Good spot to chill and hang out. Good pastries and desserts. The tea and boba are good too. Customer service was on point.

It didn't appear to be that busy from the outside, but there was a long line inside. Luckily, the line moved by quickly. It's interesting that you inform a staff member what you would like to order, wait for them to get your order out to you and then pay. It was nice as the employee helping us wanted to ensure we liked our drink before we paid for it. So, once our drinks were made, she let us try it and asked if any changes needed to be made before we decided to pay. I ordered the Lavender Matcha Latte, and my boyfriend got the Caphe Sua Da Phin Style. Both drinks were pretty solid. No complaints. I would come back again to try more of their drinks if I was in Las Vegas again. The inside is pretty spacious. Lots of different forms of seating available. There were a few people inside doing work or studying. I imagine it is a good spot to be at when it's not super busy like how it was during EDC week.

I got the hojicha or the Broken cream roasted matcha latte. That was soooo good!! One of the best Hojicha lattes I've had so far!! I love the roasted taste and it wasn't so sweet. I've gotten their matcha before and that is also very tasty. I love how they have the option for ceremonial grade. Not all places have ceremonial grade! I also got the biscoff cookie! One of my favorite cookies in Vegas!!! So I was craving this last Saturday that I went to Cheongdam hall to get it but they sold out. I drove next day to this location just to get it. The cookie is sooo good. Not overly sweet and soft. I like the chocolate filling as well. The server also recommended the salt bread. I was not going to get this but he said it's really good. I'm like ya okay! OMGOODNESS. Holy moly! What did you guys put in that!! It's like crack! It is like if Auntie Ann's pretzel bread and Croissant had a baby. This is it. I like devoured that. I could have had more. This would have been so good with like a caramel dip. This is on my list to get next time! I love asking staff what's good because they truly know. And if they don't- they don't pay attention. Service is on point! Staff nice and friendly.

We tried the peaches and cream cake, mini tiramisu and mini cheesecake. The tiramisu was on point and so rich while also maintaining its light and airy appeal. Same for the peaches and cream cake - it has chunks of fresh peaches that were naturally sweet with the light fluffiness of the cake and whipped filling and topping to feel like a peachy cloud swept me away. Additionally their baked savory pastries are fresh, flavors are on point and super tasty. An absolute midday treat. We tried the kimchi and curry pastries. Great, balanced flavors. My absolute favorite has to be their ube latte though. The ube flavor shines through so beautifully and offers that escape from a stressful day that i am always hopeful a nice latte will. The tiramisu latte is a strong second favorite. Even when the lines look long, service is fast and the wait is impressively not as long as i anticipated it to be. They really do a wonderful job of bringing freshness, quality, service and flavor together for our enjoyment.

Hubby was already on his way to pick up our birthday cake order. When he asked what happened, he was told that someone came in and basically swooped it up. Nevermind that I had already paid for that particular cake days before. So, heads up warning to people, this is how they treat their customers. Apparently they make one damn strawberry cake for the busiest day of the week. SMH... I'm just glad this cake isn't all that special and I'm not disappointing a kid, geez! Who does that though?! We were going to buy more pastries along with picking up the birthday cake but not after how they did us dirty like that. Back to 85 degrees we go, many better places to give us money to!! Never order a cake here ever again!!! Go to Suzuya, usually our go to and they never screw us over like this!

I've been coming here on a consistent basis for almost 3 years now for an iced jasmine tea…read moreunsweetened and it is always excellent. Coming from someone who has tried every single tea/coffee/boba shop in the area, I really think that La Luna has one of the highest quality teas in the area for an iced tea fix. You'd be surprised how weak, cheap, and flavorless a lot of the other spots are when you get the tea by itself without toppings and sugar. I've also gotten to chat with the owners/managers and it's clear that they take tea quality seriously. The desserts are top-notch as well. La Luna also has a great, dark atmosphere to catch up with friends or get some work done. It can definitely get crowded!

Came here since I had a good experience here about 4-5 years ago, and decided to check it out again…read morewith a friend since its still open and we were in the area. I came in on a Wednesday evening. I still had my punch card from last time, but they have since transitioned to the phone number rewards system, so the manager asked to take down my number to manually put in 4 points for the last time I was there. I ordered a Coconut Mousse, Lemon Mousse, and Pistachio Cafe Frappe. Once they rung me up, I saw a charge for $9, but I know for a fact that nothing I ordered was $9. The young guy ringing me up said the coconut mousse isn't $8.50, its $9 - but the menus hung overhead as well as the to-go menu pamphlets all said $8.50. I know its only 50 cents, but its the principle of the thing - you have to honor the price you advertise to the customer. The young boy and even the manager kept insisting on how that's for the old menu, I don't care - that is your mistake, not mine. Update your menu then - and he showed me how the laminated print out menu said $9, but I showed how the wooden boards hung up and the pamphlets both say otherwise. Took way longer than it should've. The boy didn't know how to manually override the price, so I had to ask him to get his manager to. These people don't understand proper business etiquette. Hope that experience taught them something. Aside from that pricing issue. Food was good, and ambiance was nice. Plenty of picturesque spots inside to snap photos at. Would I recommend them? Maybe. Will I come back? Maybe, but to their other location next time.

I've been coming to Suzuya Patisserie for years. There was a time when I came almost every week,…read moreand whenever my friends had birthdays, I would preorder their cakes here because I genuinely love the quality of the desserts. My family and I have supported Suzuya since the very beginning, when the first location opened on Durango. We've watched the business grow over the years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today's visit was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I ordered a breakfast crepe, a curry cheese sandwich, a mango mochi, and a whole cake. The breakfast items were served without any fork or knife. When I asked for utensils, there was no effort to provide them. The mango mochi was also served without utensils. When I politely asked the staff member wearing the mask for a fork, she simply replied, "You don't need utensils." That response honestly surprised me. Mango mochi is sticky and messy to eat by hand. It wasn't about the fork itself--it was the complete lack of willingness to provide even the most basic customer service. The bigger issue was when I purchased a birthday cake for a friend. I was told there were no bags available for a 6-inch cake. However, I saw other customers receiving bags. I even asked, "If I buy two more cakes, making it three cakes total, would you be able to give me a bag? I only have two hands." The answer was still no. That response simply made no sense. What made the experience even more upsetting was how I was treated because I had my service dog with me. My dog is a professionally trained service dog--not a pet. He remained calm throughout the entire visit. He never barked, never approached anyone, never disturbed other customers, and simply laid quietly beside me. Despite that, I was questioned about whether he was a service dog, whether he had a service vest, and then told that because I had my service dog with me, we would have to sit outside. I found this extremely disappointing. My dog was behaving exactly as a trained service dog should, yet I was still directed outside solely because he was with me. I sincerely hope the staff receive proper training on how to respectfully interact with customers who rely on service animals. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. After being directed outside because of my service dog and then repeatedly being refused basic accommodations that should have been simple to provide, it became difficult not to question whether my service dog influenced the way I was treated. I truly hope that wasn't the case, but it certainly felt that way. This isn't just my opinion anymore. Many friends have shared the same experience with me over the years: the cakes are excellent, but the customer service is consistently disappointing. People return because the desserts are amazing--not because of the hospitality. Sadly, it often feels like there's no warmth or genuine care for customers. I've always heard wonderful things about Mike, and from what I've seen, he seems like a genuinely kind person. I can't help but wonder how he would feel if he knew loyal customers were leaving with experiences like this. I'm usually not someone who complains or leaves negative reviews. It takes a lot for me to write something like this. But after years of supporting this business, I believe this experience needed to be shared. Suzuya truly makes fantastic desserts, and that's exactly why this review is so disappointing for me to write. Great products should never be an excuse for poor customer service. Loyal customers deserve to feel welcomed, respected, and appreciated--not dismissed.
