Sunday is my "pancakes day" and my brother's wife chose a pretty good location for them. Came by for breakfast and got may pancakes and Turkey bacon. Good stuff. The place is nice and right on the main highway leading into the Rehoboth Beach area. The staff is very friendly and the food came out hot and delicious. I think this may be my breakfast spot tomorrow before I leave town. If I come back I'm getting the omelette which looks outstanding as well. Don't forget to wash it all down with some of their fresh juice as well. read more

My experience was a pick up order for a business meeting. The service was excellent. Foods were packed to order. I had the BLT with double bacon which was delicious. One associate got the watermelon feta salad that looked delicious. They did a great job! read more

This was our second time here and we love it! Our kids love it too. Highly recommend the Greek omelette, the Nutella French toast, the Benedict and the smoked salmon bagel. Also the fresh juice is delicious! They also have great service! Definitely recommend for breakfast or brunch. read more

We tried this breakfast spot on the recommendation of a friend, and we were not disappointed at all. We were seated promptly by fast and friendly service. The wait staff was fantastic. These people were really hustling as the place was packed, and they didn't restrict themselves to their assigned tables. One of the waitresses was actually going around table to table to refill coffees for everybody, not just her section. Our food came out rather quickly, and it was delicious. I got the Crab Benedict and my wife got the Creamed Chipped Beef. Something we had never seen before in a place is they actually cut up her toast prior to serving it, which she really liked. The bacon came out a little bit underdone for ordering crispy, but we asked them to cook it a little longer and it came out perfect. We would highly recommend this restaurant for breakfast. The service was very good-- the host was efficient and kind to a waiting line of customers and our waitress was very good. Its a cute, clean place with simple furnishings. Our food was fairly good with ample portions (omelet and french toast) but with sides which were only passable: side of fruit was not ripe (still not in season tho) and scrapple was way too crisp bordering on cardboard. Pleasant surprise of a restaurant! Stopped in around lunch and got to pick from breakfast and lunch menu. Had the fresh squeezed OJ and a coffee. I got the tuna salad sandwich (yum!) and fries. We were very excited to try Cafe Pink Blossom. We ordered an omelet and bagel with cream cheese and nova. The omelet was pretty good and came with hash browns which were delicious. The bagel had a plenty of nova lox, tons of spring mix lettuce, and 2 tomato slices, along with absolutely delicious hash browns. However, the only bagel type available is plain and it was dry and tasteless. Also, there was only cream cheese on only one half, a few thin strands of red onions, and a few capers. I requested more, which they kindly provided. I am sorry to say, this is probably the worst meal I have ever eaten in Rehoboth, largely b/c a bagel sandwich ought to have a decent bagel. Staff and our server were lovely and very helpful. I think I did not order the right thing on the menu and we will return to try something else. read more

My wife and I moved here almost three years ago. We've been going to Pink Blossom at least once a week since it opened. It's our go to breakfast place and lunch is good too. The owners and staff are always friendly and attentive. Never had a bad meal here so heartily recommend it. If I could improve anything it would be to wish they had a bigger kitchen so they could add waffles and maybe crepes to the menu. read more

Ordered the eggs Benedict with avocado this time which neither of us cared for - egg was served in avocado halves which was not ideal and the muffin it was served on was more of a biscuit which was a bit dry.
