Limoncello is a very beautifully decorated restaurant with a sit down dining area as well as a nice bar area where you can also dine. Upon walking in we were greeted and asked where we would like to sit. We chose the bar because there were televisions and the ambiance was nice. The bartender was very friendly. We were asked if we wanted some bread and olive tapenade - we said yes and the tapenade tasted very fresh and it was good! We had a Rigatoni Bolognese which had a rich meat sauce. The flavors were pretty good, but there's some very competitive great Italian places in town and to me, it was good, but it wasn't a top Bolognese dish for me. The Chicken Limone looked very promising from the description. Again, it was a solid dish, but is it a dish that we would remember and come back for? Not likely. All in all, the dinner was good, but with so many great Italian places in town, the dishes were just middle of the road. Their prices are also up there as well, so for that, I'm expecting even more of a wow factor compared to similar priced restaurants. For me - it fell short of that. read more

Disorganized, Disappointed and Disenchanted. That's the perfect way to describe this evening. We had an 8:00pm reservation and arrived at 7:50pm. We were seated immediately, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the rest of the evening did not reflect an exemplary dining experience. I ordered a cocktail and it came out incorrect. Our appetizer was wrong as well. I requested the wine list and waited roughly 20 minutes just to order a glass. My entrée order wasn't taken until 8:40pm... 40 minutes after we were seated. During that time, a couple who walked in without a reservation and was sat at the bar for 20 minutes before being sat next to us, was served their appetizer and entrée, and finished before ours even arrived. That was particularly frustrating given that we had booked in advance and I got to watch them enjoy their delicious food while I sat hungry. Around 9:15pm my entree finally arrived. A full hour and fifteen minutes after I was sat. Honestly, not worth the wait for what I tasted. At the end of the meal, I raised these concerns with the owner. I understand Valentine's Day is a high-volume evening, but reservations are meant to help manage that demand. What was disappointing wasn't just that it was busy. It was the repeated mistakes, the long gaps in service, and the lack of acknowledgment beyond excuses. Other tables also received complimentary macaroons for the holiday. Ours never came. We chose to spend Valentine's Day here expecting a polished and coordinated experience. Instead, the service felt disorganized and inconsistent. I'd expect this of an Olive Garden. This is an amazing Italian Restaurant. My server (Laz) did an outstanding job, he was extremely courteous and accommodating. I tried one of the specials for my appetizer, it was a scallop wrapped in prosciutto on a bed of a light sauce, finished with arugula. The scallop was incredible. The bread service was very good, the bread was fresh and warm, and the oil and herb dipping sauce was delicious. I requested a second basket of bread. It was so good. I tried two of their specialty cocktails, both were very good. For entrees I ordered penne in a vodka sauce and linguine with shrimp, both entrees were well balanced, and cooked to perfection. This place is great! The decor has a modern rustic Italian vibe, and the atmosphere feels warm yet upscale. We came here for my friend's birthday and were well taken care of by Roberto and another server (I forgot his name, but he was also wonderful). They went above and beyond.. we were seating in the semi private room and it was freezing when we mentioned this to the server he warmed up the room until we were comfortable. After mentioning we liked tequila, the bartender made us a special drink with tequila, passionfruit, and aperol spritz, topped with fresh passionfruit. It was amazing! I also had a glass of Pinot Noir with my meal, which paired beautifully. I took one star off because the prawn risotto special I ordered was a bit undercooked it felt more like firm rice than creamy risotto. However, my friend's seabass was cooked perfectly. The prices are definitely on the higher side, so it's more of a special-occasion spot, but if I'm craving a fancy Italian meal off the Strip, I'd happily come back. read more

Had a fantastic dinner for New Year's Eve. Everything was prepared perfectly, timed well to bring courses individually, and service was excellent. The restaurant was also clean and looked well managed. The calamari was some of the most tender and perfectly cooked either of us have had. Definitely try this place especially on your anniversary, bday, and/or special occasions. We were greeted by their friendly host and then by our waitress (I believe her name is Jaime). They had a great selection of wine. They also had fresh seafood on display and can be made into one of their delicious meals. I ordered the truffle mushroom risotto. It was amazingly tasty. We had a reservation for a birthday with 8 people, and they set us up in the back room at a large table, and it was very nicely set up and lit, with attentive service and everyone taken care of very well. The service was impeccable with our glasses always filled and the plates bussed and replaced for each course. The cocktails were good, I had a few negronis, and the food itself was incredible. We started with a large meat heavy charcuterie board, and everything on it was delicious and the board itself was absolutely loaded. I had the seafood risotto, and it was definitely a 10/10. The seafood risotto as plentiful and well cooked, and the risotto was an amazing flavor and perfectly cooked. I ended with an affagato, which was also served with flair and delicious. Absolutely stunning! The place is a high end Italian eatery and steakhouse so dress to impress although we weren't expecting it so we went in casual clothing and it wasn't a problem. The inside is absolutely beautiful. Beautiful art work, architecture, colors, and they even have some sort of fish market set up in the middle for people to choose their fish, it was pretty cool. Service was outstanding! The server was very friendly and attentive throughout and explained the menu and specials in its entirety. The food was amazing. Fresh right out of the kitchen with a burst of flavors and fresh ingredients. I would say it's an average of about $60-$85 pp with a drink and tip. Came here for an evening out and I know I loved the servers/service better than the food. It was good in the moment but didn't age well sadly. Brendan was our server and dude us nothing short of amazing. There's also a beautiful Italian lady giving Amy W that is fabulous. A couple other people stopped by from staff and we were last out and they still weren't rushing us. I can't say enough about how amazing they were. We did the specials, these giant prawns for apps and I did the veal parmigiana and my companion did Chilean sea bass. I took Brendan's recommendations on the prawns and veal. The prawns were huge, however at the end of them I realized they didn't have as much flavor as I'd like. They were big and fluffy tho. I think it was a combination of good conversation, service, ambiance and I wasn't paying as much attention. Next the mains came out and mine was giving Fred Flintstone! I had no idea the bone was still attached. It was more form than function lol. Again it tasted good in the moment but when I got home I realized there wasn't that much flavor and the veal was very hard. It pains me to say it but I did throw it out. My company enjoyed the sea bass and shrimp so I'll take the hit and say it was me. I wish I could take the staff and put them in a different experience lol bc as much as I wanted to love it, I realized away from it all that I didn't. It's fine but not my favorite. We went in last night for my son's birthday having heard so many good things about this place we were in shock is was the total opposite. Since we got sat that's when our experience went from good to worst, they isolated us from the main dining room because of our young child we had and said they normally don't allow small children to the restaurant? I've worked in some of the best restaurants in town and have never heard anything like this. Next the server comes to the room and I asked him if it's possible to turn on the television for us since we were the only ones sitting in this room and it felt really awkward, he goes on to tell us that unfortunately he cannot because they don't have a box fort that room??? I asked him how come we can't sit in the main dining room and he says because the Owner (Giseppe) doesn't allow small children in the main room. So I told him I feel like that's discrimination to children and that we felt unwelcome, at this point he starts arguing with me saying that's not descrimination and all this other things to me instead of trying to resolve the issue in hand. No customer service whatsoever and no verbal skills at all from this guy!! So I go on to ask him if I can please speak to the manger or owner about this and he said ok but he tell me that the Owner is going to tell me the same thing and even worst he tell me the Owner is going to tell me to go "FUCK MYSELF" I couldn't believe they can have someone like this working in this establishment!! The owner finally come and I tell him what's been going on and he did apologize but still says to me that he cannot have young children in the Main dining room because they have had a couple of bad reviews about small children being uneasy and crying at times. Clearly he only cares about how many good reviews or good stars he can get instead of catering to his guest. Very rude and unprofessional establishment being ran here, they need to send some of their staff through a customer service program at some pint or they will be out of business soon!!! I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone trying to have a good dining experience with young children! This place is the worst ever and I've never been treated this way at any point of my life especially celebrating a special occasion!! If I can give this place a 0 believe me I would!! They do nothing to try and accommodate you in any way or to try and make you have a good experience, has to be the worst customer service on Las Vegas hands down. The atmosphere is very nice. Our server Lisa was excellent. We had the octopus appetizer which was good - a bit chewy..the onions they served with it were excellent. My husband had the veal chop which was HUGE. He said it was OK -- nothing special. I had the veal osso buco. It was actually very dry and not very good. Surprising with that much fat that it could be dry. The pasta served alongside was good. We had limoncello after dinner drink - I think that was the best part. For us -- it is not a "do over". Perfect Date Night or Dining with Friends Restaurant! We were greeted by very pleasant hosts. They seated us each as we arrived and our dinner service team immediately gave each new person joining the table a beverage. I love that this restaurant has a team of servers to assist their guests. Our drinks were never low, empty dishes did not pile up, and the bread basket was never void of fresh hot bread. We all chose several different items from the menu. We started with a charcuterie board and shrimp cocktails. The portion sizes were generous. We then had various main course from veil tomahawk, shrimp, salad and I had the Lasagna which was very tasty with rich tomato sauce and plenty of parmesan cheese on top. The owner Giuseppe was present around the restaurant and came over to meet us. He was very friendly and is from Italy The restaurant is extremely clean, the restrooms were immaculate and well kept. The restaurant played very nice overhead music performed by cover bands playing familiar ballads from the 60s, 70s and 80s. The entire restaurant has authentic images of Italy and photos of Italian Actors. It also has a bar area if you just want to go and have a drink and a lovely glass enclosed wine closet that lets you see all their diverse selections of vino. The server, Kamilla, and her support staff provided excellent service, the food was excellent and the ambiance was perfect. My wife and I had the salmon and Osso Bucco and the other couple had the Osso Bucco and Veal Milanese. All were delicious and followed up with some excellent desserts. We had previously been there a few months ago with family members, which was also a great evening with great food and service. This was my second time here and boy it did not disappoint. To start off the meal I ordered an Espresso Martini. Omg y'all, this was the best espresso martini I ever had. Please if you love them, try it from here, you won't be disappointed. They give you bread for the table which is nice. I was starving. Had a great variety of appetizers but my friend and I decided to share a bunch of things. The ribeye was perfectly cooked. Had great flavor with the peppercorn sauce. I couldn't stop eating it. The risotto of the day was good too. Nice and light. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and flavor was savory. Can never go wrong with truffle fries. Some places skimp out on the truffle and you can't even taste it. No problem here! I was extremely trufflie. The Mac and cheese - amazing! Sometimes it's so rich that I don't like but this was the perfect amounts. I love they chose a different kind of pasta. Crème brûlée - literally we ate every least bite. Not too sweet and the fruits were a great pair. Overall for 2 Espresso Martinis, a glass of wine, ribeye, risotto, truffle fries, Mac n cheese, and Crème Brûlée - our total was $209. Not mad at the price, got the quality of food, taste and experience it was all worth it. My only complaint was no baby changing table in the Woman's restroom. Thankfully there was a good amount of space between the two sinks I could lay the changing pad on and change my son. If I did have to change him on the floor it at least looked very clean the restroom. I suggest maybe putting one in the handicap stall. It's getting too cold to go out to your car and change your baby using your trunk, also it can be dangerous at night for a woman. For main entrees I ordered my favorite--osso bucco, hubby got the penne vodka and our friends ordered another osso bucco and a lasagna. Every dish was loved. Limoncello is probably Vegas's best kept secret for pizza. The service is always amazing with special care given to any needs we may have. The inside is very fancy but that isn't my thing but for good food I'd bite that bullet. The pizza is amazing! Probably some of the best I've had in Vegas with the acceptation of asking for it crispy to really get that char on the dough. The owner is usually around and extremely accommodating for most parties. If you like to let your kids scream and run around or think you're a social media diva he will shut it down and we love that. First, let me start this is our first visit for my wife & me. It was a Thursday night for a 7:30 reservation. Receptionist welcomed us and brought us to a comfortable private booth. Restaurant was fairly busy with a large group in a separate room but the atmosphere where we sat was relaxing with muted music in the background. Roberto, our waiter, was welcoming and his demeanor added to the atmosphere of elegance. Menu choices are extensive with traditional Italian entrees but expanded with steak & fish and even the family friendly pizza! Bread & a fantastic olive tapanade was brought to the table and our drink orders were taken and quickly arrived. My wife began her meal with a perfect portion of Caesar Salad & then enjoyed a Lobster Ravioli entree. I started with Pasta Fagioli which reminded me of my grandfather's recipe. This was to die for and IMHO truly shows the roots of the restaurant. We both enjoyed our entree with their fresh taste and presentation. BTW Roberto was attentive and the pace of the meal was perfect. We finished by sharing a Lava Cake which was served warm and was just the perfect amount of sweetness. Double expresso topped off our meal. We cannot say enough for the atmosphere, service and food! Limoncello's on West Sahara Blvd. is our new 'go to' restaurant for our visits to Vegas.
