The food here is good, but it's just not worth the effort. Here is what I have experienced multiple times... You show up and just watch as there is no sense of organization. No one knows what the other is doing. The cashier is constantly talking with the cooks because they are not sure what is what. Everything is slow and labored ALWAYS. Tonight, I showed up AFTER my online order was supposed to be done. I then stood around and waited an additional 20 minutes to pick it up as I watched all the chaos and lack of communication. I get that things get busy, but then don't give me a time my order will be ready and make me stand around another 20 minutes. I know what you're thinking "Probably a big, involved order!" Yesterday we went there for a breakfast and it went very well . We ordered Ovo Zataar and Beef sandwich with hot chocolate and cappuccino. Service was quick and restrooms were clean. Parking was easy at a shopping center. You order your food as soon as you walk in. While looking for a place to sit, I noticed the tables and chairs in the dining area had food crumbs. Then I noticed dishes were piled up on top of the trash bin with an unusual amount of uneaten food left on the plates. While eating our food, we discovered that the bottom half of our salad was rotten. We lost our appetite and stopped eating. The chicken didn't taste fresh either because it was bland and dry. The entrees come with a side of sauces, but the consistency was a bit watery and lacking flavor. All this could explain why there was so much uneaten food left by other customers. Amazing restaurant in every aspect ! The variety of food choices was excellent! So very well prepared for our group of guys for lunch! Rami is an excellent manager who goes overboard to make sure that your meal comes out fast with spot on presentation! I had their breakfast omelette which tasted great! With beef bacon on the side to accent the main dish ! I also had the Kibbeh on the side which was very tasty as well ! The food quality here is definitely good. I had the chicken plate and the chicken was a little bit dry but I think it was a bit overcooked and too chard which took away from the flavor. Yum! We went to check out this restaurant and loved it! I had the tawook plate. The chicken was delicious. The garlic sauce was melt in your mouth good. My husband had the beef kabob plate and loved it as well. I also tried the rice pudding. It was made with rose water and I will absolutely be ordering that again. We do have two suggestions. The plates you use are gorgeous and give a homey feel. Maybe use real silverware? Your food was so good, that it deserves it. Also, a spoon would be appreciated for the rice pudding. read more

I live nearby and had been eyeing this place for a while, waiting for it to open so I could check it out and see what it's all about! Started following on instagram and when I reached out they told me their soft opening was coming up- soon after they posted promoting first 50 customers would receive a free meal so my wife and I decided to come by for lunch. There were two meals on offer for the free deal - the garlic chicken (which I overheard is one of their most popular) and the beef kebab (which they said usually comes in a wrap but was served on a baguette today). We got one of each. Both were great, my beef kebab was really flavorful and the bread was good quality. We were surprised by how spacious the interior was- the exterior is deceiving, but there is quite a lot of seating available beyond the counter. Also points for friendly staff and for serving coke products (I'm a sucker for a fountain diet coke!) This is the first time I visited but it'll also be the last time also. I ordered online 1 hour in advance of pick up time and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our food to be ready. The garlic chicken wrap was very mushy almost tuna like consistency with large pickles inside. It was just okay. The bread was good. The chicken panini was not good at all. First time here just open near hone! I was so excited to have a new place to eat. I ordered a chicken panini - everyone and anyone knows that a "panini" normally with cheese and pressed to melt! I understand this place is Lebanese so perhaps they make theirs different which consists of a big slice of chicken breast; some leafy green and some green paste! In other words; horrible! We ordered the breakfast deluxe, garlic chicken sub and build your own bowl with chicken. The breakfast deluxe includes a nice beef bacon. The chicken sub uses chicken breast chunk and the garlic makes it unique. The chicken bowl can either with salad or rice. We chose rice, not sure if you can do half and half but we like the rice. They use short grain rice and the texture is similar to sushi rice. It's so good. The chicken is juice, tender and flavorful. Overall, experience is good. We've been eagerly waiting for this place to open for months since we first saw the construction, and we're so happy it's finally here--and so close to us. I enjoyed the chicken kabobs with a perfectly made fresh salad and rice, and hummus. The rice even had a special touch of the smallest of noodles to add just a twist on the rice.
