Staff were exceptionally friendly and answered my questions and I found the QR table ordering fast and efficient. You can always walk up to the window if you prefer. We asked an employee to help explain some of the roasts they offered and she was kind and helpful to give us some insight. You can buy the beans by 1/4 lb increments and they'll dispense and bag them fresh from their wall of beans. They also have a rewards program where you get a free lb of beans for every 10 or so lbs of beans you purchase. There were also prepackaged beans that come in 12 oz bags.
