To say the least I've been here every Friday for the last 3 weeks. Customer service is great, you walk up to the counter and order your food and they bring it out to you. We've tried the porchetta sandwich, half rotisserie chicken, pan seared trout, Brussels sprouts, broccolini, roasted beets, dirty fries, smashed Yukon golds, sweet potato fries, and the pineapple buck (cocktail on tap). Excellent food and drinks. The meat plate was superb. The chicken was juicy, the tri-tip had a nice crust and medium rare center; and the smoked sausage link was flavorful and all meat. We tried the Brussel sprouts and they were very flavorful. The broccolini had a vibrant flavor due to light chili drizzle, and the smashed Yukon golds were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. While there I enjoyed a Weathered Souls West Coast IPA and a Guadalupe Chocolate Stout. As a craft beer enthusiast I was happy to find both on tap. The facilities were clean and there was plenty of patio dining. We ordered inside and proceeded to a clean table of our choice with our order number in tow. While there you can quickly add to your order by scanning the QR-code on your number placard and finalizing food and drink additions using Toast tab. Ordered takeout. Chicken sandwich and fries were good. The burger and broccolini were overly "charred" (really burnt) which (1) took away from the flavor as the smell of smoke overwhelmed the dish and (2) items were too charred to eat. It honestly didn't seem safe to eat. Maybe this was an off day, but charred does not mean food should look or taste burnt. We've created better on our own camping trips, over a wood burning fire. :-/ read more

I had visited Camp Outpost a few days with one of my friends and we had a less than ideal experience at this restaurant. From the second we walked in one of the workers met us with a disrespectful glare while we were trying to figure out what we had wanted to order. Not only this but when the food was ready and coming out to the table, this worker had essentially slammed my friends food down in front of her. Don't get me wrong, the restaurant was nice and clean, and the food was very delicious and came out in a reasonable time. This worker alone had ruined both me and my friend's experience. I would say this girl was around 20-ish. Please train your employees better. read more

Everything was so delicious! The market salad was so yummy and I'm so glad I added chicken. We also got a Paloma, brussel sprouts, beets, chicken sandwich, shrimp tacos & chicken plate. We split the meat plate and some sweet potato fries- all was delicious, great temperature and fun presentation! Sausage and beans were my favorite as well as the grilled flatbread. My husband enjoyed the chicken! Both loved the crispy, perfect fries! Drinks and dessert were great as well. Fun atmosphere! Have you ever had soft serve ice cream with EVO and finishing salt??? Well, it's something your taste buds need introduced to and they have it. It was just a small menu item that caught the eye and it was incredible. The tap selection had a good variety of craft beer and the fried chicken sandwich was a symphony of flavor in my mouth. Great industrial space that has been converted into a welcoming and spacious spot with incredible outdoor seating. I'm from out of town and stopped here on a lark. Definitely will make this a must stop next time I'm in San Antonio. read more

Let me just say this place is the future!! The set up is very chic and modern i love it. I was hesitant to try a new spot than my usual go to but I think this place is my new home. The service was quick and staff was extremely friendly. They were very informed and helped me pick my order since I'm very indecisive lol. The food is unique and had a decent variety to pick from. It was not bland at all. My sister and I had some of the local craft beers as well and I cannot express how much I enjoyed my dinner here. 10/10 recommend! read more

Such a good place to dine at in Southtown. The food is simple and delicious. I highly recommend the rotisserie chicken and the fried chicken sandwich. This place definitely has a big fly problem, indoors! Make sure you eat your overpriced food before the flies do. Poor girl was working alone, taking order and bussing tables. Yesterday (1/12/2022) we had dinner. We looked forward to the baby back ribs and were told that they had just put them in the oven at 6pm (dinner time)? I ordered the 1/2 chicken with a side market salad that was suppose to have blue cheese and candied pecans. The was 1 crumb of each. My husband ordered a pork sandwich which was dried sliced pork $14 bucks)He took a couple of bites and left the rest. I ordered fried pickles that came with a tiny side of dipping sauce. I asked the server for a lot more dipping sauce and he brought the same size portion out. The bill was 65 bucks, left a tip and what is tipping for? Not once did anyone come out and ask if everything was alright or just check in with us. We don't eat out very often especially with this Covid outbreak so this was very disappointing. read more

We tried the pork and chicken sandwhiches. Both were nothing special and hard to justify 47$ for two sandwiches, fries, and 1 soda.

the first time I came here, the service was top notch, even met the owner. he seems like a very nice man. Today, not sure what was up with their Sunday crew. we didn't even get greeted. The guy taking orders had no personality, unfriendly, made no effort to make a recommendations when we had questions about the food. For example I ordered a burger and didn't realize it didn't come with fries. He should have made recommendations asking if we just wanted a burger only or would we like to add fries or a side. Very disappointing. on another note, a male worker came out of the bathroom and did not wash his hands at all. I made a comment outloud and he didn't seem to care About washing his hands and went behind the counter where they Make food. Not sure if that is his job, nevertheless disgusting. read more
