Five stars for Caliber! My Tesla M3 got wacked while it was parked in a lot. The other driver's insurance covered the damage and referred me to Caliber for the repair job. The technician was Ismael. He did an outstanding job. He went over the repair items and kept us advised every step of the way. Honestly, when i got the car back it was so sparkling clean that i actually had to check that it really was my car and they did not inadvertently give me a new one. The repair was flawless. Turning a new leaf ? Although there are some things I am still addressing with my vehicle, one thing that other body shops can't compete with it the warranty of the work done. If there are any issues with assembly or paint that was worked on by caliber they make sure to address it. I hope their communication continues to improve. But after their team helped me with an issue today I can say I'm more comfortable with the new interaction and hopefully my minor concerns can be addressed as quickly as my fronk issue was addressed. read more

I thought I was going have a stressful experience based on wife experience with another "certified tesla collision repair shop" that was not caliber collision . I received a door ding on my 2021 Model 3 two days after purchasing the vehicle. The other person's insurance referred me to another Caliber Collision but when then referred to this location on Carnegie due to this location being the closest location that is Tesla certified. I dropped off the car after doing quick paperwork and the receptionist was able to follow up on the car rental to pick me up. I was greeted by Thomas, who led the repairs for my vehicle. He kept me up to date the whole way through the process via phone and e-mail when I did not answer. The car was finished within a couple days including some delays due to insurance which is not this location's fault. Upon receiving the vehicle, they did a quick walk around with me to see if the quality was satisfactory. They gave the car a complimentary wax which was very much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this location based on their work and overall care for the customer. I have attached photos of the work, which although is a door ding, can be tricky work since the whole car door does not need to be painted. The paint needs to blended in the existing paint. read more

A myriad of issues with my service: 1. When I received my car all of the contents from my trunk were moved and stuffed into the front passenger seat of my car. Very unprofessional. 2. Unexpected delays which resulted in an extra week of waiting. 3. After picking up my car and paying my deductible I had to call in to check to see what was the delay in my reimbursement. It's a good thing I did, I found out a week after picking up my car, that caliber collision did NOT submit the claim to the insurance company. read more

I wish i could give more stars! i was so bummed about the damage to my car and i was totally overwhelmed with the idea of an insurance claim. I have driven past this Caliber Collision many times and this bought i should call them. Samantha answered the phone and i felt so much better immediately after we hung up. I filed my claim and Samantha told me i could drop my car off right away. Once i arrived at their facility Adam, their GM greeted me and introduced me to Cory who would help me through the rest of the process. Cory kept me posted on the status of my car as it moved though the shop, i never had to wonder what was going on and felt so confident in the work being done. This is only a review for their estimate process, since in the end I went with another shop. I came to get an estimate to repair a rocker panel dent on my 2021 model 3. Scott was super helpful and patiently answered all my questions regarding the work that would need to be done to fix it. As promised, he gave me estimates both for replacing and repairing the panel the next day. In the end, I couldn't justify the cost so I decided to go elsewhere, but for any repairs through insurance, I wouldn't hesitate to take my car here. read more

I got into a collision with my tesla. They replaced a tire. 5 months later, the tires have uneven wear and one even is down to the metal bearing of the tire. It became dangerous to drive and thankfully, it did not pop while I was driving it. I called Christopher G, service advisor who said that the car didn't need an alignment but they had checked. When asked for the specs, he did not have it. He also told me to reach out to my insurance if I think an alignment is needed. I reached out to my insurance who reached out to Jared, the manager. The same service advisor reached out a week after to try to schedule an alignment because they did nor officially checked the alignment and manually measured something on the car. I asked what about having to replace the tires due to them not doing an alignment, but have not gotten any resolution. I don't know what else they could have missed in their repair. Caliber Collision claim that they have a guarantee on their work yet are not responsive after car has been repaired and there are issues. I did not feel like my safety is a priority nor did they make an effort to make it right. The manager didn't even bother reaching out. ****I did email their community manager, but they never responded so don't be fooled by the response from the company to this review. **** I had to come back for them to repair the paint job after the car was returned to me. Even though I left it for a couple hours, it wasn't fixed and had to wait longer for them to fix it when I came back to pick it up. It was incredibly inconvenience. Their review on tesla probably looks good because the service advisor asked client to put that they didn't have to come back for additional repairs when the client did. I cannot in good conscience recommend this shop for tesla repairs. read more

Great place to get your Tesla serviced! Worked with Brian Olvera, their service advisor. I took the car in for some damage to the underneath of my Model Y. They took it back to the shop, raised it up on the rack and had me come back to look at the damage. After reviewing, they had a recommendation on what to replace and submitted it to State Farm for approval. Since they are a preferred service center, it was approved quickly. They ordered the parts and around two weeks later, I was notified the parts were in. I scheduled an appointment to go back in. Upon arrival I was greeted and they were ready for me. I brought my work with me since I was going to wait for the work to be done but within an hour, it was done. So much for getting work done. I'd highly recommend Brian and the team at Caliber Irvine/Santa Ana. read more
