Oscar the Center Manger helped me right away and gave me multiple options and pricing for what I wanted done. He was very honest and extremely helpful. After my accident, I had no clue which body shop to choose to repair my car. AAA recommended Caliber and I'm happy they did. Intake on my vehicle was easy, staff was helpful and friendly. Every few days I received a call from my service coordinator Kenny with updates on the progress of the repairs. I was worried such a large facility would mean delays and so-so craftsmanship but quite the opposite. My car was returned to me 4 days ahead of schedule. Car looks better than brand new and a lot cleaner inside and out than it did when I left it at Caliber a few weeks ago! I went to Caliber Collision as a reference from my insurance company upon filing a claim. I assumed the minor impression from a door being opened into my vehicle and the paint left behind would cost me in the neighborhood of $500 to fix. After speaking to Steve at Caliber and having him look at my vehicle, he immediately said I would not need repair work and that paintless dent removal would fix the issue and likely leave it looking like nothing had ever happened. He provided me with the name of an individual who could handle it. That person, came to my home within an hour and a half of seeing Steve, and fixed the damage along with another door ding left months earlier by a different vehicle for only $120. I was able to cancel the claim and not suffer any raise in my insurance rates as a result of not knowing who left the damage to my vehicle. Thank you Steve! Definitely above and beyond! read more

I called a local Toyota dealership and they referred me to Caliber Collision in Upland. I had to pay for this repair out of pocket, so they gave me an estimate to fix my fender flare at a price lower than I expected it would be, so that was good. They ordered the part for me and said they would call when it came in. I had to call them about two weeks later to see when the part was in because they called once supposedly and I didn't answer. Anyways I Dropped off my truck early in the morning right when it opened at 7am, gave them my keys and signed a couple papers and that was it. They said they would call me when my truck was finished. I called them around 3 pm and they said that my truck has been done but didn't call me. However, I still was able to pick up my truck in the up same day. Overall pretty good experience though, friendly/professional employees, nice area, and did an awesome job on repairing and painting(color matching) my new fender flare. read more

Caliber Collision did a great job repairing our 2007 Honda Odyssey after we were in a freeway crash. We selected Caliber because it was one of the shops recommended by our auto insurance company. Our helpful Caliber rep was Kenny. He was very clear about what Caliber would fix and provided as much information about specific topics, such as paint matching, I requested. I also appreciated that Kenny communicated with our insurance adjuster and helped make the entire process as smooth as possible. While our car was completed 4 days later than the original completion date, I received a call from Kenny at least twice a week to inform me of their progress with the van, so I was aware of delays as they happened. When my wife and I went to pick up the van, Kenny and the Caliber team spent a good amount of time showing us every repair, demonstrating that every moving part was in good working order, and insuring that our van was clean and ready to go. We left feeling confident that our van was in at least as good a shape as it was before our crash. Sadly, I've been a repeat client after totaling a CLS 63 AMG and wrecking a Hellcat Charger however the Hellcat was not a total loss thank God. Their techs have a knack for detail. My Charger is modified and after the rebuild and repair they replaced every affected upgrade all the way down to the very exact rear Drag Radials and rim color. Amazing!!! I took my vehicle for repair and was told it would be ready in 1 1/2 weeks, it ended up taking 3 weeks and they would not give me a rental. When I got my car back, the technician broke my push to start button and they told me that I had to take it to dealership for repair. Do not take your car/truck to the Upland location if you care about your vehicle. They completed the body work but when I was leaving, I realized my tank was under the empty gauge and my engine started to stall. I had to go straight to the gas station less than a mile away and almost did not make it. Than the next day when I tried to start my truck, the battery was dead. When I checked on my 5 wheel hitch that I asked them to cover because it was a 5 wheel slider that can't get sand in it or it will not work, they said it was cover but sand got into the slider and not I have to take it a part to clean it out. When call them, they said it was just above empty when I brought it in. Over a quarter of a tank is not just above empty when it was only drive 5 miles at the shop. Anyone could see that the killed my battery and run the truck to try and recharge the battery and ran the tank down. Of course they lie to cover themselves. Take your car the RC location, much better. read more

Highly recommended body shop especially for high end vehicles. They do a great job in restoring your vehicle and bringing it back to the factory brand new condition. My 2014 beemer recently got into a major accident and it took about 40 days to repair the vehicle. My service advisor name was Kenny. He updated me throughout the process and was very helpful given that I am very picky and demanding when it comes to cars. At the end I got what I was promised. The repair was excellent using all OEM parts and acquiring certified technicians and devices to do the work. Paint job was also excellent and very well satisfactory. I ran into a few minor issues which is typical due to beemer's complicated electronic systems and let my advisor know about it. They handled the situation very well and took care of the matter with open arms. This is a great place to bring your car for body repair. My Mercedes was hit and damaged at the passenger side back bumper. The moron who didn't know how to park dented and burned that section of my new Mercedes. Caliber was very good in getting everything ready for my insurance, they spent time answering my questions and actually had the car ready to go a day early. When I got my car back it looked great plus they had detailed it inside and out so it was all clean and shinny. Everyone is very professional as well as friendly and the work is excellent. My 2011 Mercedes SL 550 was hit by a texting driver in Nov 2014. The other drivers insurance accepted all liability. I took it too Alpine Collision in Upland, an approved repair shop by all the high line manufactures. I was very happy with the repair. About 2 weeks ago a friend noticed that my 2 head lights were a different color. I never noticed it, but 1 was very bright trim and cover and the other one was darker trim and darker cover. I took the car back to Caliber Collision who had purchased Alpine. My head light was EOM but incorrect for my body color. Oscar Escalera Manager for Caliber Upland agreed the work done almost a year and half ago and by a different owner was not correct. He went back and found my records and and did the most unbelievable. He had it replaced with the correct one. Caliber Collision is a stand up company that TRUELY believes in customer service. Upon the recommendation of my insurance company, I took my 2016 Subaru Forester to Caliber Collision for some relatively minor repairs last week and was very pleasantly surprised by both the staff, prices and the facility itself! Unlike most auto repair shops I've seen, this place was clean, welcoming and comfortable in every sense of the word. As a matter of curiosity, I had taken my car to another highly related repair facility in the area for an estimate and there was absolutely no comparison! Not only was the other shop's repair estimate more than double (in one case it was nearly 10 times as much!) I had to wait nearly a half hour just to get an estimate and the waiting area's ambience was hot, small, greasy and typical of an auto repair shop. Definitely not so with Caliber! Not only was my estimate with Caliber considerably lower than the other shop, they also were able to "pop out" two the the parking lot dents (rather than replacing a major part of my car) for a fraction of the "normal" cost, literally saving me over $1,300 just for those two small repairs alone! Even though they were very busy, Caliber was able to do all the body repairs to my car in 3 1/2 days when they originally thought it would take a week! And while I was waiting for the final touches to be done, I enjoyed a nice cold drink in their very clean and comfortable waiting area. I would definitely take my car there again if body repairs were needed and would happily recommend Caliber Collision to anybody seeing a good, honest repair shop whose employees make a habit of going out of their way to provide very reasonable prices and excellent customer service! read more
