Can in earlier today to fix my cracked iPhone 5 screen. I must of called like 20 places. Many said $100, $130, one said $89 and so on. This was the cheapest place I could find which was $75. Terry fixed it so fast, even with all the costumers he had coming in and out. It must of been like 30 minutes with all the interruptions. Truly the best!! Terry was so helpful, fast, & a fair price for my iPhone 5s screen fix $65 (one hour), I ended up getting a tempered glass screen protector also for $10, it doesn't affect the screen touch & he didn't push it on me, I asked. Every time I go there for help, and I've been there 3 times, he seems more scared that I will find out how to fix or unlock my phone myself and then go into competition with him to help me. I got news for you buddy, the less you help me the more I will learn (thank you). Brought my iPhone in due to water damage and Terry brought it back to life. He didn't try to push me into buying replacements for the possible damaged parts. Instead, he worked on my phone and only if he couldn't fix it, then I would need to buy the parts. But, he was able to fix my phone at the fraction of the cost it would be to get the replacement parts. Would definitely come back here for any future fixes we may need. read more

this is the most unprofessional business anywhere in the southbay. i went in to browse from the used phone selection, i selected a blackberry bold 9000, and paid 200$ (which is way over-priced). only to get halfway home before realizing several buttons didnt work. i went in for a refund only to be told, it was my fault and he would only give me a partial amount back. save yourself the trouble. visit anywhere but here, this is definately the worst experiance if had at any cell phone retailer read more

Terry is seriously amazing! My iPhone 7+ fell off a balcony and completely shattered the screen. He fixed it in a timely manner. When I got home, I realized that the front camera wasn't working so I took it in to him again the very next day. He was very nice and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. Terry is a genius. My iphone took an early morning swim in the toilet bowl. I was devastated, but I knew Terry would be my only hope for recovery, although I suspected the outcome would probably be dismal. My phone was promptly placed in a bowl of rice, and delivered to Terry within about 4-1/2 hours of the submersion. Terry said he'd do what he could and he'd call my home in the afternoon. I was glued to my phone and Terry did call me early afternoon and asked me to come and pick up the phone. I couldn't read from his tone whether the phone survived or not, so I had to ask, and Terry happy said it he'd fixed it. I was stunned but of course thrilled. Terry accessed me a shockingly low repair charge for his time and expertise, and I tipped him an extra $15, for which he was so happy, and he had to give me a high five and said he could now buy lunch. Terry is the man. Seriously. I've been a customer of his for, I don't know...over 10 years? 15? and he is magical. On top of being super knowledgeable about all things phones and gives great deals, reasonable service, he is always upbeat, friendly, and professional. We absolutely love "going to see Terry" lol. Terry was really on top of things. Originally, I left a voice mail asking about cost for what I thought was my cell phone's problem, and when Terry couldn't reach me by phone, he texted me. I was impressed with his diligence in trying to reach me. When I went to the shop, Terry was honest about my problem (despite the fact that he made less money than he would have with what I thought was the problem), and he was quick and friendly.
