After a scheduling delay due to overbooking at the Festival we got an appointment. On the day of the appointment the window designer Sarah was on time. Based on our needs she made recommendations which we concurred with. Measurements were taken and an order was placed. We paid 1/2 advance. Over the next two month projected timeframe we received email updates. When our product arrived to the warehouse we received a call for installation date.
