I absolutely LOVE this place. I have been to the one in South Tampa and this location is definitely still my favorite! I got a mimosa, which was good but nothing too special. We got the chips with guac & salsa, which were amazing. I love the chips! I ordered a spicy rio wrap and after about 3 years of trying to figure out what made it so spicy, my waiter knew haha! It was the red pepper paste they use, but they don'd list it on the menu as an ingredient so definitely trumped me there. I had her put it on the side and my meal was much more enjoyable haha. Mine was amazing and the avocado hummus with veggies on the side where the best part :D They gave us a free cookie (it was my friends first time there) and I couldn't turn that down so of course I tried the chocolate chip, which was amazing!! This is our favorite restaurant in the area. The food, service & overall vibe is on point! Every dish is unique & flavorful - the Spicy Brazilian Bowl is my go-to but you really won't be disappointed with any dish (brunch, lunch, dinner). We visit this restaurant every week and i have to admit that the dishes remain consistently good + i really appreciate the awesome service. Roselyn typically takes care of us bc we sit outside (she's so great!!) but everyone that works there is professional, kind, hard working and good people. I really dig this casual spot. They've got dining inside, covered dining outside, bar area with tvs, and a 'fast food' ordering line/ bakery set up. Maximosas ftw. Giant mimosa with a fruit base (I chose raspberry...nom nom nom!) White bean hummus. Holy moly. So good! I love hummus and if I was going to have to sub something in for chickpeas, it would have to be these damn white beans. Perfection. They have the option to get it with veggies or with chips. We went chips but I'm sure veggies would have been a fabulous choice. The pizza was really good and really filling. For half a pizza (3 regular sized pieces) it was $5. Can't beat it. I appreciate how Ciccio Cali offers so many dishes that are geared toward being healthy. The menu is interesting and offers an interesting variety of foods from bowls, wraps, stir frys, and more standard fare. So far I have to say that my favorite is the pizza. It would never be confused with a decadent New York style pizza, but it also doesn't have the accompanying grease and amount of fat. You can order a half or whole pizza, which is nice. I also really liked their lemongrass stir fry. The "asian noodles" I chose to come with it had fantastic flavor. I just wish that broccoli would have been in the accompanying vegetables. That would have easily made this my favorite dish. As someone who doesn't like hot/spicy foods I find it frustrating that so many dishes I would otherwise be interested in have jalapeños, hot sauce, etc as ingredients. We were so excited that Ciccos opened in Brandon and had the chance to try it after church today. I had to write my review right away! Food: delicious! We had brunch and I had the Cali bowl my husband had the American bowl. Mine was loaded with fresh potatoes along with sliced chicken bacon and guacamole. We shared a blueberry whole wheat pancake that had the perfect sweetness to it without being overbearing. Everything was flavored just right! Fresh and not greasy like most breakfast places. Service: excellent! Our server was friendly and personable. The waitstaff all checked on ALL of the tables and kept tabs for each other - their teamwork to ensure a positive customer experience was very evident. Atmosphere: clean and crisp! As good as it can get. Brunch is all about the perfect weekend meal, relaxing yet fun and vibrant. And this restaurant had it all. From live music in the patio to delicious mango mimosas and a myriad food options. Of course they are famous for their breakfast bowl and surely I wasn't not going to try it. Ordered the Bravo and it was just perfect. Eggs blended in nicely with the vegetables, nothing too raw or overlooked. Who said healthy can't taste good? So....I found this place from one of Anna M. reviews that she posted this huge delicious looking Bloody Mary with bacon. Since the thought of bacon and a Bloody Mary together makes me want to go into a full on MC Hammer routine...I thought I should give the one in my neighboorhood a try. The SOHO location is next on my list. I had really high expectations based off these AMAZING REVIEWS. So, I'll start with the Good... They seemed really REALLY excited to have a first timer in the house. I sat at the bar and she was extremely helpful and gave me a run down of the menu, how to order, personal reccomendations and popular dishes. PERFECT!! I love that!! I had a lot of interaction with her about drink choices, also. She was an absolute doll!! I'm under the impression that they really care about reputation and go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy and come back. The staff is a little more attentive than the average diner or dive. The manager came and introduced herself, and already knew it was my first time. *Attention to detail makes good GREAT, in my humble opinion* She also gave me a 10% off card for being a local. How awesome is that? On to the drink....while I was waiting on my spicy Brazilian, I ordered a happy hour special, the passion fruit mimosa. It was pretty good. I didn't burst into song and dance but it was better than average but small. Or maybe I drink to fast. Dunno. I just know the passion fruit mimosa experience was over quickly. My BF and I came here on Saturday for brunch. We happened to be in the area and I was impressed by their menu (I saw online) and I am a sucker for patios. We arrived and were seated immediately. They had live music which was very pleasant. I recently moved out of Florida, but in the year I lived here, this place had by far the best service I have ever had in the Tampa area. He ordered the Cali Bowl and I had the Hot and Spicy Tuna crunch bowl with spaghetti squash. Both were phenomenal! Of course I also ordered the Maximosa You definitely have to get one when you come here. To top it off, because we were first-timer, we got a free chocolate chip cookie... Yay! This is my new obsession. At first I wasn't in love with the whole concept...then I tried a few of the bowls and I became a believer. The menu is pretty simple. They have several different "bowl" combinations of meat and veggies that you can have over kale, spaghetti squash, brown or white rice. The food is prepared to order so it always comes out fresh and tasty. They also have wraps that are pretty much the same food combos as the bowls. They have pizza but I haven't had the pleasure of trying that just yet. My favorites are the Thai and the Napa blue. If you like Tuna those bowls look really good too. Very cool modern atmosphere with a clean menu. The menu is focused around bowls that you choose your base for ie white/yellow/brown rice, noodles, or squash spaghetti. Very interesting flavors and combinations for the bowls such as the Tuna Poke, Thai bowl, or even the Spicey Brazilian. They really push the flavor profiles here and make some really interesting combinations. Price wise you would think this style of food would be a bit more expensive but for around $10 per bowl (average) you get amazing bang for your buck especially considering the quality of food. They also make some really tasty looking desserts. The drink menu has a few interesting cocktails, wine, and some choice beers. All in all great choice especially for trying to be a little health conscious or more adventurous with flavors. The bowl culture is strong. read more

I don't come nearly as much now, but had lunch today and ordered the lean and clean bowl with quinoa/rice and the roasted veggie blend. It was pretty good, much less veggies then before but still good. I found some bacon (at first i thought it was the ahi tuna) in my bowl, which was supposed to be meatless. Sadly I will not go here ever again. I love the food but while picking up my to-go order 8/4/2020. I witnessed two kitchen staff not wearing masks and making meals. It started with the cashier whose mask was slung below her chin but I figured I was safe with her behind the plexiglass partition. Well the card swipe wouldn't work so she had to take my card into her hands to swipe at the register. I was willing to ignore that and disinfect my card later. Then I saw the two kitchen staff making food without masks. If you've ever been here you will know the whole food prep kitchen is wide open for viewing. I asked to speak with the manager who was very apologetic and told me one of the cooks had just come off break and forgot to put his mask on. Then I had to point out to him the other kitchen cook whose mask was hanging down on his neck. The manager said they were the ones who made my food but he offered to remake it. Nice guy trying to take one for the team by stating this was his fault for not making sure the rules were enforced but honestly - it's everyone's fault. I had my mask on - not to protect myself but to protect other people. You would think at the very least they could wear their masks too. Repulsed, I cancelled my order. If a wide open kitchen that is so obviously visible to the public cannot even take simple precautions like wearing a mask during a pandemic, I hate to think what goes on in there (or has gone on) when things are "normal". I also have to say they are not enforcing the 6ft rule as I had to wade through a small crowd waiting to be seated while waiting inside by the front door. I did speak with the COO of Cali Restaurants that night and he was understandably furious and promised to take corrective action. He followed our phone call up with an apologetic email but I won't be going back ever again. And like I said this makes me sad because I used to love it. read more

LOVE this place. The food always tastes very fresh, the employees are smiling and helpful and it's a good enough lunch spot that I will rarely go anywhere else for lunch now when I'm able to get out for it .... Not only that but the menu items seem to be fairly healthy with a ton of options from gluten free to vegan so you don't feel the. Wes to take a nap after you eat there! (And I feel very reasonably priced) I've tried several of Their "bowls"...and have a hard time picking between my 2 favorites (I get the "Asian Persuasion" style bowl with cold noodles and steak OR the "Hot & Crunchy Tuna", also with cold noodles...and ask for a side of soy sauce and/or Siracha... Both are delicious. One day maybe I can break away from their bowls and try the wraps or flatbread pizza offerings from their menu ....but I haven't been able to yet and I've eaten there about 10 times so far! I checked the county health inspection report like I do with every place I go to eat. For starters this place had 2...just two minor violations. So off to a good start. So we walked in and immediately noticed how clean, crisp, and welcoming the environment felt. I couldn't wait to try the food. We were greeted by Thomas. He was energetic and knew the menu very well. He recommended the guacamole hummus for as a starter. Let me say... That stuff if extremely delicious! My whole family loved it. As our entrees he suggested we try the Brazillian bowl and Ahi spicy tuna bowl. I am not...I repeat...am not into fish. But I ordered the tuna bowl with sticky rice. So so so so yummmmmmy! My tastebuds were having a party lol. The Brazilian bowl was spicier than the tuna bowl and it was well liked. My child enjoyed the kids grilled chicken and cheese wrap. Lol they tore that wrap up! After we were done eating Thomas said we got free cookies for our first visit. We ordered one smores and one chocolate chip. These cookies are the size of my hand! Soft, sweet, and chewy. Cookie perfection. Our visit was definetly a 5 out 5 stars. We will be back for sure and recommending this place to everyone. read more

Sunday morning in a new part of Florida. Decided to spontaneously visit Tampa and this was the place suggested by the locals. It's such a hip place,you'd never know it was there if t wasn't for the barn located next to it. The outside seating is such a nice treat. The waiters greeted us from the get go and more then once were we asked if we needed help. To begin with the mimosas were delicious, and the Bloody Mary was something different. I ordered the Tex mex omelet and my god was it fresh. The spices were running through my mouth with great fluidity,it fit right in with the fresh eggs. Must visit again for brunch. read more

If you dine in, they bring the food to you after you order and pay, which is nice from a quick service. Their menu consists of pressed wraps, pizzas, and the build your own bowl. The only reason this place does not get 5 stars, is simple. They open for Sunday Brunch @10, but don't start serving Bloody Mary's or Mimosas till 11am. Complete downer.
