We ordered a pizza by phone during the St. Anthony Feast, and the woman who took our order was curt and rude from the start -- I chalked it up to the festival rush. But it got worse when we picked up. We paid $32 for a pizza and asked if we could sit inside to eat it and there were plenty of available tables. We were told no -- inside is table service only, and takeout means you take it and eat elsewhere. Fine, except there was nowhere to sit outside at the festival. When we asked about using one of their own outdoor tables (they had roughly 30, and it was 11:15am, 45 minutes before the festival even started, so the tables were empty), we were told those were reserved for table-service customers only. This was after we'd already spent $32 in their restaurant. Regina's has been around for 100 years, but somewhere along the way they stopped caring about basic hospitality. Paying customers with nowhere to eat their food shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience. We won't be back.

Our order was taken very quickly after sitting down. The menu is strictly pizza with around a dozen toppings to choose from and a handful of grilled meats. That's it. We ordered a pizza with garlic and hot peppers as well as a steak tip skewer. The steak tips were juicy and cooked nicely, but they tasted like they lacked seasoning or marinade so I had to sprinkle some salt and pepper on them. Of course, the pizza is what we were really there for and I can tell you that it checks all the boxes for a classic pizza. The crust is on the thinner, crispier side which I actually prefer. The pie as a whole had a great color and good flavor between the cheese, sauce and toppings. After experiencing it for myself, it's pretty easy to understand why Santarpio's is so highly regarded in the world of pizza. They stick to what they know and they execute it well.

To me, service and hospitality are a huge part of the dining experience, and that initial welcome just didn't set the tone I was hoping for on my birthday. A heads-up if you're driving: there isn't parking immediately nearby, so expect to walk a little. Also, pay attention once you're on the street because GPS can be a little misleading when trying to locate the entrance. Thankfully, our server, Alexia was great! She was very kind, sweet, and attentive. I actually had to tell her myself that it was my birthday, and once she knew, she did what was necessary to acknowledge it and make the occasion feel a little more special. I really appreciated her for that. The food was good as well. I didn't end up trying any of their cocktails, which is unusual for me, especially during a birthday dinner. By that point, the overall experience just hadn't put me in the celebratory mood I had expected when I chose Yvonne's for the occasion. Maybe my expectations were higher because this was somewhere I'd wanted to visit for so long, but hospitality matters to me, especially at an establishment like this. Amanda helped turn things around, and the food was good, but the overall experience still left me disappointed. Will I come back? I'm honestly unsure.

To begin, I like their frozen yogurt. And that's the only thing. That's why they have a one star. Customer service...there's isn't any. I went in with a group to order a quick sit down lunch. I ordered from the big menu board on their wall. The girl taking the order was so completely lost I had to repeat myself several times and even went up to the board to point to the sandwich. I sit down. Everyone else has finished eating their sandwiches and I still do not have mine. Finally, it gets brought out and it is so completely wrong. First off, it's hot. I ordered a cold sandwich. I explained what I wanted, read it to them, pointed to it and then continued to wait an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes. Another sandwich gets brought out and yet again it's completely wrong. I explain this to the 'manager' and he proceeds to begin yelling at me that I'm confusing them and I didn't give them the order number. Um, excuse me sir but there is NO order number on your menu. There's only a product description. I literally pointed and read it to them multiple times. Horrible customer service. ...My review from last June. I went last night and had the kabob chicken roll-up. And it was terrible. The sandwich consisted of a wrap, some cut greens, and chicken. No sauce, the chicken was cold, and the thing was a mess to eat. Picking up this thing resulted in it falling apart, and I had to use a knife and fork to eat this thing. But it's damn hard to cut and eat because it's meant to be held in your hands, and taken down like a burrito. Not the case. Two stars for the vegetables, they seemed fresh, but were oddly cut which made eating this thing a chore. As far as the meat; the chicken was super dry. Perhaps if you get a proper sandwich or wrap when everything is toasted and consumed together, you might not notice how dry the individual pieces of chicken are at this place, but with a knife and fork I had to dissect this thing and found it hard to put down. Not satisfying at all. Overall, stay away from their chicken kabob wrap. In fact, you should probably stay away all together. read more

I ordered a buffalo chicken calzone through Grubhub.. I wasn't sure how long it would take after reading other reviews but it came early, despite the football games on that day. I live in a large building and have an 8 month old baby... when he called to tell me he was outside, I told him the concierge would let him in... he then offered to come all the way to my door (which never happens anymore) and was extremely polite and nice after walking my extremely long hallway to my door. It's the first delivery person that didn't complain or get annoyed and for that, I will order from here again and again. It's the little things that count! Best Froyos around Podima offers the best froyos in the West End. With almost every add-in imaginable available. I always have a fruit / junk food combination and have never been disappointed. They also have really good protein shakes.\r \r Stay away from the fries, they're gross. If you know Ankara, then you know Cafe Podima. They have the same menu, and the same frozen yogurt blending machine so you can mix your ice cream and make whatever flavor tickles your heart.
