I went to the website after I left to double-check, and I am still able to purchase it online for $6.50, so I don't think he was being honest. There was none of the flour that I was requesting up front, so he went to the back to get it. The bag he gave me is unlabeled, so now I am not even sure if I got the correct product, since I can't trust him. I was so happy to support a local business, but feel very taken advantage of. I can't speak to the quality of the products, they may be very good, but I can tell you that being lied to, does not feel great and does not make me want to come back to this shop.
