I heated this up in the microwave as soon as I got home and it was so delicious! Much better than the Turkey meatloaf from SnapKitchen which I had tried before. Everything in the container (Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, and meatloaf) were really bold in flavor and didn't make you feel like you were sacrificing flavor for it being healthy. For 308 calories in a dinner that is filling- you really can't go wrong! Since trying the first one, I also tried the Sirloin Beef and Broccoli (355 calories) which had a bit of heat (spiciness) to it but otherwise the flavor was just YUM. Another winning meal! I have to say that I have never had a meal where I don't feel completely stuffed. This meal left me satisfied and feeling full but not the bad full. Every bite was delicious! You can tell they use fresh ingredients. My mother-in-law who is extremely picky and hardly ever finishes her meals ate everything. My husband did not leave one bite behind. The crowd was so fun and felt like family. This Saturday they will do a meet up and the first 20 or so will get goody bags. Filled with pineapple and blue raspberry and one other flavor..I wanna say it was strawberry. The environment is very relaxed and fun. I ordered an orange juice to drink, it didn't seem fresh but store bought is fine. I ordered what I thought was huevos rancheros with over easy eggs. What I was brought was eggs with the salsa on top of them. Yes the salsa that was brought out with the chips. I was expecting a fresh ranchera sauce but I did not get that. The papas needed some salt and my eggs were wayyyy over cooked. They should rename the huevos rancheros to huevos with salsa cuz that isn't ranchero without a ranchera sauce. Super bummed. The best part was the two pieces of bacon on my plate.
