. I got the iced dulce latte and it's honestly one of the best iced lattes I've had. The interior is super cute and they require that everyone wears a mask. I got the bacon donut, which was sweet and savory :) Their donuts must sell fast on the weekends because at 1:30pm there were about 5 donuts left. My bf ordered the nitro cold brew that didn't have much nitro and also had way too much ice. It's located on the bottom floor of one of the ROW DTLA buildings. Parking is free for 1st two hours. Nice eating/study area but that's apart of the lobby not the coffee shop itself. Service was whatever. The girl who helped us seemed bored out of her mind.
