Updating my review since I've been coming over the last year since they first opened. This place really is the perfect marriage of excellent milk tea and coffee. Their various matcha lattes are honestly my favorites - especially the lavender & blueberry matcha lattes, and their Passion Fruit Green Apple tea is a super interesting and delicious flavor that you really can't find anywhere else. I love checking out new boba joints when I'm in a new area and I'm so happy I found this place! Strawberry milk teas are one of my fave drinks and I can normally never find any really good ones, but they're so good here. I also really enjoyed the blueberry matcha latte my boyfriend got. I got the smaller size for the drinks because it was my first time and I wasn't sure how they would taste, but I regretted it right after tasting and wish I got the larger size because of how yummy the drinks were. They have a pretty wide selection of coffee and flavors! We ordered the iced lavender matcha latte and the iced rose matcha latte, both with oat milk and boba. It's hard to find cafes in this area that'll have oat milk as a substitute so I really liked that. We LOVED both drinks, really LOVED. An absolute gem! The quality of the tea was fantastic and their drinks were carefully crafted. I was able to try the matcha lavender latte and the lavendar black tea. Oh my goodness, oh my damn!! I love that they don't make their teas sweet and I don't need to make any adjustments. The only thing I would say is that their toppings are kind of basic. I've been coming here semi-regularly for about two months now and I can safely say that this is my new favorite drink place. I didn't need the whole two months to realize it, but it did take me two months to realize I should post a review about it! I'm really trying my best to try different things on the menu, but I keep gravitating back to the spanish latte and the matcha latte. All of the coffees I've tried so far are great-- the way they prepare the espresso for their lattes is so smooth that it blends in super well with the milk, regardless of the type of milk you choose (I've tried it with all the milk options). It's so smooth that you may never be able to go back to those acidic, frumpy, sad, expensive lattes they have at those other places. The menu is simple and straightforward. It's not overly complicated or crowded with way too many items. Everything I've tried so far is customizable so I'm sure people who like their custom drinks will be happy. There's something for everyone on the menu -- coffee, tea, milk tea, fruity drinks, blended drinks. My coworkers love the drinks here-- whenever I come back from lunch with a Cafe Pruvia cup, I feel a little guilty about not getting something for them. The family that runs it is always super super nice and they've even helped me take my drinks to the car when I had a lot of them to carry. Their macha didn't have a bitter after taste you would sometimes get and they used real whip cream on top. Their passion fruit apple isn't too sweet at all. Thumbs up! I'm generally not a coffee person, so I enjoy their Matcha Latte and Honeydew Milk Tea. Their Matcha is sweet and not like the more bitter ones, but not overpoweringly sweet. And the Honeydew Milk Tea at 75% sweetness and boba is perfect for me because I like things generally a little sweeter. They are a family run business and everyone in the family who I have interacted with is super nice and friendly, and do their best to make sure I leave happy. So I've been going here almost every day since I've discovered this place because I really really love their quality of milk tea!! The order that I always get is the iced lavender matcha latte with oat milk because it's just so darn good. The lavender isn't overpowering and their matcha is delicious. I also really appreciate that they have dairy alternatives because I don't really handle milk well, so I'm glad that they consider this as well! I also was able to speak to Fae and Cody (owners) and they were both really really personable and genuinely care about their customers. Fae expressed to me that her sons had the idea of opening cafe pruvia so that folks can have a nice and comfortable space to get work done. Personally, as someone who is going to go to grad school, I would definitely come here to study often. Decor is nice and sleek with the white marble and the navy blue accents.
