The facility itself is pretty plain, uncomfortable seats, and it could really use some desks or workstations if people need to get stuff done. They didn't restock the coffee pods and the vending machine was broken. Since I went on a Saturday, nothing was open nearby. The location isn't near anything, so you'd have to Uber somewhere if you want to grab food or do anything else. I was thinking about heading to The Spectrum, but at $20 one way (only 3 miles away), that was a no-go. They should definitely upgrade the waiting room experience, more comfort, some amenities and I think they'd get much better reviews.
