Nice Employee to block the walkway guess they felted privileged to park here and not the parking lot.

This store is very unorganized. Dysfunction junction. Customer service is rude salesman Guillermo was making rude comments to customers who leave without a sale, making rude comments to staff, walking around like he owned the place, computers not working, no seemed to know what is going on. They didn't know prices on certain trailers. The process is way to long to purchase an RV. Some of the isles are not handicap wheelchair accessible but one employee felt privileged enough to park his motorcycle in the walkway by the new trailers my friend in a wheelchair could barely fit without hitting the wall. I told the manager he said yeah Guillermo is always rude I am always talking to him. Cheez get control of your store. It was like everyone is running around not knowing what each other was supposed to do. Very disappointed in the experience. I did ask customer service at the corporate level to have the district manager call me, still no call.

One of our many problems: the previous owners crap was left in and on the RV. Literally.

I will never ever buy an RV from this dealership ever again for the rest of my life. The list of reasons is too long to even list in a review here, but let's start with the most serious issues: Unsanitary pre-delivery inspection (if they even did an inspection, which I doubt). In a nutshell, they sold us an RV with both gray water tanks half full. I asked them if they were going to do something about that and they just ignored me. By the time we got home it was already stinking like someone else's wastewater. Since we don't have a way to remove it at home, we had to bring the RV all the way to Utah in unsanitary conditions. What's more worrisome is that this RV had been at the dealership for several weeks. Whose graywater is this? What is actually in there? Is this the standard for this dealer? Do they deliver all RVs with graywater tanks halfway full? I asked around and was told this is not supposed to happen. And then there's all of their exaggerated sales pitches so you'll buy their extra services packages. $2500 extras package? Where is it all at? Oh, is that the $200 of useless electrical cables that they gave us that we can't even use? What's even more concerning is that we asked if we could have that extras package removed and not purchase it and they told us no, it's mandatory. But when I called to ask where the extras are we purchased, they said that was optional and it's actually a services package to get the trailer ready for sale. Oh really. So why was I told her it's not optional when I asked what this $2500 was and if we could remove it from the purchase? And if we paid $2500 to get the trailer ready, why are the gray water tanks full?? It had other major issues, none of which they never told us about. We were never given an explanation about existing problems and they weren't listed in any of the documentation that we received. For example, several of the door locks are broken, we were never told about that. When I called and asked if they could do something about the problems it had when they sold it to us, they said "it depends". Then they conveniently forgot to call us back about about it. Their cleaning of the outside was completely subpar. Spiderwebs all over the place. They left locks hanging from the bottom that we don't have keys to. And they left the previous owners, mattresses and blankets in the RV for us to clean out!! who wants an RV that has the previous owners crap in it??? NOT ME. And then there's the lies they told us so we would buy maintenance packages. "it's going to be cheaper with maintenance package than a maintenance package." B.S. How can it our payment go down if we add a maintenance package. They simply said, "that's just to way it easy". Make it make sense. At this point, even Donald Trump seems honest compared to this dealership. I'm never going back here again, and I would recommend that everyone stay away from this dealer. And if you want pictures of all these these problems, I'll be glad to post them. In fact, I'll do that. I'll give them a couple days to reach out to and see if they can fix the crap they sold me first. Very disappointing first experience with an RV dealer.

We didn't know much about RV's. While on the search for one & after looking at several ones, we finally found our 2nd home on wheels. Camping world staff was excellent. Our salesman Matt was very helpful, didn't rush us, explained & showed us everything on our RV. Thanks camping world

    Me stating my selling conditions

If you bring your vehicle/trailer to sell and for some reason Jason recommends you to a person named Charley from Montclair RV & Autos. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM! Absolute nightmare. Your typical pushy sleazy salesman. I TOLD HIM BEFORE BUYING MY TRAILER WHAT I NEEDED AND THEN GHOSTS ME! Says he's not obligated to anything when I told him in person & in text why I needed an estimate and tells me it costs money? Told me I'm asking for something illegal? When in the world is it illegal for an estimate?!

Control panel screws were stripped and he fixed them.

I was able to make it to Camping World and last minute and they took the time to get me ready for my trip . Camping World saved the day after calling a few Mobile Techs that were busy and one that said he was great and after 20 minutes, I said I'm heading to Camping World. Big trip planned once again and thank you. You should give them a try .

They treat everyone like a VIP!

    See all

I have been in business for many years and have met thousands of people throughout my life, but every once in a while, you come across someone who leaves a lasting impression on your heart. Damien was one of those people. From the moment he greeted me, he treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine professionalism. Every word was spoken with courtesy: "Yes, sir," "Thank you, sir," and "It's a pleasure to help you, sir." His manners, patience, and willingness to assist were truly remarkable. As I spoke with him, I couldn't help but think back to my own teenage years. Damien reminded me of a time when respect, humility, and strong values were the foundation of a young person's character. Seeing such a respectful and hardworking young man today touched me deeply. In fact, I had tears in my eyes because it gave me hope and reassurance that there are still wonderful young people in this world. His parents deserve tremendous credit for raising such an outstanding young man, and Dick's Sporting Goods should be extremely proud to have Damien representing their company. He is a shining example of what customer service should be and what good character looks like. Damien, thank you for your kindness, your professionalism, and your respect. You made my shopping experience unforgettable. Young men like you are rare, and I hope your managers recognize what a valuable asset you are to their team. May God bless you and your future. Keep working hard, stay humble, and never change. The world needs more young people like you.

I'm updating my original review to reflect the current situation…read more After posting my review, I was contacted by the service department regarding my missing key. They informed me that the key has been located and is being sent to me. This review is specifically regarding the poor communication and lack of follow-up from the service department, rather than the quality of the warranty work itself. I scheduled my vehicle pickup well in advance after having warranty work completed. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my service advisor was no longer with the company. Due to this transition, I experienced a much longer wait time than expected. The primary issue occurred once my travel trailer was finally pulled up: the service team could not locate my keys. I was told that the manager was currently in a meeting but would call me later that day to resolve the issue. Because I have a spare set at home, I was understanding and willing to give them time to follow up. Unfortunately, the day has passed, and I never received the promised phone call. Furthermore, because I was not provided with the manager's name or direct contact information, the burden is now on me to spend my own time tracking down someone who can help. The service work may have been completed, but the lack of internal communication, accountability, and basic follow-through turned a routine pickup into a frustrating experience. I hope management reaches out promptly to return my keys.

Review of MTRV MOTORHOME DEAL…read more Dealership: Mike Thompson's RV Super Store, Santa Fe Springs Sales Staff: Dean & "the other Dean" The Verdict: 1/5 Stars The Bottom Line If you plan to pay in cash and attempt to negotiate a fair price on a high-ticket RV, be prepared for hostility, shifting numbers, and the dealership outright refusing to do business with you. The real money for them is in financing. What Happened * Hostile Negotiations: When attempting to negotiate the price of a nearly $90,000 vehicle, the salesman accused us of being "mean." We raised no voices, but they resented any negotiation attempts and took our requests for reasonable pricing personally. * Hidden Fees: The deal was held up by a $650 "RV kit" filled with $50 worth of basic items (like soap/ towels and an air pressure gauge). The only 1 "relevant cord belonged to the vehicle itself, " yet they refused to throw it in. * Refusal of Cash Sale: Once we stated we would be paying in cash and not utilizing their financing, the staff immediately soured. They not only refused to throw in the RV kit but literally told us to get off the lot and refused our business. Buyer Advice The negotiated price of the vehicle changed three times, and the deal was heavily structured around financing kickbacks. If you decide to go to this dealership, avoid the salesmen named Dean. / and some guy also in the sales office says his name is Dean. ..Expect a very frustrating experience if you are a cash buyer who demands fair value. --These are the honest facts--
