I had a stopped up bathtub. I had called another company and they couldn't fix it after an hour and a half of vigorous snaking, and quoted me at $5,000 to tear out the plumbing by excavating and replace the piping. That didn't include the cost of replacing my sidewalk and repairing the torn out stucco on the side of my house. So I decided to get a second opinion. Honestly, I found Camco online with a random, and by that time, desperate search. They send out Cesar promptly. In ten minutes, and at the cost of the $69 special they happened to be running, my drain was flowing. The culprit? Cezar is a life saver! We had just renovated our bathroom and had a brand new toilet. However, because of continual remodeling in our condo, the toilet was moved again and when that happened, a leak happened. Cezar and his team did a very thorough job at executing repairs on the plumbing in our home. We'd had recurring plumbing issues and another plumbing company had come by several times and always just did surface repairs, recommended root kill pellets and never really addressed the "root" cause (pun definitely intended!) Anyways, it turned out to be a pretty major job on the main sewer line from the house. They had even identified an additional, significant problem that could have easily been overlooked or ignored. Recently, a plumber clearing out my clogged bathroom drain checked the other sinks in the house and noticed a leak under the kitchen sink. He thought it was coming from a pair of old copper pipes - but said it would involve a lot of work (like cutting& replacing the pipes and drilling a large hole into the wall). The price he quoted was pretty steep, so I decided to get other estimates. That's when I called Camco Rooter and Cezar came by the same day. I told him I was looking for estimates & he checked under the kitchen sink. I made the mistake of telling him about the other plumber coming by and he asked me a lot of questions about him, like the name of his company, why was he at my house, how he detected the problem, and I told him everything except the estimate he quoted me because I wanted a fair, unbiased estimate from Cezar - but this seemed to tick him off. From there, things just went downhill. Every question I asked was met with sarcasm. He was at my house for no more than 15 minutes but by the time he left, he gave me a quote range which seemed a little more reasonable than I expected so I was considering him. On his way out the front door I asked for his business card and with his back to me he told me he didn't have any more cards and continued walking to his car. This is a guy who has no consideration for others and needs to work on his people skills if he wants to bring in more business and beat out the competition. read more

I called Cezar after months of dealing with a home warranty company to find the origin of a leak coming from my 3rd floor shower. I had several other plumbers, pipes replaced and holes in a ceiling and walls on 3 floors and my shower was still leaking. Cezar correctly diagnosed the leak was coming from the shower pan. I then began the process of contacting companies who could replace that. The issue I ran into was that the companies who do total shower demo and remodel are very expensive. If you don't go with one of those companies, you have to hire individual specialists who do each portion. Demo, waterproofing, tile and plumbing. Cezar acted as my general contractor and helped me get the old shower out and the new shower in at a very good price. He hired great guys to do the demo, hot mopping and tile and did the plumbing himself. I highly recommend Cezar for your plumbing needs. I will be using him again for my other plumbing projects. He's a really nice guy and takes very good care of his customers. Also, my dog loves him and he's the best litmus test there is. read more

Excellent service! We had a gas leak in the pipes in the concrete under the house. We thought it was going to be a long project and a ridiculously expensive one. We were referred to Cezar at Camco and he came out and figured out a different fix. He planned out rerouting the entire system of gas lines for our house that went through the top of the house (how most houses are run now) and it was much more reasonable price wise, and it will be easier to service if any problems arise years down the road. His team were friendly and polite. They worked quickly and without much mess. They finished the project in one day! And they cleaned all the areas they worked in, sweeping and vacuuming everything afterwards.
