Usually at spots like this, the food can be mediocre but we were pleasantly surprised. The shrimp tacos ($17 for two) came out hot and crispy with fresh slaw and a chipotle sauce. They were pretty filling and tasted great as well. The fries were basic, nothing special and a little on the cold side. My partner had a burger which came out to $20 for just the burger with no sides. They charged $2 for a gluten free bun and charged to add cheese. She did enjoy it. Tried the outpost burger must say it was delicious, my wife tried the chicken club and really enjoyed it as well, my son tried the fried chicken sandwich and gave it a 9.5 out of 10 rating. Said if it was spicier he would have gave it a 10. Lol. We've been coming to Zion for the past 10 years and always had trouble finding a good spot to eat, until now. This place is worth the stop. Opened about 5 months ago, this is a great addition to the restaurants in Springdale. You order at the counter, then grab seating & your food will be brought out. There's a QR code you can scan to order more food from your table later. My husband and I shared the Slow Roasted Pork Sandwich, Crispy Shrimp Tacos, and Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was tasty! The shrimp tacos were a bit too saucy, but they sure were crispy. The pork sandwich had a ton of oil, but I was so hungry I didn't mind. We sat outside with a view of the mountain, and as the sun set in the canyons it turned the mountains gorgeously glowing red. We typically go to Oscar's when we're in Zion, so to compare the portion sizes are smaller here, but food is delicious! read more

Breaded perfectly, and comes with some tasty fries. You can get some extra sauces on the side that are really tasty. Overall, a great experience. Everyone in our group was well taken care of. I believe this place is relatively new because I've never seen it before when I came to Zion previously. However, it's one of the best places to eat in my opinion. I definitely wish they had more food choices on their menu, but nevertheless, what they have currently still sufficed! The first time my husband and I ate here during our stay I got their camp burger, and the second time I had their half chicken. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, but I recommend their half chicken if you're going to have to choose one. My only other concern is that their meat was slightly undercooked so if you want your burger well done make sure to let them know! This restaurant was perfect for our post-hike meal! The interior was decorated very woodsy and had a summer camp-y feel to it, so it felt cozy and almost nostalgic. We ordered 3 things at the counter before finding a table: the grain salad, the Saratoga pork roast, and the outpost club with fries. The outpost club was DELISH!! The mayo tasted so good in the sandwich and wasn't too overpowering, and the chicken was juicy and flavorful. The sandwich itself was toasted perfectly as well. The pork roast was very yummy as well -- I don't usually like grits but I surprisingly loved the grits in this dish! Finally, the grain salad was a bit on the plainer side, but was still a nice addition to the meal. I would love to eat here again, my only complaint is that they sometimes close earlier than they have posted. Loved the family-style chicken dinner here. For those from the Bay Area, think Limon Rotisserie without the Peruvian spin. Card only, no cash when we visited. We were starving after a long day of hiking through beautiful views at Zion and came in with relatively low expectations. Split a half chicken, sweet potato fries, and grilled broccolini. The half chicken was amazing with juicy meat that came off the bone really easily. The chicken came with a salad and smashed potatoes, as well as two sauces (BBQ and charred onion aioli). The broccolini had just the right amount of char and the chili oil added some nice extra heat, which paired well with the smashed potatoes and the charred onion aioli that tempered the spiciness. Sweet potato fries were standard fries, nothing to write home about there. Would definitely come back - it was the best meal we had at Zion food-wise and was a good value too (~$40 for 2 full and happy people)! read more

Great food and service in Springdale, right outside of Zion National Park. They are card only. FOOD: Variety of food such as burgers, shrimp tacos, and chicken bowls. They have a kids menu as well. They offer soda, Mexican coke, beer and wine. I had the shrimp tacos which were a great portion (I only finished one and had to take the second to go). Their sweet tea was amazing and staff was attentive to the refills. AMBIENCE: Clean, modern, and hipster. This restaurant looks the most updated out of all the dining areas I saw in Springdale. They even had Adirondack chairs to the left of the register. SEATING: Plenty of seating inside (AC) and outside (fans with water spraying to keep you cool). SERVICE: Friendly staff and food came out within 15 minutes. PARKING: There is complementary parking on the side of the restaurant. TLDR; This was a great place to eat in Springdale.
