They told me it's a $200 fee because my membership automatically renewed.... I just hit my 6 month mark.... Honestly just money hungry people that lock you in to a membership and would rather you infect their studio with Covid than help you out and let you skip a month. Just find another studio. Edit: I woke up this morning to a $200 fraudulent charge from the hook on my account after leaving this review. I also left this same review on google and they responded with pure lies trying to save their image. They said my membership renewed 3 months ago which is not true. My membership is set to renew this month in a few days and they refuse to cancel without the $200 fee. This company acts like they are women supporting women but all they do is promote body dysmorphia and steal your money. Second Edit: Just want to put out there the love and support I received in the last message from the hook. They stole $200 from me without my permission and Ive said nothing since this happened last week... just now I get a message telling me to move on then she instantly blocked me. Honestly I know they are trying to cover themselves to prove they were in the right but it just further proves my case that they don't care about you and just want your money.

The schedule is geared toward early morning classes, since they canceled evening classes which doesn't work with my schedule. Management is nonexistent and some trainers just stand around on their phone and don't ever provide training or motivation. You are paying to watch the tv and have the weights set up for you. The F45 franchise standard should be having motivating, exciting trainers to push you to your limits... but that's not the case here. There is no community either. Most members walk into class late and leave immediately once the workout is over, no group stretching or announcements are provided. I feel certain that other F45 locations not owned/managed by this group do a better job at listening to member feedback on class schedules, provide better training, and work towards sense of community. I discussed these issues with management and they cancelled my membership 3 weeks early after I paid for a full month, on top of having to pay additional fees.

It's a circuit training type of workout that changes every day so your body never gets bored with the exercise. Owner Larhee is super friendly and welcoming. The staff was friendly and made the check-in process seamless. Coach Riley kept both the floor & treadmill groups engaged, energized and was amazing. Another unique thing about the studio is the members are not needed to wipe the equipment after each class like it's done at all other studios I have visited. The staff take care of the sanitization of equipment after each class. The facility is well-maintained and plenty of parking is available. The studio still has old equipment, which is the only reason for the four stars. Everything else was five stars all the way.

Whether it was in the weight room or field work/HIIT, I always left the gym feeling both pumped and utterly beat, lol. The trainers were extremely friendly, positive and motivating...maybe even annoyingly so at times because you wanted to hate them for the workout but couldn't because they were just such freaking nice people. I found that afternoons were far less crowded than evenings, so that's when I went. Great atmosphere, challenging workouts, and all-in-all a great gym. I would definitely return! One thing that would make this gym even better is having an open gym period perhaps during non-busy afternoon hours so you could get in some extra work before/after a class either on the field or in the weight room.
