Great cafe in Gardena which is open until late. Just have to be careful since they are closed on Tuesdays. One of the best cafe in LA. Ample parking due to it being in huge mall. Staffs are friendly too. May take a while to get coffee served when it's crowded but can spend time walking inside the mall complex, perhaps checking nearby Japanese supermarket. read more

One star for the 3 drinks that they serve to us last night and for turning off the lights while everyone is still sitting inside instead of letting us know that they are closed already. The drinks we ordered are so diluted, so bitter, no taste and the lady who served us the drinks has an attitude. Go somewhere else. I love this place! I hate that they don't open until 11am though. If they opened earlier, even by 9 or 10am, I'd be a daily customer. I have friends who have said the same. It's hard to wait that late for coffee! The hours are why I removed a star. I love the iced Spanish latte. It's strong and sweet without being too much. I'm a fan of relatively sweet drinks, but if you weren't you could definitely ask for it less sweet and it would still be great. Super friendly staff and never too long of a wait. Customers sitting inside aren't always wearing masks but the staff always is. I just keep my distance, so I don't mind but others may. I write this as I wait for 11am to come... First time going today- I ordered a iced matcha with oat milk and a strawberry slush. First off, the person taking our order Cody was very friendly :) Second, The cups that the drinks came in are so cute, definitely will reuse them! And third- the drinks were delicious! It's unfortunate we don't have a lot of good coffee places in our area, we tend to have to drive out 15-20 min to Off Set or Hi-Fi Espresso. So I was really happy to see this opened up at Pacific Commons. We typically order hot mocha with oatmilk which is delicious and reasonably priced. We always go back because of the service, the owners are super friendly and warm. Only draw back is that they open at 11am. Hopefully they'll consider opening up earlier! read more

I went to this hidden gem with a friend of mine and was pleasantly surprised at my experience. They had festive seasonal drinks displayed in the window and a lively atmosphere for 9:00pm at a coffee shop. I can't say I've ever seen a cafe that caters to the needs of folks that need a place to work/study late or socialize with friends + get an energy boost. I needed black tea for my late night drive and so got the lavender boba (we both loved this one!) - my friend got the brown sugar boba. It was a healthy ratio of boba and the wait staff were very friendly. Plus the reusable cup is a thoughtful touch, it's something I can stash away and use again. We went to this place twice. We usually visited the place that Cafe Pruvia replaced, but decided to give them a try. I must say i am so glad we decided to try it out. I myself had their Ty's Latte and Spanish Latte. Creamy goodness! Also the environment is good. It's a great place to chill at, not to mention how friendly and sweet the staff are. Best matcha latte ever. After their soft opening for 3 days (during which all drinks were free), they asked asked for feedback and as a way to improve, discounted drinks the following day. It shows their determination and consistency to satisfy all customers. It was also so sweet to see the whole family serving together. God, this place is seriously the best. I recently discovered it and I already know I'm going to be a regular...the staff are always kind and their drinks and boba are amazing! You can't go wrong with their lavender matcha latte, I've never had a drink quite like it and it's super tasty! I'm also so grateful that they are following Covid protocols so closely. They only allow 2 people in at a time to order behind a clear divider and when your drinks are ready they place them outside on a table so you can pick them up while maintaining distance! It was refreshing and well made. We were supposed to go to the cafe next door because we wanted to buy the gallon of milk tea. But was so happy to try this cafe. I love the late hours.
