If you're worried about COVID, do not go here. Owners Randy and Jake don't require any of their staff members or customers to wear a mask. No signage around, nothing. Even if you as the customer wear one, these guys won't be while working in and around your vehicle. I stopped by a few days ago and went upstairs to the showroom to find a bunch of mask-less employees and customers, and walked right out. Guess i'll wait a few more months before trying again. Had cali off-road install my jackrabbit retractable truck bed cover, they installed brackets incorrectly even after I went back to have them fix it, the problem is still there. The unit comes with 4 brackets two slightly longer ones should be attached in the front on the bed they didn't check that. Also, both tracks are uneven, and now water leaks in the bed they also forced the brackets in, instead of using the inlets on the tracks which is were the brackets will slide in They just used force and didn't even use the install instructions. I also had them install my Flowmaster bolt on muffler last month and now I need to check that to, something tells me that they didn't measure the area and cut too much pipe off? These guys don't pay attention to detail and are in too much of a hurry, and quality is non existent. Also one of there sales person has a real bad attitude. I called up to see if I could come early he said yes so I came in immediately within 10 minutes and after arriving I had to wait 1hour outside in the cold because everyone was out to lunch. I told Jay what kind of suspension setup and tires I wanted, and asked what all I'd need to do to accomplish this. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything very simply for me.
