Great Italian restaurant inside of the Red Rock Casino. It's a little different from your traditional Italian places and that is a compliment. The seating is comfortable and tables aren't right on top of each other. The service is friendly and dishes come out in a timely manner. Our dishes were very good but I do have one complaint and that is that they don't offer side dishes of pasta. I really wanted just a simple plate of pasta with some marinara sauce and nearly all Italian places do offer it but apparently they stopped doing so here. Not sure why. I hope to try their pizza next time.

They have such a wonderful happy hour. I had a little bit of time before heading to a movie, so I popped in and sat at the bar. It's so relaxing and great views. I need to come here more often, especially since they have Aperol spritz on draft! I mean how cool. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. I ordered the rigatoni as always and it's always delish.

View from table. Looks nice you just can hear how loud it is inside

Upscale Italian dining inside Red Rick casino The restaurant is fancy and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable But it is very Crowded and SO SO LOUD INSIDE. We arrived and they said they were a bit behind due to a concert at the hotel. the place was packed on a wed at 6 . With all the people sitting so close and talking plus the SUPER LOUD MUSIC SYSTEM on FULL BLAST !!! it was very difficult to even talk across our table. Felt like I was at the concert. Overall the food was good (but not memorable) and the people were nice, but when we left, my wife and I said we don't think we will go back. : (

If you don't care for the "soggy center" that usually comes with authentic Neapolitan pizza, Osteria Fiorella is going to be your new favorite spot. Reminder: Wood fired oven makes pizza, everything else is pie or whatever, not pizza. Call me snob, I won't deny. Sausage Pizza: This was the star of the show. The flavors were bold, and the spice level was genuinely interesting, not "hot," but well balanced. The real winner, though, was the crust. Unlike some traditional spots where the bottom is soft, this had a distinct, satisfying crunch that held up to the toppings. Casoncelli Pasta: Do not skip this. The pasta was perfectly al dente with a great chew. The filling was incredibly savory, and the overall dish was just a flavor bomb. Crafty. Good energy in the kitchen, service was rather on the slow side. The prices are actually reasonable considering you're inside a high-end venue like Red Rock. It feels elevated without being pretentious. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

We were staying at Red Rock so decided to give this restaurant a try on Friday night. When we arrived the restaurant was fairly busy but we were seated promptly. We ordered some bread and my partner ordered an old fashioned whilst we decided what we wanted from the menu. We were then left with quite a wait before someone came back to take our order (about 20 minutes) and actually wondered if we had been forgotten about entirely. Eventually our server took our order and our food came out about 20 minutes later. I had ordered the short rib doopio (a type of ravioli) and my husband ordered the veal Milanese with a side of the bucatini. My pasta dish was thoroughly underwhelming, with no real flavour at all. It seemed like the ravioli hadn't been sealed correctly and there was water inside the filling. My husbands veal was also a little disappointing, with the breading to veal ratio being way off (a lot of breading) and the meat not seeming great quality. The bucatini was the best dish, with the pasta being cooked well and the sauce having a nice flavour. We also weren't offered any black pepper or Parmesan when our food arrived, which we found strange for an Italian restaurant. Our bill came to around $140 (plus tip) which we thought was expensive for the quality of food. Although there was nothing fundamentally wrong with our dishes they were both underwhelming, and we both agreed it was one of the worst Italian restaurants we have been to. We may have just been on a bad night but we won't be returning, especially given Red Rock has so many excellent restaurants.

5 red & white Yelping stars Christmas Anniversary dinner, baby. Service? On. point. Had reservations, waited about 20 minutes past our time... BUT the manager handled it like a pro and brought us a free drink on the house. Honestly, that's how you turn a "minor delay" into a core memory. Plot twist: the bar and bartenders were so good we said, "Why move?" So we didn't. Dinner at the bar, wine flowing, great conversation and somehow it ended up being better than the original plan. Sometimes the delay is the upgrade. Now let's talk food The vegan options were legit. Brussels sprouts with the honey glaze + the potatoes = taste-bud best friends. Like they were made for each other and we just happened to be there. Ambiance was perfect, just the right lighting, just the right noise level. Service was so good we accidentally made new friends (the good kind). We will absolutely be back. If Yelp had a "Would celebrate my anniversary here again" button, I'd smash it.

Great Italian food (pricey) for what you get you're paying for service and ambience weather dining inside or out. Great service and a very inviting patio especially at night. Bona Petit

I had the pleasure of dining at Osteria Fiorella inside Red Rock Casino, and let me just say... exquisite is an understatement. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance gave luxury fine dining... warm lighting, elegant decor, and an upscale Italian vibe that instantly set the tone for a beautiful experience. I attended with a large wedding party of about 20 people, and the service was still top-tier. Every single person at our table was taken care of with kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail. That alone speaks volumes. Now let's get into the food... Everything served was absolutely delicious, but my personal highlights were the Caesar salad (perfectly dressed with anchovies -- flavorful and balanced) and the meatballs... soft, rich, and honestly some of the best I've ever had. Every dish that came out was consistent, fresh, and clearly made with intention. If you're in Vegas and you love Italian food, this spot is a MUST. Whether it's a date night, celebration, or group dinner, Osteria Fiorella delivers on both experience and taste. 10/10... I will definitely be back!

Food: your usual fine dining Italian varieties in casinos Had dish with slight undercooked pasta. Lacking texture. Very disappointed. Should have returned it. Meatball was tasty but for $7 each? Fine dining strikes again! Service: Good service at bar and restaurant. Ambiance: fine dining atmosphere with outdoor seatings

Very good, not great food. Sat at the bar and service was prompt. Had a Caesar to start, came with much more cheese than anticipated. Rigatoni had good flavor, but didn't knock my socks off. Prices were good considering it is in a casino. Has a somewhat romantic vibe. Would definitely dine here again.

Yes, Yes, a million times yes.. this place is the place.. enough said.. the food, the view, the service.. all in matched in Vegas. A must experience

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal! Service was great, food was high quality and delicious. The pasta and gnocchi were the highlights for me where my husband loved the branzino. We were here on an abnormally cool June day and sat next to the way feature at Res Rock and generally had a very pleasant date night!

Dinner at Osteria Fiorella located inside the Red Rock casino Nice ambiance, casual chic, very cute patio seating. Great service, very attentive and friendly, made suggestions about the menu and was very prompt. Cocktails were nice, food was great, pizza was delicious and pasta al dented. Definitely a cute spot for a casual chic Italian dinner, good food and reasonable prices.

He made the whole experience feel special. For food, we started with the Mortazza, a mortadella sandwich that was absolutely delicious. We also had the Diavola pizza, which was perfectly balanced, fresh, spicy, and honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had. We ordered three dishes we had before that are knock-your-socks-off delicious. 1. The Misticanza Del Campo Salad $24 - easily one of the best tasting salads in all of Las Vegas. 2. La Mortazza $22 - High-quality mortadella is difficult to get where I live. The sandwich is incredible. I save ¾ of it to eat on my flight home 2 days later. So good! 3. Tagliata Di Manzo $72 - This steak is tastier than the rib eye at Triple George. The potatoes are crispy and delicious too. Tried the pizza for the first time. The Margherita $28 was very yum. The two pastas we tried sort of missed the mark because of the flavor and extra load of butter. The Linguine alla Vongole $44 had terrific pasta, very well made with great tasting clams. The overall flavor of the dish was just odd. We also got the Rigatoni Cabonara $35. I loved the pasta itself and the first couple of bites were heavenly. But the richness from the overload of butter started to hit hard and heavy. That's a lot of food for 2 people. The timing of the service wasn't controlled great so I ended up with a plate on the seat next to me. It is a stunning, beautiful restaurant that is doing a lot things amazing.

Food The Summer in Italy menu was very impressive. You get a four-course meal with an appetizer, pasta dish, entree, and dessert. I was with a group of four people and we all went with it and mostly ordered something different so we can try everything. For my appetizer, I went with the Gamberi Marechiaro, which was a shrimp dish in a lemon butter white wine sauce. It was excellent. We also had the Calamari Fritti, Burrata, and Flori di Zucca Sorrento. Everything was excellent. A great start to the meal. For the pasta dish, I ordered the Gnocchi Pistachio Pesto, which was my favorite dish of the whole experience. Other dish ordered were Lobster Ravioli. For the entree, I went with the Osso Buco, which was very good. I was staring to get full by this point, but I was persevered. Other dishes ordered were Petite Filetto di Manzo and Vitello al Limone. For dessert, they brought us a slice of cheesecake for our birthday, which was excellent and we ordered Cannoli and Pistachio Passion to go. They have an incredible wine list, which can be overwhelming. We ordered two bottles of wine, which the names already escape me. I'm better at drinking it than remembering the names. 5/5 Service The service was definitely upscale. They have a bread guy that comes around (once) and offers you an option of bread. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My water cup was never empty either. 5/5 Ambiance Ferraro's has a very nice aesthetic to it. The wine cellar is impressive and encouraging. The tables aren't too close together, which allows for a more comfortable meal. 5/5 Ferraro's is upscale dining. It is not cheap, especially if you are drinking wine, but it's a good experience. I finished with a double shot of espresso, which was nicely presented with a lemon peel and sugar cubes. I also didn't realize until recently that North Italia is now owned by The Cheesecake Factory.
