Those are two full days every week where loyal customers are turned away, employees lose hours, and revenue is left on the table. It's hard to understand the logic behind intentionally limiting business when people want to come in and spend money. The food and staff deserve better than decisions like this. Closing multiple days a week doesn't create demand--it sends customers somewhere else, and many won't come back. Hopefully management rethinks this because it's frustrating to watch such a preventable mistake hurt both employees and guests. The staff works hard, but poor management decisions make the job difficult. Closing for 2 days and running without basic support staff isn't a recipe for success. The servers and bartenders (Ryan and Steve) are nothing short of amazing. Do better Suncoast.

The garlic aioli also lacked flavor so most of that was left untouched. I'm a fan of pandan and had high hopes for the panna cotta but it did not hit. The panna cotta on its own lacked a light sweetness you'd expect and somehow tasted egg-y with no trace of pandan flavor. It was served with a berry compote of some sort which helped with the flavor. Paid parking is from 8 AM to 10 PM I believe. Service was a little slow. I was seated for approximately 5 to 10 minutes before I was even greeted. A little annoying, considering she could have just taken my drink order and I would've been fine sipping on that while waiting for my order to be taken. So overall, what I recommend this place to friends? Yes but for the Wagyu entree alone. I would also caveat that recommendation with all of the other above preferences regarding vibe and wine selection. It would not be a top recommendation for someone coming to Vegas though. There is too much competition that would overshadow this restaurant easily.

First time at this beautiful, elegant family owned Italian restaurant in the Summerlin area! Went for Sunday brunch, and I was surprised by the unique options on the menu. The "Italexico" brunch menu is a mixture of Italian and Mexican dishes that stands out from the traditional boring brunch menus. Chef Roland and Chef Arturo shared the open-kitchen preparing their specialties for guests. I had the soup, and Mexican Pizza, both delicious. The service was impeccable. I was so impressed, I had to return a few nights later to try the dinner menu. Again, a very delightful experience, romantic ambiance, and incredible food and wine. I had the melon prosciutto, and the vitello (veal) piccata. Excellent service. For desert, I had Inga's signature Ferrero Rocher Tiramisu with champagne, best tiramisu I ever had. Right around the corner from me I just covered a restaurant that will amaze you... The ambiance the service and the food are beyond amazing. I spent my life in the restaurant business and I know that they are doing something extra special. The restaurant is right near the corner of fort Apache and Twain. If you wish to enjoy an amazing dinner, please go. Everything on the menu will be made creatively and with care. They make a mess drone soup that it's so delicious and the bruschetta mediterraneano that they make is beyond compare. And if you like seafood, the Chiopino is super excellent. If you go on a Saturday night you can expect a really pleasant live music couple. And the service is better than anything I have experienced in Las Vegas. We recently hosted a birthday gathering at Cantinetta with about 30 of my closest friends, and everything was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff handled our large group with ease--friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food was delicious, the drinks were flowing, and every dish came out fresh and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is stunning--warm, elegant, and perfect for celebrating. And service by Hope Me and other attendants was exemplary. Food quantities were large. I took a bowl of broth and over half of my Linguine Alfredo home for another dinner the next day, and somewhat surprisingly, while being reheated at half power in a microwave the Alfredo Sauce did not break. The meatballs were fine but honestly nothing great. Saganaki - tasty but heavily loaded with jalapeno and heat. 2 tomato slices and 1 medium sized slice of cheese on it. Octopus - smallish portion of mainly just octopus slices and onions. Not super flavorful, mildly fishy taste. I remember when restaurants charged a moderate markup over cost of ingredients...now apparently half a chicken and 1 potato costs 32 dollars. Be serious. The service was genuinely good attentive without being overbearing and the staff made sure every request was taken care of. The food was excellent across the board, and the servers were completely on point throughout the meal. The restaurant itself has a really nice, casual feel that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time. Overall, Mastrioni's delivered great food, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff has amazing customer service, and they are very knowledgeable about the menu. Now let's get into this food. The menu had so many good choices that I did not know what to choose. Someone at the table recommended the lobster ravioli, and let me tell you, it was so good. I could've slurped the juice off the plate . Delicious, flavorful, and just the right serving amount that you don't feel stuffed, but you definitely feel satisfied. I will be back.

Rigatoni had Italian sausage in it and was amazing. Pasta perfectly cooked and so full of flavor I ate every bit Wife's steak was cooked perfectly and the risotto was cooked well. Can tell if a place is good if they can make a risotto or not. Excellent For dessert we got cannoli and the tiramisu. Both were good. Cannolis were not overly sweet and tiramisu tasted authentic.
