My husband and I are relatively new to the area and have visited and called Russ Dean Family RV several times now. We purchased our fifth wheel in TX and have traveled extensively with it and have visited multiple RV service centers during our travels. Russ Dean is by far the best in service, knowledge and friendliness. The quality of service has been consistent with each visit and/or call. We came in for a minor recall repair the first time and Blake in service actually came out and showed us what was repaired. Keep in mind, this was a recall repair, so no money was exchanged. He truly cared about the work that was done and us as customers. He even very patiently answered other questions we had. Since then, both my husband and I have called the parts department, and they too have completely exceeded our expectations. The parts guy (I wish I could remember his name) was extremely patient when I was asking about a part I needed and he went so far as to send me a picture of it! My husband had a tire blow out, which caused extensive damage. He couldn't bring it in for service, but the parts guy spent quite a bit of time with him over the phone, helping him order the right parts. The most recent unbelievably crazy high level of customer service we experienced was when we needed our fifth wheel winterized. My husband is deployed and wasn't able to bring it in for winterizing. He emailed the service dept and asked if they offered a mobile service or if they had someone they could recommend. Mike, the Customer Care Manager, said due to our special circumstance and in support of the military, they would come and take our giant 42' fifth wheel to their shop, winterize it, and return it! Who does that?! It's not like we live just down the road either. He explained that he's able to offer this service because it's not as busy in the winter months and they want to do whatever they can to support our military. Even the man who came out to take our fifth wheel, Joe, was extremely courteous and genuinely nice. Oh, and his driving skills in maneuvering our fifth wheel were beyond belief! It would make my husband green with envy. I have never experienced this level of service and generosity! I saw the few negative reviews on here, but I hope you'll notice that someone from Russ Dean responded to each one of them. There will always be some customers that are unhappy with something from every business, but not all businesses take the time to address it. As long as my husband and I continue to live in the area, Russ Dean Family RV will be the only place we will use for service, and when we're ready to trade in our fifth wheel, they will definitely get our business. You would be better off buying a camper off of Facebook Marketplace on the sketchy side of town than to purchase anything from these thieves. First of all, when we purchased our camper through them in 2022, we did the whole Good Sam bs, the extended warranty, all of it. Turns out, it's just another useless product that they want to sell you. This is now the second time we have tried to use the warranty and "Good Sam" service. The first time was for roadside assistance for a tow, it was useless then and we should've cancelled then. We most recently dropped our camper off (a month ago) at camping world in Pasco to have the electrical inverter replaced as well as the microwave and light strip on the awning through our extended warranty. Both the microwave and the light strip on the awning quit working when the inverter went out but there's nothing better that camping world does than is to argue. After days of speaking to several of the service department representatives in pasco as well as our extended warranty rep and the claims department through Good Sam, camping world of Pasco finally agreed that the microwave would be covered but not the light strip and in order to even look at the inverter, they would first need to change out our batteries when they weren't the problem. Camping world wanted to charge over $300 just to rule out the batteries. They would not look at the inverter without ruling out the $300+ batteries first. The inverter is fried and you can see it with your eyes that the inverter is bad but no, they wanted their $300 for some batteries when you can get the same exact kind of battery at Costco for $69 a piece and it includes a Costco 1 year warranty so you are guaranteed coverage through Costco. We denied all of it, because I'm not paying $300 for some batteries when the inverter itself is a $200 part. We paid the mandatory $279 diagnostic fee for absolutely nothing, they did no work on our camper at all. We literally paid $279 for what felt like a place to park our camper for a month. However, none of that is the problem. The problem that I now have is that my camper is back home and the trim, woodwork and seals on the inside and outside of my camper are loose and coming apart and damaged when they were not like that 1 month ago. I called camping world when we got home from picking up our camper to put some things back and Jason the service manager did absolutely nothing except argue that we don't have wood in our camper and that seals come off in the heat when you drive away and too bad so sad because my husband signed the receipt when we picked it up. When we picked it up, nobody told us to do a walk around. No one told us to check the inside and we didn't think to either since presumably no one did any work on the camper. I know the condition of my camper when I dropped it off. I see it every single day in my driveway, Jason doesn't. I know what trim is inside of my camper, Jason doesn't. No the damage did not happen in the 30 minutes that it took to drive home like Jason claims it did. It also doesn't make any sense at all for the interior to get scratched and damaged in the 30 minute drive home like Jason claims. My camper is now damaged, the interior is scratched and the exterior seals need redone and camping world is doing nothing about it because like Jason said, my husband signed the receipt before we left. We were not told to do a walk around the exterior or interior. He was told to sign because he was agreeing to pay the $279 diagnostic fee, NOT that the camper was being returned in the same condition that it was dropped off in. Thanks for stealing $279, damaging our camper, and wasting a month of our time Camping World of Pasco! According to Jason, this is also not a "wood" material so you would be better off choosing to argue with a biscuit than someone as unintelligent as him. Our camper is parked under a structure at home so you're telling me that the seals that look like they were pulled on, came loose from the time that it was parked uncovered at Camping World for a month? Also, if you did make the unfortunate decision to take your camper into Camping World and use the extended warranty, be prepared for your camper to not only sit untouched for a month, but to then also make several back and forth phone calls with Camping World of Pasco and the claims department of the extended warranty because CW can't seem to figure anything out. Zeke charged me for a spare tire mount and when I picked up the rv the spare tire was just thrown into the RV on the floor .... My first visit went great! Zeke showed me all the styles of an RV I was looking for and didn't try to talk me out of anything he personally didn't like. We were really planning on buying through them. However, after 2 days straight of calling and said I would get a call back, I never heard anything and still has been 2 weeks. We did stop by again, but the sales man that was there decided to talk down the RV we liked so much, he was pushing a used one too much and didn't want to talk about anything else. We purchased a new 2023 FR EVO in Feb 2024 from the Pasco Camping World. I wish I would have read the reviews!! Our experience is so similar and consistent with the other 1Star comments. In the first 5 months the unit was in the shop 3 times for a total of 72 days, and it's still due again to finish what they didn't complete on trip 3. The rhetoric and push back is incredible. Our NEW unit had three holes, 2 of them from tears in the roofing membrane from structure damage. Slop some glop and they call it "Good as new"! We too drive 1.5 hours each way to take in for repairs, costly fuel and time wasted. Cancelled several camping trips due to unit not usable or in shop. During the first repair visit, the Liberty Lake WA service department damaged the front of the refrigerator. When we picked up the unit for a family camp trip we noticed and brought to their attention when we returned for them to complete other repairs. They declined to replace the door as the damage wasn't listed on our initial list (this is with in 90 days of purchase) then they also said it's as out of the 90 day warranty period (which it wasn't) Regardless of time and warranty- THEY caused the damage while having it in their possession. They eventually agreed to replace the door, but what an example of dodging responsibility and poor customer service. As others of said, they have our money, we have a crap trailer. I had to take my 2021 G Travato into a Winnebago dealership, Camping World of Pasco, Washington, for some warranty work on the awning. I asked that they change oil in it and didn't bother to inquire about the cost. After all, my last oil change on this vehicle, performed in March of 2022 at the local Dodge dealership, not exactly a Jiffy Lube, cost $53, so I didn't bother to examine the final bill when I picked up the vehicle. When I got home, I looked a little closer at the bill: $418.12! A call to the service manager didn't do much but raise my blood pressure as he aggressively defended his charges and questioned my intelligence by not observing the posted prices in the store or closely examining the receipt when I signed for it. To the sales manager's credit and after I had hung up on him, he called back in a much less confrontational tone as he discovered that they had slightly overcharged me as their clerk assumed that my vehicle was a diesel and had charged 1.5 hours for labor instead of 1.0 hours, and they discovered that I had been charged a few dollars more for the oil, so they're going to reimburse me for the overcharges, but not enough to bring the bill within a reasonable rate, still about 3 or 4 times what one would normally expect for a routine oil change. read more

I purchased a brand new Keystone M199 trailer at the end of 2020. Since then it has been to Camping World 7 times for repairs. More times then it has gone camping. A complete lemon to say the least! I was told at the sale that the trailer had a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty, which was incorrect. To list the issues.....trailer hitch had to be repaired, lock had to be replaced, regulator had to be replaced, showerhead fell off the wall, latch on the murphy bed doesn't latch properly, windows are so hard to open the wife can't open them and last but not least the table ended up being held up by the carpet! I asked the Pasco store to exchange this lemon for something.....no go, asked Pasco to just buy me out, but they are only willing to give me $7,000 less than what is owed. Bottom line find a company that actually cares about the consumer.....DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! read more

We bought a 120,000$ brand new 2025 with warranty RV from Camp World Pasco Washington. Before they even delivered they had to repair the entire leveling gear. We purchased the RV on Halloween but it was not repaired or delivered until Thanksgiving, putting us in a situation to winterize in the midst of winter. Asked the tech on the walkthrough, if we'd have full propane tanks, (we did not) if skirting was enough to winterize the r.v. And the tech didn't even know how the furnace system worked (electric or gas) Rv arrived no call or communication from driver, within the first week finish work that was poorly repaired was falling off, crown molding and trim, empty propane tanks, leveling system that was repaired hanging down in storage compartment, behind stove backing not secured and bowing out. We made it through December (thank god) then our "automatic" water heater stopped working, fyi camp world offers repairs and warranty but no Mobil service for repairs. Anticipating that we'd have to take the RV back to Pasco a 60mile commute. Until we realized the underbelly, was not secured and falling down as well as one of our holding tanks....literally hanging down underneath, still requested we bring it for repair. Campworlds response was we have to bring it to them but if we secure the underbelly before that we void our warranty.... Complete joke, camp worlds estimated repair time (if it was even possible to take it to them, don't think the hanging belly would make to 60 mile drive) was 3 to 5 months. It's now the first week of February, have a non working water heater, and non working water pump. This is our full time home,as we told them it would be, NEVER BUY FROM CAMP WORLD ESPECIALLY THE PASCO BRANCH ONCE THEY ARE PAID THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE INTEGRITY TO HONOR WARRANTYS.... The worst customer service I have ever experienced! If you are looking for a pleasant experience this is NOT the place to purchase a s RV. From sales to service the entire experience was a complete disaster. Every time we picked up our trailer from service, the inside was filthy, doors were left open the entire time it was left on the lot which created issues inside the trailer, the service department were rude and hard to get a hold of. Each time we took it in for a repair, it has created more issues with the trailer. We are at the point we won't even take our warranty issues to Camping World, we pay out of pocket to avoid having to use their service. The Camping World team takes no responsibility for their subpar and inadequate workmanship. It has been so bad that I reported them to them to corporate and requested corporate to investigate the work they did on our trailer. There is NO excuse for the crappy service and shotty workmanship they stand behind. AGAIN... AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE! This is not only frustrating, it's completely inexcusable. I bought a 5th wheel from them. They installed a hitch in my pickup, which was really nice of them, seeing that it was done right for me. I told them that I would be living in it, so they did a standard walk through so I knew how to use everything. So far, 5 stars. This was July and I was comfortable until it began to rain. I found water on the floor in the back, it had leaked in the roof and run down to the floor and soaked it! I could not get it in anywhere for service and had no place to live. After a month of trying to get it fixed, it froze. It took 2 cans of propane in a single day to warm it up. My dogs and I were freezing because even though I tarped it to stop the leaking the heat couldn't evaporate the water between the floor and the sub floor that was frozen. I could not afford $25 a day for heat, so we left. I sold it to someone on payments because I couldn't afford ( being a widow on a fixed income) to pay the space rent and rent for another place to live so I sold it so it could be moved and my landlord would not stop calling. I paid $14000 cash, and the person gave me $1800, and refused to pay anymore because of the condition of the floor and roof and in between was $7000 and she couldn't pay for both. I lost $12000 on a trailer that I only lived in for 7 months. I could have done so much better than to be told that I bought a used trailer and I had no claim through them. Don't buy anything from camping world, and definantly don't buy a heartland trailer, complete garbage, we bought a 2022 heartland pioneer ds320 brand new in Feb 2022 from nelsons rv in noise idaho (rvs.com now), yes they are owned by camping world, two weeks after we bought it we took it camping and discovered the hot water heater had a leak, the tank was cracked, and the gfci plug in the bathroom was wired wrong so it didn't work, we called the salesman we bought the trailer from and he treated me like I was stupid and told me to talk to a tech over the phone because he was sure that I was missing something, we took the trailer back to boise after our trip and while it was there I pointed out some other defects it had when I bought it, mainly small cosmetic things, but the tin siding on the driver side up front had a big bow in it and I asked them to fix it, and It also had one piece of tin with a rip in it, we dropped the trailer off and it sat there for 8-10 weeks while they waited for the parts to come in, they couldn't get the water heater so they just pulled one out of a similar unit on there lot. After 8-10 weeks we had a camping trip planned and they still hadn't received the parts so I drove to boise and picked my trailer up for our trip and then returned it back to boise, they finally got the tin in and fixed it but as for the bubble in the siding I complained about, they just screwed a little level through the tin and into a wood stud to push the tin flat, this lasted a couple of days until the screw pulled out of the wood stud and then the bubble was back, anyway we moved closer to tri cities washington so now we take our trailer there for warranty work, or we try anyway, so that bubble in the siding finally gave up today, I was pulling it home and it pulled the tin out and folded it over and ruined some of the siding and insulation was blowing all over the place and who knows how long it will be down now, we have a few camping trips planned the next few weeks and camping world in pasco wa told us basically we are shit out of luck, they dont loan rv's and on top of that they told us most likely warranty is not going to cover it even though we had taken it back originally right after we bought it to have it fixed correctly and they failed to do so, and we thought about trading it in but camping world offered us 8k less then we owe on it and interest rates are also much higher now then when we purchased it so that's not going to work, long story short, the salesman was great up until they got paid, after that they could care less, the customer service sucks, they take forever to get anything done, communication is terrible, the only time I talked to anybody was if I called them, and they really just didn't care and stuck me with a pile of shit but they got paid and that's all that matters to them. If your in pasco, I recommend broadmoor rv right across the street, local family owned dealership that sells nice quality rv's, these corporate places don't give a damn about you they just want your money​ read more

I took my camping trailer in 3 months ago for a service. $600 later I get a call Jeff to tell me I had air in the propane lines, and that they were going to charge me $100 to fix a tail light, but I should they had been looking for a month for it??? Skip the $250 inspection... And don't count on getting your rig back in anything less than (months???) It's a joke. They literally charged me $600 to bleed the airlines out. I'm furious. read more

Dropped off my trailer for warranty and repair work over three weeks ago. STILL have not received a single call from them. Meanwhile, I've placed four or five calls requesting updates on the work and the quote that they said they'd give me weeks ago. Every time I speak with them it's like I'm having the first conversation all over again. Absolutely abhorrent service. I'm driving two hours to go pick up my trailer and take it elsewhere to get the work done. We went to camping world for the first time to buy a trailer. Many things went wrong.. 1. After talking numbers, we signed papers assuming they all said the same thing. When we got home, we looked them over and noticed a $1,500 price difference (that was not including the document fees/taxes.) 2. We arrived for the walk-thru and I tried to have a list ready to make sure everything worked correctly. I caught a few things, there was a bar on the bunk beds to be able to hook up a ladder that was gone. I told the walk through through guy and he said he would look for it. While we were dealing with paperwork and management in the head guys office a little later, he walks in all excited "hey, I found your ladder piece". The top sales manager says "where did you find that". He says "in _[name]_'s work station." 3. The finance guy told me "go to your banks for an interest rate and when you come back on Saturday for your walk through, we will either match or better your rate." I went to my bank that I already use and got a 3.99 rate. I called our finance guy on Saturday around 9:30-10 am about an hour before our walk thru. He said he called HAPO and that they only give that interest rate to "new" trailers (we were buying a 2021 used) and the lowest they give is 4.99. He goes, however, I will better it and give you a 4.7 something from another bank. I said "no hapo gave me 3.99" and he argued that his guy told him they only give 4.99. When the call ended, I felt like he was calling me a liar. When I went to hapo during the week, I gave them the exact trailer so I thought maybe I forgot to tell him it was used? So I called hapo back. I said "I talked to you guys earlier this week and got an interest rate and just wanted to confirm that it was the correct number". The lady says "that's absolutely correct. It can be new or used." With already dealing with our finance guy and it now being the 2nd time he has not told the truth, I filled out all the rv paperwork over the phone with HAPO. I wasn't going to have the financial guy lie or argue with me anymore. When we were in his office later, he said "I never told him 3.99". At this point I'm like "I'm done. This is ridiculous. I did not want to talk to him anymore and wanted someone else. 4. Our camping neighbors that night helped us set up for the first time. He says "man, I had a terrible experience there too and decided to get my trailer through someone else." 5. Among many other things like not putting a pin in our hitch so the trailer wouldn't fall off (video proof). I left a message in the service department and have yet to receive a phone call back. I have never had a company lie or steal so much. To say I'm disappointed as a customer is an understatement. To end : be careful. Look at your numbers, make sure everything works including the break lights and little things you wouldn't think to check, don't let them trick you into their scams, and if you can go to a different seller, I would. I'm just disappointed to be treated so badly as a customer...why would you steal, lie, etc? read more

We originally purchased in 2010 and last year traded in for our second unit. Had some trouble as the unit was not inspected very well. One of the waste tanks had no pull handle. A couple cupboard doors did not have enough screws, and the outdoor grill igniter did not work. Most recently we had a black tank problem which was never addressed properly. I brought it home and finished the drain/clean process myself. The tech told us he had rinsed our three times with soap yet we had a couple gallons of clearly sewage still in tank. I used our flush valve to drain 15 gallons and it finally ran clean. The screen in one of the windows was in place but clearly there is some problem as there are gaps between the frame and screen. The tech also replaced rubber seat in the toilet and did not clean toilet from the install. Probably glue goop or something. Pretty disappointing when you make this size of investment and bring back for repairs. Next purchase won't be from Russ Dean. read more

Worse than used car salesmen. We came in on a budget and, after finding a camper we wanted on their website, went in and met with the first vampire that approached us (took less than 3 seconds once we walked through the door). We asked to see the camper on the website (I showed it on my phone) and the salesman didn't know where that camper was and had to "look into it." While they were looking into it, he asked to show us other campers - all of which were too expensive for us. When they finally located the camper from the website (on the "used" side of the lot), we walked over to check it out. We immediately knew we wanted it at the price of $23,000. The process of credit checks, deposits, and paperwork was exhausting. We ended up staying well past closing time. The woman who did our financing paperwork told us we could pay off the camper sooner than the length of the loan and not have to pay so much in interest. With interest, the cost of the camper was approx. $30,000. We almost walked away and now I wish we did. After talking about it, we decided to go ahead with the purchase and we'd pay it off early. Well, of course, we were lied to. We called Twinstar Credit Union to get a payoff amount after owning it for 2 years and the payoff amount is $28,400. I talked to the bank rep about the conversation I had with the finance dept. at Camping World and she told me what I was told is "incorrect." She stated I wasn't the first customer surprised by this. I reviewed the paperwork we signed after sitting in their offices for hours throughout the purchase process and realized they sure pulled the wool over our eyes, using a lot of misdirection and misinformation. (Seriously, take an accountant or business lawyer with you if you're going to buy from Camping World. Read every single word of fine print!) It took over a week for us to pick the camper up after purchase. Apparently, the service dept. was behind and since it was a used camper, it needed cleaned and serviced first. We were patient but it was off-putting, especially because the service dept. was not pleasant when we called every couple of days to find out the status. In all fairness, there was one guy who was pleasant enough, but he was the exception, not the rule. We called the salesman to see if he could light a fire under their feet. He was apologetic but too busy selling to other customers to give us more than a minute of his time. Since the camper has not left my driveway since purchasing it (thanks to Covid) and is still as clean as the day we drove it off the lot, I called Camping World to see about selling it back to them. Their quote was laughable at best, far less than the $23,000 we originally purchased it for. So, now the dilemma is deciding if we sell it privately and cut our losses (lesson learned) or simply accept that we're paying approx 10 grand more for it than planned. Worst dealership to deal with. I personally bought a trailer from them, and there was some warranty work that needed to be done. After 2 months of them having my trailer and nothing getting done to it I went and picked it up and took it to another dealer for the work. My buddy which I helped just bought a trailer from them. First they tried to say that two batteries wouldn't fit on the trailer even though that it was in the contract that two came with the deal. The lot guy ended up putting two on the trailer, what happened too they didn't fit? Second they put in the contract a door needed to be fixed. The service adviser tried to say that the door/wall being warped was just part of the trailer, that they all come like that and it must just be that because it was his first trailer he didn't know what he was talking about. Honestly I could go on and on about this dealership and why you should stay away. Worst dealership to deal with. Sales might be ok but if you need any work done good luck. read more

The store was clean and well stocked. I felt the service was not great. Took about 5 minutes to be acknowledged at the parts counter. Then when I showed the part I needed, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her when she said "I'll show you where it is!" Then she didn't know which one I needed and expected me to know. I was only the part runner? I had no clue. They were staffed heavy, very few customers, yet I felt I put them out and had to wait. I took my travel trailer out to camping world for winterization and a simple fix for a shade wand that had broken off. From there things started going down hill, I received very little communication with the service department over the next 5 1/2 months. Apparently the service consultant I was dealing with had either been fired or quit and they lost track of my unit even being in their custody as I was asked on more than occasion where the trailer was. Once notified that my unit was ready for pickup I went to get it and could not perform an on-site inspection due to the fact that the batteries were dead from sitting for the 5 1/2 months they had it. So no big deal I thought, got it all hooked up and back to the house it went. After getting power hooked back up and the slides extended so I could give it a walkthrough to verify the work had been completed and indeed the shade rod had been replaced but now the mechanism did not work to adjust the angle of the shade. At this point a little frustration began to set in that they had the unit for that long and could not identify or correct the issue. After that I proceeded to continue with the inspection to verify that no other issues had come up during the extended storage at camping world only to find that the molding around the sky light in the shower had a nice big crack in it now which had not been present when the unit was originally dropped off, now beginning to wonder what else could have happened during this time I lifted the toilet seat to find that someone had left a nice big crap in the toilet... long story short after having a conversation with the service department manager I was told that they have had issues with homeless/thieves breaking into multiple units and damaging, stealing and vandalizing units and that camping world is under no obligation beyond a locked gate to provide any additional security or reassurances that property under their control will be taken care of and that any damage sustained under their watch is not their problem and to take it up with my insurance company. At this point I would have to strongly recommend not doing business with a company that places so little value in their customers property or even making attempt to make right any issues or damage that occurred under their watch. read more

I recently purchased a new RV from Russ Dean RV. I had previously purchased from another competitor. My previous sale was a nightmare. My experience with Russ Dean was great from start to finish. The staff have been helpful with all of my questions. The day I picked up my trailer the staff even fixed my trailer brakes because it wasn't hooked up and working (the competitor didn't install correct). To top it off, the price I paid for my new trailer at Russ Dean was $4K less than a Yakima dealership had quoted me. Thank you Russ Dean. read more

Camping World - Pasco - 2016 Springdale - RV Dealers Near Me - Pasco, Washington

In the spring of 2020 I took my RV into Camping World because when I called they told me it would be $99 for de-winterizing. When I went to pay they said the total was $149. I asked them why they changed the price on me and they said that it was for shop supplies such as rags etc. I have been an RV owner for many years and that is not the way it works. You do not quote a price and then add random items without notice. First and last time working with these liars. Customer service was terrible as is the whole operation. This one is a long review but it's a must read......... My wife and I had the worst experience at Camping World in Pasco Washington. We were on a search for our very first RV Trailer we had been looking for weeks. A close friend of ours recommended them since they had purchased their trailer there a couple years ago. We drove from Yakima to go see their Selection. We talked to Jason Williams he seemed like a really nice guy at first. I told him what we were looking for and our price range. He mentioned he had just received a trailer on a trade that matched our specifications, he showed us the trailer and we loved it. I asked him the price he said he did not know what price it was listed as it was just traded. I asked him to please find out the price, we were looking at one at Broadmoore RV that was very similar. Jasón said follow me let's find out what we're selling it for, at this point he introduced me to Matt "the finance manager" Jason asked him for the price he said "I don't know Matt what do you think it's worth"?? After all details were conversed Matt said I can sell it to you for $18,900 after going back and forth on the price I settled at $18,900 I thought it was a fair price. He asked if we wanted to give him a deposit to run our credit, I asked him if they would run it with out a deposit. Jason proceeded to say that there was no problem "you don't have to give a deposit"We proceeded to complete paperwork, since it was late Jason said we would not have a response until the following day. The next day I sent a text to Jason at 9:00AM saying I would be available for anything he may need from me I never received a response a couple hours later I called him, text him, called the store Jason was nowhere to be located. Finally around 2:30 PM I received a call from Jason saying he was sorry he didn't communicate with me but someone had already purchased the trailer in the morning. Since we didn't give a deposit!!! I said what??? You said we didn't have to give you a deposit?? I couldn't believe that they sold the trailer that I was in the process of making a deal on, they had already ran my credit we had agreed on the price. I was in complete awe!! On the way they conduct business, I asked Jason why he didn't communicate with me or return my calls, he said he was busy all day, plus he didn't think I was serious!! If I wasn't serious I wouldn't have ran my credit!! All he can say was he apologized for not communicating. I have been in sales and customer service for over 15 years and I could not believe the level of communication and the level of misconduct to values and behaviors that conclude good business and customer service. I was nice and I gave Jason and Matt feedback on their lack of communication I just could not believe how we were treated after we were referred there by our close friends. After letting our friends know about our experience they felt horrible referring us there. We ended up purchasing our Trailer at another dealer. Unfortunately I will not be recommending anyone to Camping World in the future. I advise you not to shop there. I can't speak for everyone that works there but those two guys have extremely bad customer service. read more

Hi I purchased a 2021 pioneer travel trailer from your store in Pasco Washington in February! We had your service department install a weight distribution hitch on our ford pickup! We had our first camping trip in our brand new trailer planned for memorial weekend! Now you can imagine how excited we were! We pull into the RV park to turn into our spot and the sway bar on our new hitch, installed by your service department actually pops off and out of the bracket that is suppose to hold it! Now this isn't our first trailer, and yes we hooked the trailer up properly! You can imagine our surprise and shock! We were lucky it didn't swing out and actually hit someone! Or fly off as we were traveling down the road and cause an accident or worse kill someone! To our surprise that is not the only issue we had with the trailer that weekend! We get all set up and notice the floor is covered in water! After some investigation we discover the toilet is leaking from the base! We then discover the outside shower is also leaking! And yes we had a pressure regulator attached to hose! So we shut the water off and unfortunately had no water all weekend! Now you can imagine how frustrating all of this would be! I mean it's a brand new trailer and this was our first time out in it! We immediately call Pasco camping world! They told us to bring it in the following week so they could take a look at the trailer and the hitch! We returned home from the holiday weekend and the next week we dropped our trailer off and did a walk through with one of the associates! She told us it would be 7 to 10 days! It has been almost a month! We have phoned several times and left message after message for the service department to not receive a return call! We are in the height of camping season and we have had to cancel several planned and PAID for camping trips! I am reaching out today because I am frustrated and I'm not happy with the service your Pasco store has been providing! I seem to be getting no where with them! I would appreciate SOMEONE in Management to reach out to me ASAP to get some answers and to get this taken care ASAP! read more

We recently purchased our first travel trailer. Our entire experience from the time we walked onto the lot to the day we picked up the trailer was excellent. Our salesman Keith paid close attention to the description of what we wanted and stayed within our requests. John in finance made the process of "signing our life away" easy. He took the time to ensure that we new exactly what we were paying, and did not try to up-sell extended warranties. Mike the customer care coordinator had the trailer all set up and ready for use in the building. Mike took time to show us how to set up the trailer and gave us plenty of tips and tricks to get the most from our investment. he is a true asset to Russ Dean. We bought our rv from Russ Dean last year. The sales dept was wonderful, as was the team that set up our rv. But who ever the woman, and guy are, that answer the phones in the service department are horrible! Beyond rude and couldn't give a sh*t about helping a customer... We're done with them! Called to order and install a Winegard Traveler sat antenna for use with a Dish Network Hopper 3. Was told it couldn't be done and they would have to sell me a Wally. Don't need another receiver. I told the parts guy all you needed to do was swap the lnb and have a solo node and it works with the Hopper 3. Was again told it won't work with a Hopper and he would have to sell a Wally. Going to another store that is going to install for a Hopper 3 with no problems. read more

When we asked a question they did now know and asked us to call the manufacturer and research ourselves. Then upon purchasing items we were pushed out the door by saying you can use that door.
