The flavors were bland, rice is not how it's done in Lebanon (yellow basmati?), the tabouli was underwhelming and dry (Lebanese do not add quinoa either to it), and the portions were surprisingly small for the high prices. Also, no toum but instead something similar to tzaiki? Odd. Unfortunately, the quality and value just weren't there.
