Great service!!! I didn't have to do anything, they took my car in and got me a rental and Mourisio called me daily with updates.

The service here is sub par, after my insurance sent me here the shop messed up. When they gave me back my car the cosmetic damage was fixed but the mechanical part (radiator) was not fixed even though they were supposed to replace it. they just filled it up with fluid. After driving my unsafe to drive car around for a day the problem showed itself(in the middle of a work day), I got my car towed back to the shop and had to get the manager because I was not getting any help. with some persistence and a lot wasted time. Lee the manager did the right thing, I think he sensed if he didn't I was going to sue. Bottom line: Everyone here except Lee the manager is a waste of space. 1 man cannot do it alone, get some good employees. read more

Caliber Collision on Oldfield provided excellent service to my daughter and me during a very stressful time. Our family car was rear ended, and required repair. Our schedules are extremely busy, like most people's are, and we expect and appreciate efficiency. From the time we made the appointment for an estimate, to the completion of the repairs, things went very smoothly due to the diligent efforts of the receptionist, Laura, and our service advisor, John Blattner. Caliber often works with an Enterprise rental car office which is right around the corner from the shop. That was an added convenience. This place is great! Everyone there was so nice and respectful. From the moment I dropped off my car to when I picked it up their service was EXCELLENT! They called me the day before it would be ready so I was prepared to pick it up the next day which was very convenient. My car looked amazing I was so impressed. This place is one of the worse, unprofessional place i have seen i left my vehicle with them to get an estimate which my insurance company told me to go through i trusted my insurance company and left the vehicle on Monday firs-thing they told me was they will get back to me within 24 hours. did not hear back from them for 8 days. I called four times wanting a return call and an update for the estimate still did not hear anything and the representative keeps on telling me she will forward the message to the estimator and the manager and when i asked them to make sure i get a return call or an update that day they told me they will deff get back by the end of the day and still nothing from the managers or the estimator for 8 days and finally i called my insurance rep and she is the one that told me about the status of my vehicle and still i hear nothing from the caliber collision and no apology or anything for wasting my times I was waiting on a estimate which max only takes a day or two from anywhere else . I will never trust them with my car, how long will they take them to fix my vehicle ?? Probably i wont hear anything back for months if i let them even touch the car and probably wont even give me an update They do not have what it takes to run a business as a collision center first thing a collision center have to do is being on top with the communications and being able to gain trust from a customers I do not know how they ended up as authorized estimator for a big insurance company and if i ever get into an accident again i will deff not come back here at least this location for sure Other people might have had good experience with them but i had one of the worse time and it was nightmare for me for weeks after my accidental wasted times and i was stressed enough with the accident which was not my fault and with this caliber collision center irvine . read more

My son had a car accident on his 335i BMW so it was sent to Caliber Collision in Irvine CA since they deal with high end vechicles. Jose Gonzales was my point of contact after the car was torn down they stated they were going to put after market parts that Farmers which was the coverage of the persons insurance which hit my son's vehicle...i didn't understand why if my son was hit by the other vehicle and he was not at fault. I was not happy with getting aftermarket parts on a very expensive vehicle and had a lot of questions. After my concerns and questions Jose Gonzales denied me service even though the car was torn down and Farmers was ok with paying.. i decided to go with my insurance and choose our own repair shop. After my decision he sent me an invoice for towing serviced of $280, torn down fee of $ 180 and storage fee of over $500, which neither my insurance or Farmers was going to pay..I was stuck with that bill. And went through a lot with Caliber it was the worst experience after having my son injured after the accident. I don't recommend Caliber Collision i didn't had a good experience. Jose Gonzales is very unprofessional so is his manager which never called me after multiple messages i left..Again very unprofessional!!! read more

I encountered an insurance problem which took all day to straighten out after I had already returned the rental car. Having a major accident and then having to lose your car and deal with the inconvenience is an awful experience. Luckily, I have Farmers, who made it really painless. Even more luckily, they suggested Caliber Collision Centers as the repair facility. I know I can choose my own, but I went with their suggestion, and I couldn't be happier with the result, the service and the courtesies extended. Mauricio was my advisor and you can immediately tell he is an expert and knows that losing one's car is a pain. He even arranged to have the car towed, so I didn't have to deal with it or with AAA. And it happened within about 15 minutes of their being handed the file from Farmers. A very seamless process. From there, Mauricio kept me apprised regularly. I liked the email system they have, but I liked his phone calls better. The car looks and runs great! Great guy, great company, great process. Customer Service 5+. Had to have my husband's BMW repaired after he got rear ended 2 years ago. Mauricio Vega was our service advisor was exceptional. The repairs were extensive but they did an fantastic job. We got the car back and there was something noisy every time we went over a bump in the road. The manager personally brought a rental car - a very nice one I might add - to our place and took our back to the repair shop. Like I said: First class service. The original estimate and final bill were a very close match. 2 weeks after the car was finally as good as new, we take a family trip to Northern Cal and a rock hits the hood - 2 big dents! :( We took a little while to get it repaired but we went straight to Caliber Collision to get an estimate. I got 2 other estimates from 2 different BMW dealerships and no one could beat the estimate Mauricio Vega gave me. We recently finally repaired the hood and again - EXCEPTIONAL service! The repairs were done in 1 day! Since we were paying out of pocket for this repair and paying for the rental car too, Mauricio sped up the process and honored the estimate he gave me in early 2012!
