happy national matcha day! i looveee matcha so much and i have been loving cafe granos matcha! i am here all the time! the matcha is light and smooth with oat milk & vanilla. it is so yummy! ive really been into their cold foams lately. i have tried their lavender cold foam & rose cold foam. the lavender has the blue color which i like so much. it tasted really good. however, i love the rose cold foam so much more! the hint of rose with my matcha is so good. the color combo is so cute too! very well done! read more

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is one of the best spots I've ever found for matcha. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was perfect--warm, welcoming, and stylish without trying too hard. The staff greeted me like I was a regular, and the service was genuinely friendly and fast. I ordered the matcha latte, and wow. It was incredible. You can tell they care about quality--smooth, earthy, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet like so many other places. They really know what they're doing here. Also worth noting: the space is super clean, great for working or catching up with a friend, and they've clearly put effort into the design and atmosphere. My friend and I both came in on a Friday night hoping to finish up some last minute work before the weekend. Cafe Grano was a great choice, baristas were very knowledgeable, passionate, and kind. We both got vanilla lattes and enjoyed them. The espresso tasted citrusy, which grew onto me as I kept drinking my coffee. BEST COFFEE SHOP in Burbank by far!! I absolutely love Cafe Grano. It is a family owned and operated business in downtown Burbank. They offer friendly and caring service with amazing products. Their coffee drinks are delightful with wonderful flavors and strong coffee. I always get an iced cappuccino and am completely satisfied every time. In addition to coffee drinks, they have a delicious selection of pastries and creamy gelato. My favorite pastry is the chocolate donut cake. It is unbeatable! It is the most moist and delicious chocolate cake I have ever had! If you're in the mood for something savory, their sandwiches are incredible. Went here last week with a friend to try the coffee. Had the cappuccino. Delicious flavor, and just the right milk to coffee ratio. It airs a little on the pricier side, at around 6 bucks for a small cappuccino, but such is life. The vibe was cute and the space felt small but comfy. The service was good as well. The good: Central location in Burbank. The vanilla latte I ordered was good and my son enjoyed his gelato The ugly: Parking can be hit or miss and for "good" coffee on the go, might as well go somewhere else with easier parking. Also, customer service here is mediocre at best. The young lady that took my order accidentally pushed over a candy jar that broke by my son's feet. It was an accident and she was apologetic, so no problem, but the gentleman that helped her clean it up was very rude. After it occurred, they proceeded to help the man who had just walked in instead of finishing up our order, so we had to wait to be helped after being disrupted by the broken jar. For the ambiance, nothing to report here. I won't be returning. There are plenty of better options nearby where you can be greeted with a smile and delicious coffee. read more

This cute and cozy cafe is within walking distance from where I work and I love to treat myself to an iced matcha sweetened with honey twice a month. Their prices are better than other competitors including big chains while their quality is superior! Street parking nearby is paid but there are structures a bit further out that are free. Service is super fast and efficient. I highly recommend this spot for matcha! read more

I have been meaning to try this place out for a while now and finally I got to go in earlier today and get my self a cold brew coffee. That's my preferred coffee drink and sometimes a cappuccino or a latte. Not a fan of sweetened drinks when you can't taste the coffee. The cold brew was delicious, I asked them to add a splash of whole milk and it was perfect. They sell some pastries, gelato, teas ...I didn't try any of those but next time for sure. They have indoor and some outdoor seating available. Location is good in downtown Burbank near some restaurants. Customer service was ok, could have been better. read more

I had seen this cafe on my search for a cute coffee spot and had been wanting to check it off my list. Went on a Tuesday morning with my daughter and right off the bat, we were kind of let down. The cafe was empty and there was one person behind the counter and when we walked in he just glanced over at us but didn't even acknowledge us. I was instantly disappointed but we ordered our drinks and a pastry. Again, during checkout at hardly got a peep out of him. I'm not saying I need over the top customer service but some acknowledgment and a few words go a long way. Especially if the cafe is empty. The three Star rating is only for the beverages and croissant. They were delicious! After completing "The Oz Experience" scavenger hunt, we stopped in to get a couple smoothies and they were absolutely delicious. They are not the standard run of the mill smoothies. You could taste the difference and the quality of ingredients used. We also got a small strawberry and a small oreo gelato and they did not disappoint. Once again, quality you can taste. The staff were welcoming and provide service with a smile. The place is bright with a small sitting area both inside and out. It was spotless with a very comfortable, calming vibe. Although, finding parking wasn't to calming... we managed and it was well worth it. I can't wait to try additional items on their menu!!!! I'm looking forward to trying a sandwich... or two! It offers different seating options to grab a quick coffee or even do some study/work (some customers came with their laptops). My watermelon refresher looked appealing and tasted pretty good. Unless you're an Olympic athlete, eating 3 scoops of ice cream is not good for anyone, as delicious as it is (and it was delicious). The food arrived and the rice stood out more than the Chilaquiles. The pancakes were small for the price & didnt have much flavor, once the toppings were gone the pancakes were bland. Came here becus I saw comments online, but I dont think I'd go back, there are many other places with outstanding food & service. The Mexican rice & Café de olla were the standouts of the meal. If you live nearby I could see this being a good place to enjoy a meal, but to come in from farther out isn't worth the drive.

My girlfriend and I stopped by today and had an amazing experience. The chocolate croissant was absolutely delicious fresh, flaky, and full of flavor.
