The drink wasn't sweet at all which I didn't expect, but it wasn't a bad thing. I wouldn't make any adjustments next time. The matcha was astringent, bitter, and umami. I did taste some slight graininess, but nothing too bad. I think they prepare the matcha as a paste then add it to the top of the milk. I've never seen other places prepare their drinks like this before! Overall, it was a solid drink for an decent price.
